大学生大五人格对跨期选择的影响

目的：探讨大学生大五人格与跨期选择的关系。方法：采用大五人格问卷简易版（NEO-FFI）和跨期选择实验范式，对103名大学生进行问卷调查和任务研究。结果：①男生的外向性得分显著低于女生（t=2．344，P〈0．05）；②外向性得分与折扣率呈显著正相关（r=0．255，P〈0．01）。结论：外向性得分越高的个体折扣率越大，在跨期选择中倾向于选择立即小奖赏。     

湛江口岸出入境人员肝胆B超检查结果分析

通过对湛江口岸10925名出入境人员健康体检肝胆B超检查，并对检查结果进行分析。共检出肝胆疾病905例，发病率为8．28％，主要为肝脏实质性占位病变、脂肪肝、肝内结石、肝下移、肝囊肿、胆石症、胆囊息肉、胆囊腺肌症等，其中以脂肪肝占比例最高（70．2％）。肝胆疾病患病率在小于30岁年龄组与〈30岁及以上年龄组之间有明显差异（u=17．41 P〈0．01）；船员患病率也较其他人员高（u=6．99 p〈0．01）。提示对30岁以上的出入境人员尤其是船员健康体检实施肝胆B超检查的必要性。

进展性脑梗塞伴吞咽困难患者早期护理干预的临床观察

目的：探讨进展性脑梗塞伴吞咽困难患者早期护理干预的临床效果。方法 将60例进展性脑梗塞伴有吞咽困难的患者随机分为研究组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）,两组患者均开展常规护理和对症治疗,而研究组在此基础上早期给予针对性评估、摄食训练、肌肉群训练。结果对照组吸入性肺炎发生率（n=8,26.67%）高于研究组（n=2,6.67%）（x2=3.000 P=0.035）;研究组吞咽功能有效率（n=2893.33%）高于对照组（n=2066.67%）（x2=5.104P=0.008）。结论：对吞咽困难的进展性脑梗塞患者,开展早期护理干预能够改善患者的吞咽功能,降低食物逆流及误吸的危险,降低吸入性肺炎的发生。

China＇s grain output is expected to top 500 million tonaes for the third consecutive year in 2009, said an official from the Ministry of Agriculture （MOA） on December 2t.
