现从两方面分析了经济政策不确定性对公司融资决策的影响,经济政策不确定性与债务融资主要包括经济政策不确定性与债务融资规模;经济政策不确定性与债务融资结构。另一方面,经济政策不确定性与上市公司股权融资主要包括股权融资成本增加;对公司股权融资偏好影响较小,并对此提出了若干建议。     

寿险营销人员知识素质结构与寿险业发展相关性研究

本文认为,寿险营销人员知识素质水平的高低直接影响着寿险公司的信誉和寿险市场的健康发展,它们之间成正相关关系.当前我国寿险营销人员知识水平普遍不高,对专业知识缺乏系统、深入的了解;综合能力不够,不能适应市场要求;职业素质良莠不齐,误导客户的现象时有发生;部分营销人员敬业、奉献精神不足,寿险营销队伍很不稳定.这些都已经严重影响到了我国寿险业的公信力和信誉度,影响到了寿险业的可持续发展.文章提出,为促进寿险业可持续发展,必须高度认识提高寿险营销人员知识水平和素质的必要性和迫切性;通过政府主管部门和寿险公司等多方面努力,多管齐下抓好寿险营销队伍建设;依托高等院校,培养高素质创新型、复合型寿险营销人才.     

我国创新型企业内部控制的调节效应探究

本文以我国深市创业板上市公司数据为样本,研究我国创新型企业公司治理情况。具体研究内部控制的有效程度对我国债务融资治理与企业绩效关系的影响。结果表明,我国创新型企业债务融资积极的治理效应难以发挥,但内部控制的有效程度对其作用的发挥有正向的促进作用。而内部控制水平低下的企业则会使债务治理效应表现出极大的副作用力。同时,在公司治理层面,公司规模、董事会勤勉程度、公司成长性皆对公司治理绩效发挥着显著影响,而股权集中度对其影响则不明显。     

内部公司治理与债务融资成本--基于理论层面的分析

本文从理论层面剖析了股权结构、董事会结构、高管激励和财务信息披露四个内部公司治理机制对债务融资成本的影响。分析得出良好的内部公司治理水平能促进债务融资成本的降低：当企业的股权结构相对集中、董事会独立性越强、对高管给予股权激励以及财务信息披露质量越高时,能降低公司的债务融资成本。     

寿险业退保行为及其影响因素研究

文章通过对寿险业现状的观察,明确了研究的目的和意义,阐述了退保行为对寿险业的危害,并通过近几年的经济发展中的具体数据来实证分析经济因素对寿险业退保行为的影响。然后通过综合寿险保单投资性、保障性和责任主体等角度分析影响寿险退保的主要因素,最后建议寿险公司提高服务质量,改善产品设计,改进管理水平,提高对宏观经济形势的把握度。     

对我国创业板最初28家公司的资本结构分析

资本结构与企业融资的关系密不可分,一方面资本结构是决定最佳融资组合方式和融资次序的重要影响因素之一;另一方面资本结构在理论上存在最优组合。从整体上通过对内外源融资、股权融资和债务融资角度以及从更具体到各公司两个角度进行分析创业板28家公司的资本结构的合理性。

我国上市公司融资偏好股权融资,内源融资和债务融资的比重偏低。究其原因,主要受行业资本结构,公司盈利能力、融资成本、公司治理模式等因素影响,可以从提高资金使用效率、完善公司治理模式、强化信息披露等方面着手予以改善。     

上市公司的股权融资偏好分析

本文认为,中国上市公司具有股权融资偏好的特征,其根本原因在于股权融资与债务融资成本的差异.在显性成本方面,股权融资的股息支付和发行费用大大低于债务融资的利息成本.而基于隐性成本的分析表明,股权融资的风险约束力也弱于债务融资,尤其表现在发行失败、股价下跌和控制权转移等方面.不同的成本约束造成不同的融资偏好,股权融资的低成本推动了股权对债券的替代,要改变这种调整路径,必须加强对股权融资成本的约束.     

我国上市公司股权融资成本与债务融资成本实证研究

通过建立模型、选择样本、确定变量的实证分析得出,我国上市公司股权融资成本明显大于债务融资的成本,而上市公司偏好股权融资的原因,并不是股权融资成本低于债务融资成本,其背后有着复杂的非财务成本因素:我国上市公司治理结构不完善;债券市场欠发达;经营者缺乏有效的监督和约束机制,造成了公司股权融资的“软约束”,资本市场的约束机制不健全导致上市公司倾向于股权融资等。
