电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定燕窝中14种元素含量

建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)同时测定燕窝中14种元素的分析方法。采用硝酸-过氧化氢体系消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定燕窝中Cu、Mn、Cr、As、Cd、Ba、Pb、K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Al和Zn等14种元素。经标准物质和加标回收率的验证,检测的结果与标准值基本相符,回收率为86.3%~102%。     

糌粑中营养成分的测定

通过对糌粑营养成分进行测定,结果表明:糌粑中营养成分比较丰富,含有粗蛋白质10.23%,粗脂肪3.99%,粗纤维素为1.20%,总糖为6.88%;含有除色氨酸以外的人体所需的所有氨基酸,其必需氨基酸含量为4.673 8 mg/kg,总量为20.251 4 mg/kg;含有丰富的人体生命活动的矿物质元素,其中K、Mg、Ca、Na元素含量较为丰富,同时重金属Cd、Cr的含量按照食品重金属含量的相关标准严重超标。     

固体碱催化制备生物柴油的研究

以固体碱K2CO3/Al2O3为催化剂,对菜籽油和甲醇的酯交换反应进行了研究.实验结果表明该反应的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度50℃、催化剂用量4%、醇油摩尔比15:1和反应时间3h.在此条件下进行反应,生物柴油产率为98.62%.
