利用DME问答时序的飞机无源定位

针对多基测角交会、时差相差、时差频差定位系统复杂度高、同步要求高的问题，利用测距机（DME）系统测距模式中飞机与台站的通联关系，提出了一种对飞机无源定位的方法。已知地面DME台站位置和本机侦测点位置，通过对飞机地空测距询问信号、台站距离应答信号的到达时间、方位进行测量并进行解码分选，对解码分选结果进行关联聚类，再利用DME测距工作模式的随机询问特性进行询问-应答信号的时序匹配，最后根据配对信号的到达时间差、DME台站位置以及飞机方位对飞机进行计算定位。通过仿真分析证明了该方法的可行性，在固定DME台站位置已知的条件下该方法具有工程实践意义。     

伯努利滤波在单站无源跟踪中的应用

外辐射源雷达系统具有隐蔽性好、反隐身能力及抗干扰能力强等优点，但其中高频频段信号普遍存在距离分辨率较差的问题。通过建立仅利用目标多普勒信息的测量模型，将基于随机有限集的伯努利滤波算法应用于以多个视距外短波广播发射站、单个近距离接收站为背景的单站无源雷达系统中，同时克服了传统跟踪方法中复杂的数据关联，进而提高了跟踪效果。仿真结果表明，该方法能在大量虚警下仅利用多普勒信息实现对运动目标的有效跟踪和定位。     

MARKⅫ IFF信号一体化处理技术

针对敌我识别信号侦察的需求,介绍了MARK Ⅻ IFF信号的格式和基本特征,提出了 一种对MARK Ⅻ IFF信号识别处理、内涵信息提取和辐射源同源关联的一体化处理方法。该 方法利用敌我识别信号的脉冲特征信息和格式化信息实现模式识别和内涵信息提取,并通过 关联技术实现辐射源有效关联。仿真实验验证了方法的有效性和可行性,关联识别率达90% 以上。     

基于多次观测的机载天线阵列幅相误差自校正方法

针对有源幅相误差校正方法需要已知校正源位置,以及迭代自校正方法依赖初值选取等问题,提出了一种信号源位置未知条件下机载天线阵列幅相误差的自校正方法。所提方法利用机载阵列随机载平台运动过程中的多次观测数据,通过挖掘多组观测数据的特征空间结构,将外辐射源位置和阵列的幅相响应进行分步估计。所提算法在幅相响应的估计过程中,也完成了对辐射源的定位。同时,所提方法对机载平台运动轨迹、阵列具体几何形式均未做特定限制。仿真实验结果表明,当信噪比大于5 dB时,所提算法对阵列幅度误差的估计误差小于0.5 dB,对阵列相位误差的估计误差小于2°,验证了所提算法的有效性。     

一种基于统计分析的解定位模糊方法

针对相位测量定位系统是否正确解辐射源位置模糊的判别问题,提出了基于相位差拟合误差均值与方差假设检验的统计判断方法,以逐步剔除错误解;对于剩余的正确辐射源位置估计,给出了提高定位精度的统计处理方法和辐射源位置估计的置信椭圆。仿真试验结果表明,提出的解模糊方法能有效降低将错误解判别为正确解的误判比例,定位结果的统计处理方法可以提升定位精度并缩小置信椭圆。所提方法对于促进相位干涉仪系统的实际应用具有积极意义。     

一种敌我识别辐射源暂态信号指纹特征提取方法

信号的指纹特征是辐射源个体识别的重要依据。针对敌我识别辐射源的个体识别问题，提出了一种基于双树复小波和多重分形的信号暂态特征提取方法。该方法通过双树复小波变换实现信号多分辨率分解，求解分解信号Hilbert谱的信息熵和指数熵，计算信号的多重分形奇异指数和谱值，最终组成表征辐射源的特征向量。通过实验验证，提取的特征向量能充分代表辐射源个体之间的差异；被测信号的信噪比满足8 dB或9 dB的条件时，对辐射源的识别正确率能达到90%以上。统计分析表明该方法提取的特征具有很高的稳定性。     

基于概率的单站多目标无源定位算法

机载单站多目标无源定位是现代电：于侦察领域的重点和难点课题。本文提出了一种基于贝叶斯后验概率最大原理的机载单站多目标无源定位算法。该算法只使用干涉仪给出脉冲序列相位差和载频信息，即可完成对多目标的分选识别和高精度定位，具有定位准确、指示清楚、无需对信号进行预分选的优点。仿真结果表明：在工程可实现的测向、测频精度和考虑载机位置、姿态误差情况下，对于载机一侧的多目标可能达到的定位精度约为距离的2％，是一种具有广阔应用前景的机栽单站无源定位方法。     

低轨双星无源探测系统对运动辐射源的快速检测算法

针对时频差体制的低轨圆轨道双星无源探测系统不能对运动辐射源进行定位和辐射源是否运动进行判别问题,提出了一种通过单次观测实现运动辐射源定位与运动性判别的快速算法。该算法利用信号到达角与信号达到时差联合定位结果,结合信号到达频差对平行于大地水准面的匀速运动目标进行运动性检测,使系统在观测量存在误差条件下仍能有效进行目标运动性判别。将其应用到低轨双星无源探测系统中,仿真结果表明算法对速度大于60 m/s以上的辐射源具备优于95%的正确检测概率。     

采用功率倒置准则的分布式天线阵列信号合成方法

对于分布式天线系统，虽然传统迫零接收算法能够通过信道估计获得无线信道状态信息，从而取得分集增益，但对于相干信道，迫零方法因为无法准确估计信道而不再适用。为此，提出一种新方法，针对相干信道，利用功率倒置准则，并使用最小均方自适应滤波算法校正各个接收通道信号的相位差完成信号合成，最终获得阵列增益。该方法无需信道状态信息或者信号波达方向等先验信息，实现简单。计算机仿真证明了算法的有效性。     

一种低轨双星窄带信号定位方法

针对低轨双星系统对窄带辐射源无源定位的应用场景，基于双星观测到的辐射源到达频率差，提出了一种多次频差测量联合估计辐射源位置的方法。详细描述了算法原理、算法处理步骤，并通过计算机仿真分析了信号频率、频差测量误差、观测时长等因素对定位精度的影响。仿真分析表明，在观测时间大于20 s、频差测量精度0.1 Hz时，该方法定位精度优于1.5 km，具有较强的工程应用价值。

This paper will explore the impact of mega-media mergers on ethical modeling in journalism. It will diagram the behavioral context underlying the development of ethical habits, discuss leadership theory as it applies to management, and address the question of whether the creation of mega-media conglomerates will result in responsible corporate citizens or monsters who turn on their creators.
