广电CDN网络技术浅析及典型案例分析

CDN（ContentDeliveryNetwork）主要采用＂中心—边缘＂的存储与服务分布方式,是构建在IP网络上的一种分布式的内容分发网。广电的CDN就是做视频业务的分发,当前主要承载的视频业务包括：直播/时移业务（组播）和VOD点播业务（单播）。从广电未来业务发展趋势来看,与传统电信运营商的业务侧重点不同,当前及未来一定时期内广电运营商的的战略性优势业务为高清交互式视频业务、并兼顾宽带数据和大客户专线/专网业务。

基于分离卷积的战场目标聚集行为识别

针对大部分行为识别算法效率较低，难以应对大规模影像识别任务的问题，一方面，提出一种结合双流结构与多纤维网络的双流多纤维网络模型，分别以RGB序列、光流序列为输入提取视频的时空信息，然后将两条支路网络的识别结果进行决策相加，提高了对战场目标聚集行为的检测效率与识别准确率；另一方面，提出一种结合分离卷积思想与多纤维网络的双流分离卷积多纤维网络模型，进一步提高网络检测效率与抗过拟合能力。实验表明，在建立的情报影像仿真数据集中，上述算法能够有效识别出战场目标聚集行为，在大幅提升检测效率同时实现了识别准确率的提升。

一种优化的卷积神经网络调制识别算法

针对非合作接收条件下信号的调制识别问题,提出了一种基于循环谱特征和深度卷积神经网络的自动调制分类算法。该算法首先利用二值化、形态学操作等技术对循环谱数据集预处理,提高网络泛化能力;然后将数据集输入到卷积神经网络模型中,经过网络的特征提取实现分类识别。在网络中添加残差块网络增大感受野,提高特征提取能力。采用Dropout、优化函数等技术优化网络结构,防止训练过拟合。仿真结果表示,与传统方法和现有的一些深度学习调制识别方法相比,该算法在低信噪比条件下有更高的准确率,具有明显的抗噪声优势,是一个有效的调制识别算法。     

无线双通道网络话音业务信道接入性能分析

无线双通道网络能够有效解决战术环境下码分组网数目过小造成的码分资源浪费问题。混合业务传输环境下,实时话音业务信道接入性能是衡量无线双通道网络性能的关键指标之一。通过使用一种理想的固定时分信道带宽分配方案,在保障话音业务传输实时性的条件下,分别从单跳网络拓扑和多跳网络拓扑结构给出了双通道网络可用信道数目。使用基于优先权的混合业务多服务台离散时间排队模型分析了双通道网络的话音业务平均数目、呼叫阻塞概率、平均网络吞吐量和信道利用率等性能。数值计算结果证明:相比传统网络,双通道网络在混合业务高负载条件下能够容纳更多的话音业务并具有更低的呼叫阻塞概率。     

应用深度学习的信号解调

针对噪声干扰信道下的信号解调问题，提出了应用深度学习的信号识别方法，通过识别信号完成信号解调。深层置信网络使用受限波尔兹曼机为基本单元，设计针对通信信号识别的多层深层置信网络。通信信号首先变换为特定表征序列，并以此构建完备的训练集合对深度置信网络进行逐层的无监督学习和全局有监督的微调反馈学习，在深层置信网络的权重参数优化过程中实现对通信信号的特征提取与识别。仿真实验表明，与传统调制信号解调方法相比，应用深度学习的信号解调方法的检测性能有约0.4 dB的提升。     

2009年电信产业发展趋势

2009年对于中国电信业来说，挑战与机遇并存。一方面，电信业可以借助国家拉动内需之机加快网络建设，尽快实现3G网络商用，甚至及早尝试全业务运营、发展创新业务，为未来做好准备；另一方面，重组后的资源整合费时费力，一些运营商还面临着严重的客户流失，经济危机对国内的影响可能会陆续在用户增长、利润等方面体现出来，对电信企业的管理和应对能力提出了严峻挑战。

This paper will explore the impact of mega-media mergers on ethical modeling in journalism. It will diagram the behavioral context underlying the development of ethical habits, discuss leadership theory as it applies to management, and address the question of whether the creation of mega-media conglomerates will result in responsible corporate citizens or monsters who turn on their creators.
