中国ODI逆向技术溢出对全要素生产率的影响程度研究

随着我国对外直接投资的不断增加,我国企业能否通过对外直接投资获取东道国先进技术,增强我国企业自主创新能力?全要素生产率作为一个综合指标,可代表一个国家的技术进步水平。本文运用Var模型,针对我国1987-2009年的对外直接投资存量等数据,对我国对外直接投资与全要素生产率的关系进行了实证分析,得出对外直接投资存量每增加1个单位,全要素生产率增长2.07个单位的结论。本文根据我国对外直接投资的现状,提出在更大程度上发挥对外直接投资促进国内全要素生产率提高及技术进步效应的政策建议。     

我国对外直接投资的逆向技术外溢效应研究

本文选取我国对外直接投资比较集中且技术水平比较发达的九个国家(地区),利用我国和九国(地区)对外直接投资与技术创新的投入产出数据,测算我国的全要素生产率、母国和东道国的研发资本存量,实证分析了我国直接投资到这些国家(地区)所产生的逆向技术外溢程度。研究结果表明,我国通过对外直接投资渠道获得的国外研发资本存量能给母国带来正的技术外溢效应,只是由于我国对外直接投资相对吸引外资而言发展缓慢,因而其技术外溢效应相对较低。     

中国企业技术寻求型对外直接投资研究

本文以实证的方法检验了1990-2007年中国企业技术寻求型对外直接投资对国内技术进步的促进作用,结果显示:虽然1990-2007年从国外溢入中国的研发投入量总体是在增加的,但是中国企业技术寻求型FDI不仅没有对国内的全要素生产率形成正的促进作用,反而阻碍了中国全要素生产率的提高。由于目前中国开展技术寻求型对外直接投资仍处于初级阶段,我们不能因为其存在问题和不足就否定其对技术进步所带来的促进作用。     

国际R&D、吸收能力与对外直接投资逆向技术溢出——基于我国省际面板数据的实证研究

利用2003-2008年我国的省际面板数据,研究了对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出及人力资本吸收能力对其的影响。研究结果表明,现阶段对外投资传导的国际R&D对国内技术进步、技术效率和全要素生产率均无显著正向影响,对外投资的积极逆向溢出效应还未显现。分区域的回归结果显示,对外投资对我国各省区的逆向溢出存在明显差异,对外投资显著促进了东部和中部地区的全要素生产率增长,对西部地区的全要素生产率增长则无显著影响。东部地区的高水平人力资本显著提升了对外投资的逆向技术溢出效果,中西部地区人力资本却没有起到相应的促进作用。     

国际化对生产率的溢出效应分析——基于地区OFDI的研究

本文分析我国的非金融类对外直接投资(OFDI)对国内技术进步的影响。文章先用Malmquist指数把全要素生产率分解为效率与技术进步,并把技术规模报酬不变条件下的效率改进分解为纯效率改进与规模效率;接着运用创新存量驱动型的内生增长模型进行实证研究。验证结果表明:我国防御型的OFDI不利于国内技术进步与改善效率;当国内对技术的吸收能力较强时,防御型的OFDI则有助于提高国内技术进步与改善效率。     

对外直接投资与企业生产率——基于中国上市公司的实证分析

文章先利用K-S检验研究中国制造类上市公司的全要素生产率分布,结果与HMY模型的预期一致,对外直接投资企业的全要素生产率分布显著优于出口企业和仅在国内生产销售的企业。进一步探讨对外直接投资与生产率的关系,结果表明,企业在进行对外直接投资时不存在显著的自我选择效应,但是,对外直接投资能够促进企业生产率的提高,具有学习效应。

企业异质性、全要素生产率与服务业对外直接投资——基于服务业行业和企业数据的实证检验北大核心CSSCI

本文利用中国服务业细分行业的面板数据,以及全球最大的服务业跨国公司的截面数据,实证分析了服务业全要素生产率对服务业对外直接投资的影响,检验了异质性企业贸易理论在服务业领域的适用性。结果显示:服务业全要素生产率是服务企业对外直接投资的重要原因,异质性企业贸易理论适用于对服务企业的研究,同时不同于制造业对外直接投资,服务企业对外直接投资行为并不存在"生产率悖论";服务业跨国公司存在与制造业跨国公司相同的特征,企业规模越大,跨国经验越丰富,对外直接投资的规模也越大。并进一步根据实证分析结果提出对中国服务企业OFDI的借鉴意义。     

OFDI逆向技术溢出效应和人力资本吸收能力——基于中国行业面板数据的实证研究

本文采用我国2006~2012年行业面板数据,以14个OECD国家为主要研究对象进行实证检验,探究我国技术寻求型OFDI逆向技术溢出对本国全要素生产率、技术变化和技术效率变化的影响,同时考虑人力资本吸收能力。使用系统GMM回归方式的结果显示,在控制内生性的情况下,现阶段我国对外直接投资逆向技术溢出对全要素生产率的影响显著为负,具体体现为对技术变化的显著正向影响和对技术效率变化的显著负向影响,同时人力资本显著提升了对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应。
