基于自适应惯性权重粒子群优化的多跳频信号盲源分离

针对跳频通信中多跳频信号的盲源分离问题,提出了一种基于自适应惯性权重粒子群的盲源分离算法。该算法将分离信号的负熵作为目标函数,依据迭代前后每个粒子适应度值间差值自适应地调节惯性权重。把适应度值变差的粒子惯性权重设成零,以消除惯性分量不利影响,这样可以减少无效迭代次数,提高收敛速度。应用于盲源分离时,比经典算法分离效果好且克服了激活函数选取难题。实验结果表明该算法用于多跳频信号盲分离时性能稳定且收敛速度快,与经典算法比较优势明显,为智能算法在盲源分离方面的研究提供了一定的参考。     

基于移频滤波的脉压雷达抗干扰方法

针对线性调频（LFM）脉冲压缩雷达易受移频欺骗干扰影响的问题，提出了基于移频检测的起始频率捷变LFM雷达抗干扰方法。通过分析匹配滤波器参考函数、目标回波信号和干扰信号在频域的相对位置，利用脉间LFM信号起始频率不同的特点，将接收信号进行移频，使得目标回波信号分量无脉压输出，从而确定干扰信号分量在时域的位置，通过时域选通对未进行移频的接收信号脉压结果中的干扰进行滤除达到抗干扰目的。仿真分析了移频检测抗干扰性能，结果验证了所提方法的有效性。     

星载AIS的复值FastICA算法改进

针对星载船舶自动识别系统(AIS)的含噪复值信号盲分离算法分离效果不佳的问题,提出了改进的复值快速独立分量分析算法（FastICA）。该改进算法针对混合信号数目大于源信号数目的超定情况,对含噪混合信号的协方差矩阵进行特征值分解,利用其噪声对应的几个较小特征值估计噪声方差,修正白化矩阵,再应用Huber M估计函数优化该算法的目标函数。实验结果表明,运用该算法信号均方误差(SMSE)变小,信干比(SIR)变大,提高了信号的分离性能;同时,优化后的目标函数使算法具有良好的稳健性。     

组合幂调频信号的时频移估计

为了准确估计接收信号的时频移参数和降低估计复杂度，设计了一种组合幂调频（CPFM）信号，该信号由具有时间间隔的正负幂调频（PFM）信号构成，并提出了基于CPFM信号的时频移估计算法。在算法中首先将CPFM信号降阶，然后独立地估计时延和频移，即采用三次相位函数（CPF）估计时延，通过正负PFM相位相消后再估计频移。相比于分数阶傅里叶变换（FRFT）时频移估计算法，所提算法避免了时延估计对频移估计的影响，而且仅需两次一维搜索，降低了计算量。仿真结果表明，该算法能准确地估计CPFM信号的时延和频移，并且频移估计均方误差（MSE）接近克拉美劳下界（CRLB）。     

一种快速时变自适应信道估计盲方法

提出了一种新的信道估计最小均方(LMS)盲方法--时变步长理想加权判决信道估计盲方法.该方法通过对常规LMS算法进行改进,实现自适应跟踪信道特征变化;同时利用接收机判决误差信息函数作为权系数的理想加权判决,从而解决了常规LMS盲方法收敛速度慢、信道估计性能不高的缺点.仿真证明,对于不同的多普勒频移、时延扩展以及时间,该方法均表现出了比常规LMS方法更优的性能.同时,该方法还可用于航天、雷达等领域估计其他特征参数.     

采用互补滤波器组进行频带分解的欠定盲源分离方法

为了有效估计混合 矩阵并恢复出源信号,考虑到现实中的很多信号都是带限信号,提出了采用互补滤波器 组进行频带分解的欠定盲源分离方法。该方法将接收的混合信号经互补滤波器组分离到不同 的子频带,然后在每一个子频带分别估计混合矩阵进行常规的盲分离,利用聚类分析方法估 计总的混合矩阵,最后把相关的分离子频带信号进行叠加以恢复出源信号。即使源信号数目 远大于观测信号数,但只要保证在每一个子频带的信号数不大于观测信号数,该方法也可 以有效地分离出源信号。最后通过仿真验证了该方法的有效性及良好的分离性能。     

变速率部分更新盲均衡算法

对于长抽头系数自适应算法,基于最大化自适应滤波器系数误差向量原则的变速率部分更新算法,能够在大幅度降低算法实现复杂度的同时,解决部分更新算法收敛速度慢的问题。但是,该变速率算法仅适用于LMS结构,对于具有非线性代价函数的部分更新自适应盲均衡算法并不适用。基于同样的最优化思想,通过替换步长计算表达式中的部分统计量,提出了能够适合于部分更新多模盲均衡算法(MMA)的确定性变步长控制算法,并通过递归的方式计算步长值,简化了实现过程。对固定信道和时变信道的数值仿真结果表明,新算法相比传统基于收敛误差的经验性变步长算法具有更快的收敛速度和更好的跟踪性能,有效解决了部分更新自适应盲均衡算法的确定性变速率控制问题,提升了算法的收敛速度和跟踪性能。     

采用MRSSA-ICA的共信道多通信信号盲分离

针对时频域部分重叠的多个跳频通信信号共信道盲分离问题，提出了一种新的共信道盲分离算法SCBSS（Single Channel Blind Source Separation）。首先，重新定义多分辨奇异谱分析（Multi-resolution Singular Spectrum Analysis，MRSSA）算法，利用其冗余性来重构伪多输入输出模型；接着引入独立分量分析算法用于提取感兴趣的独立分量。仿真结果验证了所提算法分离多个正交相移键控（Quadrature Phase Shift Keying，QPSK）调制的时频域部分重叠跳频通信信号的有效性和鲁棒性，且不需要任何先验。     

一种单天线同频混合信号幅度的估计算法

针对非协作通信中平坦衰落条件下单天线接收两路MSK混合信号分量的幅度估计问 题,提出了一种基于max-min思想的幅度盲估计算法。该算法采用混合信号幅值序 列中多个极大极小幅值的估计值来进行混合信号分量的幅度估计,并采用加窗局部极值平均 的方法来获得多个极大极小幅值的估计值。仿真结果表明：在信噪比大于10 dB条件下 ,该 算法 对MSK混合信号幅度估计较为准确,并且该算法对混合信号分量功率比和相对时延差的变化 具有较强的鲁棒性,具有不需要数据辅助、计算量较小的优点,能够满足后续盲信号处理的 需要。     

运用分频段希尔伯特黄变换进行多分量信号的频散分析

将分频段希尔伯特黄变换应用于多分量信号的频散分析中。首先,利用带通滤波器和 经验模态分解相结合,成功实现了经验模态频率分解,并准确提取了经验频率模态函数;然 后,使用该方法准确地获取了多分量含噪信号的时频能量谱和时频相位谱;最后,基于同步 相差和异步相差算法,精确绘制了原信号的相速度频散分析曲线。数值试验表明,该算法拥 有较高的时频分辨能力和良好的抗噪性能,对于复杂且信噪比较低的信号,能获得比传统希 尔伯特黄变换更准确的频散分析结果。
