X频段高频谱纯度频率合成器设计

针对高灵敏度接收机对频率合成器的高技术指标要求，构建了一种融合了直接模拟、直接数字以及间接数字的频率合成技术方案，根据该方案，成功实现了频率合成器的工程研制。通过测试，频率合成器相位噪声达-112 dBc/Hz@5 kHz，杂散抑制优于-75 dBc，频率分辨率小于1 kHz，10 MHz跳频时间约为13 μs，满足了高灵敏度接收机对频率合成器的高技术指标要求，为高纯度频率合成器的实现提供了一条新途径。     

高性能L频段频率合成器的改进设计

为了满足航天测控信道的要求,提出了一种高性能L频段频率合成器设计的改进方案,采用PLL+DDS+PLL结构实现了小步进、低杂散、低相噪的信号输出。分析了方案的可行性,设计了样品,并进行了测试,结果显示其相位噪声优于-100 dBc/Hz@10 kHz,杂散优于-75 dBc,但附加的杂散信号导致了系统同频干扰。通过分析找出引起同频干扰的机理,并提出了相应的改进措施。所提方案对测控通信、电子对抗等领域中频率合成器的研发具有一定的参考价值。     

一种S频段高性能频率合成器的设计与实现

设计了一种高性能频率合成器,采用直接数字合成（DDS）与直接模拟合成相结合的方式, 实现了S频段1 Hz细步进 输出,频率捷变时间小于800 ns,并达到杂散抑制优于-65 dBc、相位噪声优于- 115 dBc/Hz偏离载频1 kHz处的高性能指标。     

深空测控系统1 Hz低相噪频率合成技术

针对深空测控系统高精度测量对于信道附加相噪的要求,采用直接数字频率合成（DDS）正交调制方法设计频率综合器。通过巧妙的试验和外推方法,择优选取电压型鉴相器,在锁相环相噪模型的基础上,全面分析各部分相噪的贡献,综合设计环路带宽,有效控制附加相噪,实现低相噪频综器最理想的目标,即环路带内的相噪完全由参考决定,带外的相噪由压控振荡器（VCO）决定,并采用两源互比的方法完成1 Hz极低相位噪声的测试,测试结果为-73 dBc/Hz,与设计结果完全一致。该方法对于测控站极低相噪的设计具有一定参考价值。     

直接频率合成器的模块化设计及分析

对直接频率合成的主要技术指标进行了详细分析,给出了一种直接频率合成模块化的设计方法。采用程控分频器、频谱搬移、声表滤波组件来产生P频标,用于L、S、C、X等多种频段雷达的频率合成器。该电路简捷,具有相噪低、杂散小、捷变频等特点。实验结果表明,在C频段,偏离载波1 kHz时,其相位噪声优于-120 dBc/Hz,杂散抑制优于65 dBc,变频时间小于1μs。该合成器在阵列多波束雷达、机载相控阵雷达中得到了广泛应用。     

一种低杂散、低相噪频率综合器的分析与设计

本文结合具体实例对锁相环频率合成器的相位噪声和杂散进行了较为详细的分析与设计,计算并确定了各个部分的参数,并最终对关心的指标进行了实际测试,测试结果表明研制的频率综合器性能优良,具备了低杂散、低相噪的特点.     

一种雷达频率源的简易设计方法

针对传统多功能雷达频率源方案复杂、体积大、成本高的缺点,提出了一种雷达频率源的简易设计方法。该方法基于高频主振分频的频率合成方案,并通过信号频率的组合设计进一步简化了电路形式,成功实现了某型雷达所需的线性调频激励源、捷变频本振源、多普勒模拟源、采样时钟等多路信号的输出,X频段信号相位噪声达-106 dBc/Hz@1 kHz和-114 dBc/Hz@10 kHz,跳频时间小于2 ??s,性能指标与采用直接频率合成实现的雷达频率源相当。     

基于AD9910的频率合成器设计

本文介绍了高性能直接数字频率合成器（DDS）芯片AD9910的特性、内部结构,以及采用AD9910构成了低相噪低杂散的频率合成器,实现了频率、幅度和相位的控制。该频率合成器频率范围66～96MHz,步进1Hz,且在751dHz输出时,相位噪声低于-115dBc／Hz@1kHz。     

AD9858在捷变频频率合成器设计中的应用

系统地介绍了一种低杂散、低相位噪声、快速捷变频频率合成器的实现途径,用TMS320VC5409控制AD9858得到宽带、低相噪、高SFDR(无杂散动态范围)的输出信号.文中详细阐述了高性能DDS芯片AD9858的主要性能及其应用方法,着重说明了AD9858时钟电路的设计、调试方法,并给出了用PN9000相位噪声仪测试的结果.该数字频率合成器通过编程可方便地实现单点频、线性调频和调相功能, 经过实际应用达到了比较满意的效果.     

新型宽频段低噪声跳频偏移锁相发射机设计

针对同址发射机对远端噪声的苛刻要求,设计一种偏移锁相架构发射机。提出并采用二进制电感调谐的方法,突破了偏移锁相发射机的技术难点,实现了压控振荡器的低噪声宽频段快速调谐。测试结果表明,发射机在30～108 MHz范围内调谐时间小于40 μs,宽带噪声低于-190 dBc/Hz,远端无杂散分量。该发射机已用于实际工程,具有良好的应用前景。
