基于积谱矩阵局部二值模式的欺骗干扰识别

针对跟踪雷达的三种常见欺骗干扰,提出了一种基于积谱矩阵(SPM)局部二值模式（LBP）的识别算法。首先,计算雷达接收信号不同脉冲重复周期（PRI）的积谱,并将其按照频域和慢时域排列成一个二维积谱矩阵。然后,将图像处理的纹理特征引入到欺骗干扰识别的算法中,采用局部二值模式提取二维积谱矩阵的灰度图像特征。最后,通过仿真实验验证了算法的正确性,当雷达接收信号的信噪比（SNR）大于5 dB时,该欺骗干扰识别算法的平均识别概率优于90%。     

适用于彩色图像人脸识别的字典学习算法

现有的基于稀疏表示的人脸识别算法在识别前需要将彩色人脸图像转换成灰度人脸图像,这样虽然提高了运算速度,但忽视了不同色彩通道数据本身所包含的信息及它们之间的相关性。为了利用不同通道间相关性,基于标签一致的K奇异值分解（LC-KSVD）字典学习算法,提出了一种适用于彩色图像人脸识别的字典学习算法。该算法将RGB通道数据顺序排列成列向量,并在稀疏编码的环节中,对正交匹配追踪（OMP）算法的内积计算准则进行修正,以此提高字典原子的色彩表达能力。在彩色人脸数据库上进行实验,结果表明：所提出的字典学习算法能够有效地提高识别率。     

改进的ASM面部特征点定位算法

为了提高主动形状模型（ASM）算法的性能,提出了从ASM模型的初始位置、人脸特征点局部搜索两方面改进的叠加ASM模型及局部特征点搜索的二维轮廓线算法。实验结果表明,该算法比传统的ASM对人脸面部特征点定位有更高的精确度。     

基于特征点提取和BP神经网络的人脸识别方法

一种融合流形学习的视频人脸性别识别改进算法

如何有效利用视频中人脸之间的时空连续性信息来克服人脸分辨 率低、图像尺度变化大和姿态、光照变化以及遮挡等问题是视频人脸识别的关键所在。提出 了一种基于流形学习的视频人脸性别识别算法。 该算法不仅可以通过聚类融合学习来挖掘 视频内在的连续性信息,同时能发现人脸数据中内在非线性结构信息而获得低维本质的流形 结构。在UCSD/Honda和自采集数据库上与静态的算法比较结果表明,所提算法能够获得更好 的识别率。     

基于深度学习的跑道前视红外图像轮廓线提取

针对前视红外图像中的机场跑道检测问题，提出了基于深度学习的端到端的实时检测算法。算法首先利用深度学习在物体特征表达上的优点，采用当前主流端到端的YOLO（You Only Look Once）V2检测算法提取候选目标，寻找跑道所在位置；然后在已经获取跑道所在边框的基础上，在神经网络最后一层采用多尺度线段检测器(Line Segment Detector，LSD)进行精确的线段检测；最后对所检测的线段进行融合，提取轮廓线。真实实验数据表明，该算法基本上能满足机场轮廓提取实时性好、提取精度高、抗干扰性强等要求。

本文通过工业界世界级人脸测试,说明人脸识别发展现状,分别从二维、三维角度,阐述了人脸识别算法现状,并对人脸识别算法发展趋势予以说明。     

采用改进全卷积网络的“高分一号”影像居民地提取

针对现有的高分辨率遥感图像居民地信息提取精度和效率不够高的问题，提出了一种基于改进全卷积网络的“高分一号”（GF-1）遥感影像居民地提取方法。首先，通过专业的目视解译制备大量居民地训练样本；然后，将预训练过的深度卷积神经网络进行全卷积网络的改造，并以具有多尺度卷积核的Inception模块代替由全连接层改造的卷积层，达到减小网络模型参数量、增加特征表达能力的目的；最后，用制作好的高分辨率遥感图像居民地数据集进行训练和验证，生成可直接进行居民地信息提取的全卷积网络。实验结果表明，基于改进全卷积网络的方法可以实现精确有效的居民地信息提取，Kappa系数超过94%。

基于多尺度深度卷积网络的高光谱图像分类

高光谱遥感数据越来越普及并为人们广泛使用,基于高光谱数据的地面物体精确分类是高光谱遥感技术的核心应用之一。随着深度学习的发展,卷积神经网络在图像分类上表现效果优异。针对高光谱图像光谱维度高、特征丰富的特点,应用添加多尺度滤波器的深度卷积网络进行图像的像元精细分类。实验证明,结合多尺度滤波器的深度卷积网络模型可以得到更好的分类效果。
