目的:研究玉米淀粉酶法水解制糖工艺以及其纯化过程。方法:通过控制加酶量、温度、时间和料水比来进行玉米淀粉制糖,并分析其整个过程。结论:试验证明玉米淀粉制糖工艺的最佳条件是加酶量为15U/g,温度为55℃,时间为30min,料水比为1:9。 相似文献

以绞股蓝为材料,采用激温的方法对不同的高温温度、低温温度、复水料液比及激温处理时间进行单因素和L9(34)正交试验。结果表明:激温处理绞股蓝多糖的最佳工艺参数为:复水料液比为1g:4mL,高温80℃,低温0℃,循环处理2次,每次处理时间均为15min,其粗多糖的最大得率为0.72%。 相似文献

新一代脱墨酶是已经由纤维素酶和木聚糖酶1∶1复配而成的复合酶,该酶充分利用两者的互补作用和协同效应对废纸进行脱墨从而获得最佳的脱墨效果。研究主要探索了脱墨酶在不同温度、pH、碎浆时间下的脱墨效果;在适宜条件下,利用脱墨酶脱墨和化学脱墨法脱墨的性能进行比较,酶法脱墨与化学脱墨相比,脱墨效果更好,返黄值较低。 相似文献

本文探讨了影响湿化学法包覆硅灰石的4种主要因素,并对不同条件下所得的复合颗粒进行表征,探讨了其中不同因素影响包覆效果的机理。实验具体为采用正硅酸乙酯为硅源,水解制得纳米二氧化硅包覆在硅灰石表面。正硅酸乙酯在酸或碱的条件下水解形成硅溶胶,并在一定的反应温度下在硅灰石表面凝胶形核,形成纳米二氧化硅的包覆层。实验中通过控制反应物的水硅比,反应温度,时间和PH值来制备不同工艺下的复合颗粒,寻找最佳的反应条件。实验结果可以得出最佳工艺为:水硅比=10,反应温度为50℃,反应时间2h,PH值为5~6。 相似文献

文章从方便食用和利于人体吸收海参的营养成分的角度出发,研究利用酶解法提取海参中的各种营养成分,主要是对海参多糖进行提取,并直接加工成方便人体吸收利用的功能性即食饮品,无需分离、提纯过程。通过正交实验得出,利用复配蛋白酶(海产品水解专用)提取海参多糖等营养物质,并配合风味酶(海产品水解专用)提取海参特有的风味的最佳酶解条件:加水量为干海参的6倍、加酶量为0.3%,温度为50℃、水解时间为4h。该条件下测得多糖得率为1.63%。 相似文献

目的:研究藤本豆秸秆被稀硫酸预处理后,经纤维素酶转化,并利用混合菌发酵生产乙醇的工艺条件。方法:以吉林省九台市郊当年产藤本豆秸秆为研究对象,用1.0%的稀硫酸预处理,用里氏木霉生产纤维素酶,在纤维素酶、热带假丝酵母、酿酒酵母共同作用下采用同步糖化共发酵法生产乙醇。结果纤维素酶生产的最适条件为:藤本豆秸秆由稀硫酸处理后,滤渣中添加适量营养,接入1.5×107~2.0×107个/g底物Trichoderma reeseiTJK108孢子悬浮液,于30℃固态培养7d。最适发酵条件为:发酵温度30℃,发酵周期72h,转速120r/min,纤维素酶用量40IU/g(对底物),热带假丝酵母与酿酒酵母的接种比2:1,酵母菌接种量为10%。在最适发酵条件下,乙醇产率为0.30g/g(乙醇/藤本豆秸秆),比其他试验组产率都高。结论:藤本豆秸秆是价廉易得和来源丰富的可再生资源和能源,被纤维素酶转化后可以生产乙醇部分替代石油。 相似文献

This study has been made to assess the influences and effects of durum wheat quality characteristics on the prices in Turkish durum wheat market. The current prices are determined as the result of the applied analysis, in respect to the quality characteristics of durum wheat. The Turkish durum wheat varieties are compared with the wheat varieties of other countries, from where Turkey is importing durum wheat in respect to the quality characteristics. This research has been made to assess the effects of the characteristics of bread wheat quality on the prices in the Turkish
bread wheat market. A hedonic price model was used to analyze factors affecting the variability in bread wheat prices. Results
indicate that prices received by bread wheat producers reflect the presence of basic quality characteristics of bread wheat.
According to the research consequences, the hectoliter and sedimentation are the major factors that have the greatest effect
and influence on Turkish bread wheat market in respect to the quality aspects. The study shows that the five regions in Turkey,
which have been chosen as the research area and are important in bread wheat production, have differences in terms of bread

This paper examines co-integration models in testing for spatial market integration and the Law of One Price (LOP) for Turkish
wheat market. The multivariate co-integration tests show that there is one co-integrating vector in the system which implies
that though the markets are integrated, the LOP does not hold. Vector error correction model restrictions tests also show
that structural breaks have impacts on the long-run linkage among the prices. These results are important for wheat production

Wheat is a very strategic crop for Turkey as well as many other countries. Sunn pest is one of the most important pests of
cereals particularly for wheat and barley in Turkey. Turkish governments have conducted sunn pest management (SPM) program,
mainly based on chemical control since 1927. Neither farmers nor technical consultants have been satisfied with the SPM program
conducted by the government. Therefore, the government purpose is to transfer SPM program to the farmers by providing technical
information and equipments gradually. In this paper, effect of sunn pest damage on wheat price in Turkey is analyzed by using
hedonic price function. The results show that sunn pest damage is the most effective factor and causes a significant decrease
