ERP系统的实施是我国企业信息化战略的一项重要内容,有效地提高了企业的运作效率。ERP实施成功的影响因素具有动态性的特征,随着ERP实施阶段的进展而变化。经验性的分析揭示了ERP实施成功因素对实施绩效影响价值的存在性,以及不同因素的影响幅度,从而为我国企业进一步提高ERP的运作效率提供了现实性的理论借鉴。     

我国企业实施绿色采购的影响因素研究

绿色采购是企业减少浪费提高效率提升竞争力的重要环节。基于对144家企业的调查,使用统计软件SPSS进行因子分析提取出了影响企业绿色采购实施的五个主因子,在此基础上进行了回归分析,结果发现领导的支持对企业绿色采购的实施影响最为显著,而环境管理成本将阻碍企业绿色采购的实施。     

供应链管理对企业竞争力及绩效影响的实证分析

本文构建了供应链管理模型对制造企业竞争力及企业绩效影响的分析模型,并以江西省146家制造企业为调查对象,采用结构方程模型对企业资源能力、供应链管理、竞争优势与企业绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,供应链管理实施不仅对组织绩效有显著的直接正向影响,而且还通过竞争优势对组织绩效产生显著的间接正向影响;企业资源能力对企业绩效的直接影响不显著,但对供应链管理实施有显著的正向影响;企业资源能力与供应链管理实施对竞争优势均有显著的正向影响,竞争优势对组织绩效有显著的正向影响。     

企业电子商务战略成功实施的因素分析

在科技的发展中,电子商务战略成为当前企业发展的重点与难点,企业在电子商务战略实施中,会受到诸多因素的影响,其实施的效果与预期效果有所不同。笔者通过对影响企业电子商务战略成功实施因素进行分析,进而提出相应的解决措施,为日后企业电子商务发展奠定理论基础。     

新环保法实施增大了企业的技术创新投入吗？——基于PSM-DID方法的研究

以2012—2017年A股上市公司为样本,借助双重差分倾向得分匹配法（PSM-DID）研究了新环保法实施这一外生性事件对企业技术创新投入的影响。结果显示,新环保法实施后受影响企业的技术创新投入有所增加,但结果并不显著。进一步探究其原因,发现除新环保法影响可能存在的时滞性特征以外,企业并没有在新环保法实施环境下对企业的资本结构、治理结构和激励方案等影响企业技术创新的重大方面做出及时调整,导致环保法的强制性作用无法快速、有效地影响企业的技术创新。     

ERP在物流企业实施中的风险与对策

针对现阶段ERP在物流企业中的实施模式与发展现状,探讨影响物流企业ERP实施的要素,进一步分析我国物流企业在ERP实施进程中存在的风险,并有针对性的提出规避ERP实施风险的对策及建议。     

农业企业标准化动力因素经济学分析

本文通过建立计量经济学分析模型、应用农业企业标准化的调研数据进行实证验证的方式,分析了影响农业企业实施标准化的积极性的动力因素。研究结果表明,农业企业中生产制造企业的规模、出口情况、公司对实施标准化效益的预期等企业的标准化积极性受有显著的正相关影响,而农产品生产制造企业的研发强度和水平对企业是否实施和参加标准化活动有显著的负面影响。

Implementing sustainable sourcing—Does purchasing need to change?

The implementation of corporate sustainability relies strongly on the purchasing function implementing sustainable sourcing. To advance understanding of this implementation, this paper offers a threefold contribution. First, it operationalises sustainable sourcing and addresses different possibilities of ways it can be implemented according to the company-specific emphasis on each of the three sustainability dimensions; i.e., economic, environmental, and social aspects. Second, this paper identifies, based upon stakeholder theory, internal and external stakeholders and their specific salience to drive the implementation of sustainable sourcing. Furthermore, the content of those salient stakeholders' claims is analysed concerning its impact on individual, company-specific sustainable sourcing profiles. Third, this paper explores how the purchasing function may need to change its internal and external relationships due to and in the course of implementing sustainable sourcing. Covering these three aspects, this conceptual paper concludes with a framework of testable propositions and offers several avenues for further research.     

Linking learning and effective process implementation to mass customization capability

This study investigates the role of learning and effective process implementation in the development of mass customization capability. Building upon the knowledge-based view of the firm, we argue that internal and external learning are two knowledge-generation routines that contribute to effective process implementation. Effective process implementation, in turn, is a knowledge-based manufacturing capability, which, as a function of internal and external learning, leads to mass customization capability. We employ structural equation modeling to empirically test the effects of learning on mass customization capability, mediated by effective process implementation, using survey data collected from 100 manufacturing plants in 3 industries and 6 countries. Our results provide empirical evidence supporting the proposed model of the effect of internal and external learning on mass customization capability, fully mediated by effective process implementation. This research is one of the first studies to integrate insights from the knowledge-based view of the firm and mass customization. It complements the OM view of mass customization, which to date has largely focused on the technical side, by demonstrating the role of managerial practices and learning in cultivating mass customization capability in a manufacturing environment.

Impact of employer branding on organization’s performance

An increasing number of organizations embark on employer branding although this practice is not theoretically supported. Our study explores the employer brand by employing branding that examines the interrelation between the elements and the branding process’ outcomes. Our study is based on the employer branding model having two major components: the employer brand (with interrelated internal and external images) and the efficiency outcomes originating from the application of the employer branding process. Our study combines quantitative and qualitative research methods. The data were obtained from the companies operating in the western province of Sri Lanka. Our findings reveal that organizations with an advanced employer branding strategy have greater productivity than those organizations who lack or have partially developed strategy. Our study compares organizations with different levels of implementation of the employer branding strategy. Special attention is paid to organizational communication and the incorporation of values into the external and internal employer brand.

THE PORTUGUESE MALAISE: STRUCTURAL CAUSES OF THE CRISIS AND LESSONS FOR THE EUROZONE

The analysis of the structural causes of the Portuguese crisis points to a mix of internal and external factors that reinforced each other. Among the external factors were the perverse incentives posed by the current institutional setting in the EU and the single currency. These have wider implications for the eurozone in that the long‐term sustainability of the eurozone will require more effective operation of internal adjustment mechanisms. Additionally, the implementation of monetary competition in the eurozone is suggested as an alternative to the current path towards greater centralisation.

The search for legitimacy and organizational change: The agency of subordinated actors

This article investigates the organizational changes triggered by the implementation of certified management systems (CMS) in Denmark and explores how institutionalized organizational practices change over time. The study shows that improvements in performance were not significant in the implementation of CMS, though in most cases its adoption implied organizational changes. The study also shows that the search for external legitimacy was appropriated by various internal organizational actors, other than management. When internal actors share the institutionalized beliefs and norms of the wider society, they implicitly strive to reduce decoupling. We argue that understanding the social dynamics of legitimacy in organisations requires paying attention to the agency of superordinated as well as subordinate actors.
