积极应对欧盟电子绿色壁垒随着电子产业的迅猛发展,技术的进步缩短了产品的换代周期,人们在享受电子产品带来的便利和生活质量提高的同时,堆积如山的电子垃圾也严重地污染了环境而造成生态危害。电子产品中有害物质的生态危害和电子垃圾回收处理成为全世界的共同难题。近年来,发达国家纷纷立法对废旧电子电气设备进行管理。继日本《家用电器回收法》2001年4月生效实施之后,欧盟也于2003年通过了有关电子垃圾的立法,并很可能促使其他国家类似环保法规的更快出台。我国首部《电子信息产品污染防治管理办法》的论证工作已结束,将于最近出台。  相似文献

The use of business process models has become prevalent in a wide area of enterprise applications. But while their popularity is expanding, concerns are growing with respect to their proper creation and maintenance. An obvious way to boost the efficiency of creating high-quality business process models would be to reuse relevant parts of existing models. At this point, however, limited support exists to guide process modellers towards the usage of appropriate model content. In this paper, a set of content-oriented patterns is presented, which is extracted from a large set of process models from the order management and manufacturing production domains. The patterns are derived using a newly proposed set of algorithms, which are being discussed in this paper. The authors demonstrate how such Domain Process Patterns, in combination with information on their historic usage, can support process modellers in generating new models. To support the wider dissemination and development of Domain Process Patterns within and beyond the studied domains, an accompanying website has been set up.  相似文献

In this paper we introduce an instance of the well-know Neyman–Scott cluster process model with clusters having a long tail behaviour. In our model the offspring points are distributed around the parent points according to a circular Cauchy distribution. Using a modified Cramér-von Misses test statistic and the simulated pointwise envelopes it is shown that this model fits better than the Thomas process to the frequently analyzed long-leaf pine data-set.  相似文献

Safety issues are generally ignored in the innovation of services for internal and external customers. The purpose of this study is to provide a safety mechanism framework for process innovation in medical service industry. This study applies action research to develop a safety framework for process innovation. The practicality of the proposed method is demonstrated using a case study of Cesarean sections in Taiwan. The proposed step for safety process innovation and safety process innovation framework (SPIF) were verified by eight experts and tested with Delphi. The most important concept concerning SPIF is that it provides a clear framework for evaluating the risk of potential failure in each subsystem of process in innovation.  相似文献

A stochastic marked point process model based on doubly stochastic Poisson process is considered in the problem of prediction for the total size of future marks in a given period, given the history of the process. The underlying marked point process \((T_{i},Y_{i})_{i\ge 1}\) , where \(T_{i}\) is the time of occurrence of the \(i\) th event and the mark \(Y_{i}\) is its characteristic (size), is supposed to be a non-homogeneous Poisson process on \(\mathbb {R}_{+}^{2}\) with intensity measure \(P\times \varTheta \) , where \(P\) is known, whereas \(\varTheta \) is treated as an unknown measure of the total size of future marks in a given period. In the problem of prediction considered, a Bayesian approach is used assuming that \(\varTheta \) is random with prior distribution presented by a gamma process. The best predictor with respect to this prior distribution is constructed under a precautionary loss function. A simulation study for comparing the behavior of the predictors under various criteria is provided.  相似文献

Standard bankruptcy prediction methods lead to models weighted by the types of failure firms included in the estimation sample. These kinds of weighted models may lead to severe classification errors when they are applied to such types of failing (and non-failing) firms which are in the minority in the estimation sample (frequency effect). The purpose of this study is to present a bankruptcy prediction method based on identifying two different failure types, i.e. the solidity and liquidity bankruptcy firms, to avoid the frequency effect. Both of the types are depicted by a theoretical gambler's ruin model of its own to yield an approximation of failure probability separately for both types. These models are applied to the data of randomly selected Finnish bankrupt and non-bankrupt firms. A logistic regression model based on a set of financial variables is used as a benchmark model. Empirical results show that the resulting heavily solidity-weighted logistic model may lead to severe errors in classifying non-bankrupt firms. The present approach will avoid these kinds of error by separately evaluating the probability of the solidity and liquidity bankruptcy; the firm is not classified bankrupt as long as neither of the probabilities exceeds the critical value. This leads the present prediction method slightly to outperform the logistic model in the overall classification accuracy.  相似文献
