在传统竞争观念指导下,企业主要关注于如何比竞争对手做得更好。因此,购并战略行为容易带有三方面的局限性:战略上丧失市场敏感性、反应性的购并行为以及由激烈竞争导致的市场零和博弈。而基于顾客价值创新分析视角的企业购并战略行为框架,为购并战略分析提供了一个新的思考模式。它由顾客价值分析、价值创新机会识别、创新所需资源分析、外部资源购并决策、购并后资源整合及购并价值创造/竞争优势生成等环节组成,是一个不断演进增强的循环过程。在复杂多变的动态竞争环境中,我国大企业、企业集团要保持持续高速成长与发展,需要进一步研究顾客价值问题,并以此为基点进行购并战略设计与实施。  相似文献

The purchasing and supply chain management (P&SCM) discipline assumes that supply chains are fragile systems, hence taking a “negative” approach toward disorder. Building on Taleb’s concept of antifragility—the ability to gain from disorder rather than avoiding it—, we challenge this traditional assumption. The COVID-19 pandemic has revealed that some companies were indeed able to gain from disorder, whereas some of those that focused too much on robustness and resilience lost ground. Building robust and resilient supply chains may no longer be enough to thrive in today’s highly volatile business world. This article sparks a new debate by introducing antifragility to the P&SCM literature and provides new directions for future research.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden insbesondere explizite Darstellungen der gewöhnlichen Momente und Rekursionsformeln für die zentralen Momente derPólya- und Beta-Verteilung hergeleitet. Dazu werden gewisse positive lineare Polynom-Operatoren der Approximationstheorie benutzt, die speziell auch die bekannten Bernstein-Polynome enthalten. Die Sätze sind deshalb sehr allgemein formuliert, um sie auch in der Approximationstheorie anwenden zu können.
Summary In this paper some explicit representations of the moments about zero and recurrence formulas of the central moments for thePólya- and Beta-distribution are given. For this purpose certain positive linear polynomial operators of approximation theory are used. These operators contain in particular the well-known Bernstein-polynomials. The theorems are formulated in a general way to use them in approximation theory.

The process industries — those firms that add value by mixing, separating, forming and/or chemical reactions by either batch or continuous mode — continue to lag behind the discrete industries in the identification and implementation of effective production and inventory management (P&IM) techniques. A contributing factor is that the process industries have traditionally been lumped together and contrasted from the discrete industries as a whole, thus leading to misunderstandings regarding individual process industries. From site interviews and the literature, we identified four critical dimensions — planning resource requirements (for materials and capacity), tracking resource consumption, control of work-in-process (WIP), and degree of computerization — represented by seven variables by which to contrast and analyze process industries. Based on in-depth field studies of 19 diverse process plants, we find that there exist at least four distinct types of process industry P&IM systems: (1) simple, (2) common, (3) WIP-controlled, and (4) computerized.  相似文献

The purpose of this article is to enhance understanding in the P&SM field of supplier behaviour by exploring their needs, wants and preferences. The characteristics of customers that suppliers need, want and prefer have been conceptualised as ‘Sources of Supplier Value’ (SOSV) and the article seeks to establish a vocabulary for describing supplier needs, wants and preferences and their impact on buyer attractiveness. To achieve this a pilot study was conducted using face-to-face interviews with key account managers and Managing Directors in 14 SMEs supplying UK supermarket buyers. The research identifies 49 elements in buyers’ purchase offerings, behaviours and characteristics that suppliers regard as important. The practical implication of this research is to improve the P&SM field's understanding of the behaviour of suppliers with a longer term view to improving the ability of all buyers to influence the behaviour of suppliers in ways that match the buyers’ requirements and preferences. Furthermore, in view of the current paucity of research and understanding in this subject area, the article presents a coherent theoretical framework, terminology and rationale for investigations into the phenomenon of Organisational Supplying Behaviour.  相似文献

Summary The Lagrange multiplier test for testing the order of an ARMA-model is investigated. It is shown that it exhibits some pathologies stemming from the special properties of parameter spaces of ARMA-models. As a consequence one has to be careful in using the LM-test in this context. This paper investigates three distinctive and intuitive renegotiation bargaining protocols that all yield the Shapley value as the unique subgame perfect equilibrium outcome. These protocols, built on the multi-bidding procedure of Pérez-Castrillo and Wettstein (2001), allow more freedom in multilateral bargaining where rejected players can further negotiate and form coalitions. The self-duality of the Shapley value plays a key role in the second and third results. Moreover, these renegotiation protocols allow an actual play along the equilibrium path to restore the Shapley value in case of a ‘mistake’ made before.  相似文献

We suggest a semi-nonparametric estimator for the call-option price surface. The estimator is a bivariate tensor-product B-spline. To enforce no-arbitrage constraints across strikes and expiry dates, we establish sufficient no-arbitrage conditions on the control net of the B-spline surface. The conditions are linear and therefore allow for an implementation of the estimator by means of standard quadratic programming techniques. The consistency of the estimator is proved. By means of simulations, we explore the statistical efficiency benefits that are associated with estimating option price surfaces and state-price densities under the full set of no-arbitrage constraints. We estimate a call-option price surface, families of first-order strike derivatives, and state-price densities for S&P 500 option data.  相似文献

The past decade has seen continued interest in the employment interview, with several changes in research emphasis. The present review is a comprehensive examination of interview research conducted since Harris last reviewed this literature. We begin with a review of the traditional areas of interview research: reliability, validity, structured interviews, interviewer differences, equal employment opportunity issues, impression management, and decision-making processes. Next, we review and discuss more recent developments in interview research such as the use of the interview as a means of assessing person–organization (P–O) fit and applicant reactions to the employment interview.
