文章基于中国天楹的纵向案例,提出企业绿色并购中技术创新共演模型,研究发现:缺乏经验的企业在绿色并购过程中会经历"横向技术耦合式——纵向延伸探索式——横向耦合+纵向延伸创新式"的技术创新演化过程;企业在绿色并购过程中随着经验的积累,技术创新模式逐渐从适应型学习发展到过渡型学习最后转变为创新型学习,最终在绿色并购消化吸收的基础上提升企业技术创新能力.文章打开了绿色并购和技术创新过程"黑箱",同时分析了绿色并购中技术创新整合过程路径,对中国企业绿色并购有一定启示意义.  相似文献

可持续发展呼唤绿色技术创新,绿色技术创新是实现可持续发展的核心手段。本文选取我国22家在2011—2013年由清洁发展国际融资论坛评选出的绿色创新企业为样本,运用扎根理论方法,探索研究了我国环保企业绿色技术创新影响因素,并在此基础上构建了环保企业绿色技术创新的"技术-情境-创新"动力机制模型。研究结果表明,技术能力是环保企业绿色技术创新的直接驱动因素,而企业文化、市场导向、政府政策与行为是对"技术-创新"关系具有调节作用的情境因素,其中,企业文化是内部情境因素,市场导向、政府政策与行为是外部情境因素,三者共同调节"技术-创新"关系强度。  相似文献

文章选取2010—2017年沪深A股上市企业作为样本,对信贷错配、绿色技术创新与企业竞争力三者之间的关系进行深入研究,分析了信贷错配在绿色技术创新和企业竞争力关系中的调节作用.研究发现:绿色技术创新与企业竞争力之间存在显著的正相关关系;信贷错配与企业竞争力之间存在显著的负相关关系;信贷错配能够削弱绿色技术创新与企业竞争力之间的相关性.  相似文献

随着国家“双碳”目标的提出,绿色并购受到企业管理层的青睐,但对绿色并购与企业环境绩效之间关系的研究尚有待深化。本文基于2012—2020年沪深A股重污染行业发生过并购交易的企业为研究对象,实证分析绿色并购与企业环境绩效间关系及其作用机理。研究发现:绿色并购能改善重污染企业环境绩效,绿色技术创新在这两者之间发挥中介作用;与非高新技术企业和低研发投入强度企业相比,高新技术企业和高研发投入强度企业实施绿色并购后企业环境绩效的改善效果更显著。因此建议:积极宣传绿色并购,推动绿色转型升级;重视绿色技术创新,发挥技术协同效应;适当放宽融资约束,助力企业实现企业效益与环境绩效“双赢”。  相似文献

良好的营商环境有助于提高企业的市场竞争力与发展潜力,从而推动企业绿色发展。基于企业外部制度环境的视角,采用2010~2021年省级层面营商环境指数与上市企业微观数据进行匹配,考察营商环境对企业绿色技术创新的影响效应与作用机制。研究发现:良好的营商环境能够促进企业绿色技术创新,在使用地形起伏度作为工具变量解决内生性问题与稳健性检验后,这一结论仍然成立;异质性分析表明,营商环境对绿色技术创新的促进作用会因绿色专利类别、企业产权、企业所属行业、企业所处地区不同而存在显著差异;机制分析表明,营商环境通过缓解融资约束促进企业绿色技术创新、实质性绿色技术创新与策略性绿色技术创新。基于此,各地区应着力于持续优化营商环境以降低制度性成本,提高金融服务效率以缓解融资约束,制定绿色发展激励措施以促进企业绿色技术创新。  相似文献

随着生态文明建设不断推进,数字技术创新可有效驱动企业转型升级,影响企业绿色治理水平。基于2010—2021年A股制造业上市企业面板数据,深入探讨数字技术创新对制造企业绿色治理水平的影响。实证分析结果表明,数字技术创新有利于推动制造企业绿色治理水平提升,且在经过一系列稳健性检验后仍然显著。数字技术创新对制造企业绿色治理水平的促进作用在企业、行业以及地区层面均存在一定异质性。机制检验表明,全要素生产率、融资约束在数字技术创新与制造企业绿色治理水平之间发挥部分中介效应。因此,提出深挖数字技术创新发展优势、激发全要素生产率活力、加快金融资源流动、制定柔性数字技术发展战略的可行建议,以期提高制造企业绿色治理水平。  相似文献

Green process innovation has been seen as a key strategy for manufacturing firms to pursue sustainable development. Yet, how to help manufacturing firms eliminate bottlenecks when implementing green process innovation remains poorly understood. To address this issue, the current study, which is anchored in the government incentive perspective, examines the drivers, contingent conditions, and consequences of green process innovation by using the panel data of manufacturing‐listed firms in China from 2013 to 2017. The results present valuable findings: (a) green subsidies are positively related to two dimensions of green process innovation, namely, cleaner production technology and end‐of‐pipe technology; (b) both cleaner production technology and end‐of‐pipe technology are positively related to firms' green image; (c) a firm's cleaner production technology mediates the relationship between green subsidies and its green image; and (d) higher absorptive capacity strengthens the indirect effect of green subsidies on a firm's green image via cleaner production technology. Our results provide meaningful theoretical and practical implications by revealing the benefits of green subsidies through green process innovation by leveraging levels of absorptive capacity.  相似文献

Despite general attention has been given to sustainable development and green innovation, little empirical effort has been made to explore the factors influencing green innovation performance in the context of supply chain relationships, especially in emerging countries like China. To address this research gap, from the perspectives of specific investments, we examine the role of specific investments in relation to the outcome of green supply chain innovation. Drawing on knowledge management theory, we propose that knowledge transfer plays a mediating role underlying the relationship. On the basis of the stakeholder involvement theory, we argue that partner social responsibility plays moderating roles not only in specific investments—green supply chain innovation performance link—but also in the link of knowledge transfer and performance. We tested the proposed relationships with a sample consisted of 331 questionnaires and validated responses from 187 high‐tech firms in China. The results generally support the proposed hypotheses, and the integrative model—moderated mediation—is also supported. As such, this study contributes to understand about how specific investments affect the performance of green supply chain innovation, providing new insights on stakeholder involvement and knowledge transfer in green supply chain innovation management.  相似文献

This study examines whether and how business strategies affect firms' sustainable development from the view of green innovation. We show that firms following prospector strategy engage in less sustainable development behaviors than those following defender strategies. The negative relation between business strategy and green innovation continues to hold when addressing robustness with alternatives of business strategy and green innovation and addressing potential endogeneity with instrumental variable. We further find that political connection strengthens whereas environmental regulation weakens the negative relation between business strategy and green innovation. Finally, we explore the economic consequences of green innovation caused by strategic differences. Regrettably, the win–win situation of environment and development does not come true.  相似文献

This paper examines the impact of customer concentration on green innovation in Chinese listed firms between 2006 and 2018 through the dynamic panel generalized method of moments regressions. It is reported that major customers positively impact corporate green innovation, indicating that firms have more incentives to engage in innovative green practices to maintain stable relationships with major customers. In addition, the positive relationship between customer concentration and green innovation is more pronounced in state-owned enterprises, firms located in the provinces with a high level of marketization, and after China's new Environmental Protection Law implementation. Moreover, we observe that the positive impact of customer concentration on corporate green innovation is more significant among industrial firms and firms operating in heavily polluting industries. Furthermore, industrial competition is an essential channel for major customers to affect corporate green innovation.  相似文献

Building on the Porter hypothesis, which posits that regulatory stringency triggers innovation and thereby allows firms to achieve the dual purpose of environment protection and enhanced business performance, the present research develops an integrative model that explores the determinants of green innovation with a focus being placed on knowledge sharing. Data were collected from 203 green innovation project leaders from electronics manufacturers operating in China. The results indicate that knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between green requirements and new green product success as well as that between green requirements and green product and process innovations. Interestingly, the empirical analysis rejects the hypothesized positive influence of green requirements on green product and process innovations as well as that on new green product success, while confirming that there exists a direct and positive association between green requirements and knowledge sharing. The direct positive impact of knowledge sharing is the strongest on green process innovation. This study provides a theoretical basis for investigating the possible determinants in the causal links between green requirements and green innovation success and establishes that knowledge sharing and green process innovation may be the points where leverage can be applied to best secure innovation success. Implications of the findings on environmental policy and law design are also discussed to see how the regulatory role of the government can be better positioned to facilitate compliance and innovation. The impact of government green subsidies on firms' green innovation behaviors and sustainable development has been recognized in the existing literature, but the deep relationship remains poorly understood. This study aims to examine the mechanism of how government green subsidies influence firms' financial performance via green innovation and how the mediating effect varies under different contingent conditions. Empirical results based on data of Chinese listed companies between 2006 and 2018 reveal that green subsidies have positive effects on green process and product innovation, but only green product innovation can rise higher financial performance, which further verifies that green subsidies positively influence financial performance through green product innovation rather than green process innovation. In addition, both higher absorptive capacity and higher market turbulence strengthen the indirect effect of green subsidies on firms' financial performance via green product innovation. Our study provides useful implications for enterprises by revealing the influence mechanism of green subsidies on financial performance through green innovation under different leveraging levels of internal and external conditions. It also provides basis for the government to formulate relevant environmental policies.  相似文献

This study relies on a unique synthesis of ambidexterity theory and the natural resource orchestration approach to investigate how green intellectual capital elements, namely green human, structural, and relational capital, along with ambidextrous green innovation, trigger a synergy in favor of environmental performance. In particular, this paper primarily aims to test the mediating role of ambidextrous green innovation in the relationship between green intellectual capital and environmental performance. Based on a survey of 105 Iranian public listed companies, the results indicate that green intellectual capital elements are not directly associated with environmental performance. Instead, they influence environmental performance only through the channel of ambidextrous green innovation as a mediating variable. This is the first study to simultaneously embed the resource orchestration theory in the green intellectual capital and ambidexterity literature. The findings of the current study offer new insights into the issue of how organizations gain maximum benefit from the orchestration of their various green assets and capabilities, including green intellectual capital and ambidextrous green innovation.  相似文献

Building on resource‐based theory and resource orchestration theory, we investigate the impact of two characteristics of boundary‐spanning search, search breadth and search depth, on firms' exploitative and exploratory green innovations. We also examine the moderating role of resource orchestration capability. The results of data analysis from 186 manufacturing firms in China show that both search breadth and search depth have inverted U‐shaped relationships with exploitative and exploratory green innovations. Furthermore, resource orchestration capability is found to moderate the inverted U‐shaped relationship between boundary‐spanning search and green innovation. Specifically, with high resource orchestration capability, the inverted U‐shaped relationships of search breadth with exploitative and exploratory green innovations are flattened, whereas the relationships of search depth with exploitative and exploratory green innovations are almost linear. Our research contributes to the literature on green innovation by uncovering the complex effects of boundary‐spanning search on exploitative and exploratory green innovations.  相似文献

Although environmental regulations have been considered as important forces of conducting green innovation, how and under what conditions they affect green innovation are still unclear. Drawing from institutional theory, this study used survey data from 237 manufacturing firms in China to investigate how two dimensions of environmental regulations (i.e., command and control regulation and market‐based regulation) affect green product innovation and green process innovation. Further, this article examined the mediating role of external knowledge adoption and the moderating role of green absorptive capacity. Our results indicate that both command and control regulation and market‐based regulation have positive influences on external knowledge adoption. External knowledge adoption fully mediates these positive relationships. In addition, green absorptive capacity only strengthens the positive impact of market‐based regulation on external knowledge adoption. Our study contributes to institutional theory and green innovation literature.  相似文献
