Decision-making under risk: Editing procedures based on correlated similarities, and preference overdetermination

This paper studies editing procedures based on similarity relations in an expected utility maximization context. It shows that these procedures are compatible both with a family of difference-correlated similarities on the prize space and with a set of families (one for each probability) of ratio-correlated similarity relations on the probability space. In view of the properties satisfied by these families of correlated similarities, it is suggested that Rubinstein's preference overdetermination problem can be avoided. 基于三维理论的卷烟物流配送中心建设系统集成管理研究

总结某卷烟物流配送中心项目建设经验,将整个项目作为统一整体,运用三维系统理论,将其划分为组织集成维、技术集成维和过程集成维,对项目全寿命期进行科学管理,实现资源优化配置,以期为各地市卷烟物流配送中心建设提供一套可参考的系统集成管理方法。     

物流管理专业“3+4”分段培养情景下《物流设施与设备》课程教学改革研究

文章以目前两所学校(江苏师范大学和江苏省徐州财经高等职业技术学校)物流管理专业“3+4”分段培养核心课程《物流设施与设备》为例,通过比较分析了两校教师教材选取、主讲内容及实践等教学异同,探讨了课程教学存在的问题,提出了加强两阶段培养平台融合、增强授课师资企(行)业实操经验等课程改革的实践对策,有助于课程的衔接,可以为两校物流管理专业“3+4”分段培养模式课程教学改革提供一定的参考和借鉴意义。     

“乡”“镇”之分——《城乡规划法》颁布后的乡规划思考

对"乡"和"镇"的概念以及功能进行辨析,分析《城乡规划法》对乡规划和镇规划的不同要求,并从职能要求、发展条件和水平等层面研究当前"乡"与"镇"不同的发展特点。在此基础上,提出应建立针对农村地区生产和生活特点、围绕农业、农民与农村的发展的乡规划体系和技术规范,以完善城乡规划理论体系,促进城乡社会经济的全面协调发展。     

3G telecommunication operators’ challenges and roles: A perspective of mobile commerce value chain

In recent years, in the wake of the bottleneck facing the e-commerce development, mobile commerce is another type of service many expect to utilize and develop. In the past, influenced by the bandwidth limitation, the promotion of mobile commerce was not successful. Now, the 3G technology has broken through the limitation, allowing a higher transmission rate and more complex e-commerce interactions. The mobile commerce value chain is then formed. On this value chain, 3G telecommunication operators are the most crucial members. Moreover, mobile commerce value chain is essentially the aggregation of the conventional mobile communication value chain and Internet value chain. The business models and value chains of the conventional mobile communication and the Internet may not completely apply. Thus, a further investigation into the roles that 3G telecommunication operators play on the mobile commerce value chain is indeed necessary. As a result, based on the value chain, this study attempts to investigate the present and future challenges for 3G telecommunication operators and their advantages, to outline the roles they may play in the future development of mobile commerce.     

Decision making and planning under low levels of predictability: Enhancing the scenario method

In this paper we review and analyse scenario planning as an aid to anticipation of the future under conditions of low predictability. We examine how successful the method is in mitigating issues to do with inappropriate framing, cognitive and motivational bias, and inappropriate attributions of causality. Although we demonstrate that the scenario method contains weaknesses, we identify a potential for improvement. Four general principles that should help to enhance the role of scenario planning when predictability is low are discussed: (i) challenging mental frames, (ii) understanding human motivations, (iii) augmenting scenario planning through adopting the approach of crisis management, and (iv) assessing the flexibility, diversity, and insurability of strategic options in a structured option-against-scenario evaluation.     

Direct and indirect effects of FDI in emerging European markets: A survey and meta-analysis

We review a large body of literature dealing with the effects of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on economies during their transformation from a command economic system toward a market system. We report the results of a meta-analysis based on the literature on externalities from FDI. The studies on emerging European markets covered in our survey report direct and indirect FDI effects weakening over time, similarly as in other FDI destination countries. This is imputable to a publication bias that is detected and to the fact that more sophisticated methods and more controls can be used once a sufficient time span is available. Panel studies are likely to find relatively lower spillover effects. The choice of the research design (definition of firm performance and foreign firm presence) matters. More specific to the sampled studies is the role played by forward and backward spillovers which dominate other channels in driving FDI externalities.     

中高职3+2模式有效衔接的问题思考

文中在分析了中高职3+2衔接模式的特点的基础上,根据杭州市部分高职院校及其合作院校的调研情况,对目前中高职3+2衔接模式实施过程中存在的主要问题进行了汇总分析,并提出相关建议,供中高职院校参考。     

基于聚类分析和重心法的第三方物流企业配送中心选址分析——以邯运物流为例

先从模糊聚类的角度对邯运物流划分区域,同时考虑更多与选址相关的定性因素,然后结合简捷的重心法确定最终的区域配送中心选址,这样不仅降低了计算量,而且使选址模型更具有实际意义。     

思想道德教育与生活方式教育一体化的新构想——新形势下大学生思想道德教育问题和对策设计研究

新形势下大学生的思想及其行为表现出的复杂特性为大学思想道德教育提出了很多新的问题。在功能上存在着重政治轻素质的现象,在形式上存在着重活动轻规划的现象,在内容上存在着重理论轻实践的现象,在研究上存在着重经验轻理论的现象,在队伍上存在着重使用轻培养的现象等,是当前高校思想政治教育中存在的几个突出问题。为了更好地促进我国高校思想道德教育工作的发展,本文结合国外大学生生活方式教育发展的理论与经验,认为我国高校思想道德教育应当充分与学生生活相结合开展全面的生活方式教育,并提出了思想道德教育与生活方式教育一体化的新构想。
