本科毕业设计(论文)是高等院校实现人才培养目标的重要实践环节,毕业设计的管理与指导是影响毕业设计(论文)质量的重要因素之一。通过对机械类学生在毕业设计期间所表现出的不同群体特征的分析,将毕业设计期间学生分为考研群、就业群、创业群和择业群。并针对不同群体,提出了从选题、开题、指导过程及论文答辩等环节实施分类管理与指导的策略。 相似文献

鉴于《机电一体化系统设计》课程理论与实践紧密结合的特点,提出了项目驱动的一体化教学方法,并结合零件加工生产线机动升降转台课程项目,建立了《机电一体化系统设计》课程一体化内容体系。两年来的教学实践证明该教学方法能有效地完成了教学任务,激发了学生学习主观能动性,使学生学习机电一体化系统设计知识系统、连贯,真正提高其设计能力,值得同类型学科教学借鉴和参考。 相似文献

Over 200,000 European students study abroad under the Erasmus programme. It appears that studying abroad may impart skills which are helpful for professional careers after graduation. Approximately, 54% of European students report that participation in the Erasmus exchange programme helped them to obtain a first job; however, interestingly, those from Central and Eastern European countries report it much more often—in 73% of cases. The aim of this paper is to find out whether studying abroad enhances the employability of higher education graduates in Poland. Using the propensity score matching method and data from a nationwide tracer survey of Polish graduates, we find that Polish students who completed at least one semester of their studies abroad do not benefit in terms of a higher employment rate after graduation. 相似文献

The study examines the possible effects of a recent policy change in Greece on students’ graduation rates. Our study mainly concentrates on the potential impact that the reform may have on the various categories of students, as these are classified by the way they enter the university. Records for students studying at a university of economic and social studies are analyzed by employing a probit model. Our main empirical finding suggests that students from all the other modes of entry, compared to students entering by means of general examinations, face a considerably higher probability of failure. 相似文献

The Professional Development of Graduate Students for Teaching Activities: The Students’ Perspective
This article provides insight into the skill-development activities of graduate students at U.S. institutions providing graduate education in economics. The authors document the extent of student participation in and preparation for teaching-related activities while in graduate school, finding that more than 50 percent of students are involved in teaching-related activities such as grading, leading recitation sections, and teaching their own sections and that most were satisfied with their preparation. Important differences in participation in these activities are highlighted by assistantship assignments, institution rank, and gender. Findings suggest that programs could do more to prepare students for participation in teaching specific professional activities after graduation. 相似文献

管理类大学生创新能力的培养越来越受到管理教育界的重视,并已成为社会各界讨论的焦点。本文在梳理管理类大学生创新能力培养的现存观点、普遍性认识和学生意见的基础上,从教学方法、教学内容、社会实践、课外科技活动、硬件条件和毕业论文等方面分析了其对学生创新能力培养的影响,并提出了若干假设。针对假设,本文进行了问卷设计和调研,采用结构方程模型对假设进行了验证,为保证实证检验的信度和效度,采取了多种方法的一致性检验,通过实证探索了影响学生创新能力培养的路径和关键因素,以期为管理类大学生创新能力的培养教育提供借鉴。 相似文献

This paper investigates the impact of student support on performance and time allocation of students in Dutch higher education. In 1996 the maximum duration of grants was reduced by 1 year, and thereby limited to the nominal duration of the study program. This reform could have had substantial financial consequences for students. We evaluate the effects of the reform using a difference-in-differences approach. Our main findings are that after the reform, students early in their study (i) switched less to other programs, (ii) obtained higher grades, while (iii) they did not spend more time studying or working. In addition, for students not older than 20 years when they started their study we find larger effects on all performance variables (switching, percentage of completed courses, graduation in the first year and grade point averages). These findings are consistent with recent evidence on heterogeneous treatment effects for higher ability students. 相似文献
