针对我国高校科研团队原始创新水平不尽人意的现状,聚焦高校科研团队领导如何激发下属创造力,提升创新绩效这一核心话题,将权力视角引入创造力研究领域,在评述当前研究的基础上,对个体创造力从激发到转化的过程进行了系统诠释。首先,采用"权力—行为"二元匹配方式总结了不同权力基础下创造力促进/抑制型领导的方式,深入挖掘领导对下属创造力促进/抑制的双向作用机理;其次,反思创造力转化研究匮乏的现状,阐述了权力动态配置研究在突破该领域瓶颈方面的可行性;最后,提出了下属创造力激发指导体系的建构思路,以期切实指导管理实践。  相似文献

从1998年开始,国家在多年改革试点的基础上,按照"共建、调整、合作、合并"等多种方式,将原煤炭部管理的10余所高等院校多数改为中央和地方共建、以地方管理为主的管理方式。当前,煤炭系统所属高校的管理方式的多种多样的,其中,中国矿业大学直属教育部管理,华北科技学院直属管理部门是国家安全生产监督管理总局,而大多数煤炭院校是归地方政府管理的,校名也由原来的"矿业学院"修改为"理工大学"、"科技学院"等。可以说,传统意义上的煤炭高等教育体系已经被消解。经过20多年的发展,煤炭院校面临新的环境,在人才培、养学科建设、服务地方上走出了一条新路。回顾改制以来的发展历程,总结成功经验,展望未来发展,对于进一步推进原煤炭院校的建设与发展,具有重要的现实意义。  相似文献

在社会主义市场经济高度发展的今天,我国的企业管理体制逐步向西方靠拢,并取得了非常显著的成绩。很多企业走出国门,走向世界。在这种背景下我国高等教育管理也进行了改革,开办了一些实体经济,将后勤与学校相剥离,建立起来了高校后勤实体。虽然高校实体作为企业而独立运营,但是与高校之间依然存在着根深蒂固的联系,并未实现完全脱钩,其大部分人事编制依然在高校。随着改革的深入和新时期高校形势的不断变化,高校实体在运行中存在的矛盾和问题开始显现,一些高校实体出现了管理体制、运行机制和管理战略等方面的问题,这些问题如果不妥善解决,将对高校实体产生很大的影响。解决这些问题和矛盾,必须引入现代企业管理方式。  相似文献

Most German states have recently reduced the duration of university preparatory schooling from 13 to 12 years without changing the graduation requirements. We use nationwide data on high school graduates and the different timing of reform introduction in the federal states to identify the effects on post‐secondary education decisions and to evaluate potential effect mechanisms. The results show that university enrolment of female students decreased in the first year after graduation in all analyzed states, whereas participation in voluntary service or staying abroad increased. Furthermore, students from non‐academic families are more affected than students from an academic family background.  相似文献

This paper estimates the effect of a major education reform on intergenerational income mobility. The Finnish comprehensive school reform of 1972–1977 replaced the old two-track school system with a uniform nine-year comprehensive school and shifted the selection of students to vocational and academic tracks from age 11 to age 16. We estimate the effect of this reform on the intergenerational income elasticity using a representative sample of males born between 1960 and 1966. The identification strategy relies on a differences-in-differences approach and exploits the fact that the reform was implemented gradually across the country during a six-year period. The results indicate that the reform reduced the intergenerational income elasticity by 23% from the pre-reform elasticity of 0.30 to post-reform elasticity of 0.23.  相似文献

This article examines the factors that influence university students'academic performance, focusing on the role of student background and school factors. Using data on the first‐year students at the University of Western Australia in 2001, two methodologies are employed. The first is analogous to an input‐output approach, and the second is a random coefficients model. A key finding is that high schools have an impact on the academic performance of students at university beyond students' own background characteristics. Both immersion and reinforcement effects are identified.  相似文献

In this paper we study the relationship between the timing of tracking of pupils into vocational and academic secondary education and gender differences in educational attainment and income. It is argued that in a comprehensive system, where students are tracked into vocational and academic schools relatively late (age 15–16), girls are more likely to choose the academic track than boys. We exploit the Finnish comprehensive school reform of the 1970s to analyse this hypothesis. This changed the Finnish school system from a selective to a comprehensive structure and postponed tracking from the age of 10–11 to 15–16. Since the reform was not implemented at the same time throughout the country, we can observe members of the same cohorts under both systems. The shift to a comprehensive system was found to increase gender differences in the probability of choosing an academic secondary education and of continuing onto academic tertiary education. Moreover, the reform decreased the gender wage gap in adult income by four percentage points.  相似文献

Among policymakers, educators, and economists, there remains a strong debate on the extent to which good schools matter. In this paper, we estimate school quality valuations based upon house prices, by considering a policy reform regarding pupils' choices to attend high school. We exploit a change in school choice that occurred in Oslo county in 1997, where school authorities altered policy from one based on catchment zones to an open enrollment policy that allowed pupils to apply to any high school. Our estimates show that parents substantially value better performing schools because the sensitivity of housing valuations to school performance falls significantly (by over 50 percent) following the school choice reform that made the move to open enrollment.  相似文献

During the last decade, most of the German states have abolished the final year of higher secondary schooling while keeping academic content almost unaltered. We evaluate the effects of the reform in Saxony‐Anhalt for the double cohort of graduates in 2007. In 2003, the 13th year of schooling was eliminated for students in grade 9, while tenth grade students were unaffected. This provides a natural experiment for analyzing the impact on schooling achievements and educational choice. We find negative effects on grades in mathematics, but no effects in German literature. Moreover, a significant share of females were found to delay university enrollment.  相似文献

全球化的加剧催生越来越多的知名高校走向国际化。以联合国大学为研究对象,在重点揭示联合国大学的决策、行政、学术管理机制的基础上,探讨了联合国大学属性,并较为全面地研究了联合国大学成立和运转的条件。从政治性上看,联合国大学属于国际组织;从经济性上看,联合国大学属于知识联盟;从学术性上看,联合国是一所大学或者研究机构;从社会性上看,联合国大学又是学术共同体。通过研究分析得出,一所真正的世界型大学必须具备5个特征:人力资源全球化;培养方式全球化;管理全球化;治学和教育理念全球化;决策权相对自主。期望所做的研究与分析为真正意义上的世界型学府构建提供理论支持和依据。  相似文献

Numerous studies suggest that the value of high school education is large for potential dropouts, yet we know much less about the benefits for students who will go on to post‐secondary education. To help fill this gap I measure, using a recent Ontario high school reform, the value‐added (in terms of university grades) of an extra year of high‐school mathematics for university‐bound students. The estimated benefit is small for these students: 2.3 points on a 100‐point scale. This evidence helps to explain why the literature has found only modest effects of taking more mathematics in high school on wages.  相似文献
