在产业链高端获得高附加值是摆脱“低端锁定”的必经途径。集成电路产业链不同环节具有不同的技术要求和研发需求,目前有关嵌入产业链后研发合作情况的研究不足。从产业链视角建立集成电路产业研发合作网络,采用复杂网络理论及分析方法,对嵌入产业链前后的网络规模、小世界性、无标度特征及节点影响力范围和主体特征进行分析,结果发现:集成电路产业发展具有明显的价值链研发合作特征,且围绕固定核心企业的合作网络展开,网络中的核心节点对产业进化具有重大影响,但我国在集成电路产业链研发合作网络中尚未形成影响。最后,提出增强我国集成电路产业竞争力的对策建议。 相似文献

中国经济迈入高质量发展阶段,亟需将参与全球价值链竞争的模式从"汗水经济"转变为"智慧经济",以摆脱长期以来的"低端锁定"困境。综合已有研究成果,分析中国依托"一带一路"构建"以我为主"、包容性区域价值链的背景,并重点对区域价值链构建的策略、区域价值链与全球价值链联系及产业升级机制等问题进行分析。研究发现,作为一种"双向嵌套"、开放型价值链体系,区域价值链在加快中国产业高端攀升、带动更大范围协同发展和推动公平贸易规则制定等方面,都能够发挥积极作用。在此过程中,作为多元价值链链接者的中国,应积极培育全球竞争力与资源整合优势,发挥"承上启下"的关键作用,推动中国产业升级同时,带动更大范围国家或地区的发展,有序引导多重市场融合。 相似文献

随着全球分工体系的深化与国际贸易形式的演进,国际生产与贸易的格局正经历着深刻的调整,全球价值链成为了当今国际分工的主要发生形式,对各国的价值创造体系持续进行着重构与深化,产业结构也随之发生巨大的变化。自改革开放以来,中国通过参与全球价值链分工使得中国经济迅速发展,但产业结构仍停留在价值链的分工中低端,而要实现经济可持续发展,就必须首先实现产业结构的升级。本文从比较优势的演化入手,讨论了比较优势如何演化以及全球价值链分工与中国产业升级三者的联动关系,分析了中国产业的三大基本特征,认为中国产业升级必须走比较优势非线性演化与线性演化并重之路,促进生产要素的高级化、推进产业模块化、实施产业集群,枸建区域联动的国内价值链体系。 相似文献

本文采用智力资本的"H-S-C"范式,运用主成分分析方法和因子分析方法对我国31个省(市、区)2006年的区域智力资本和区域创新能力进行了评估。研究发现:人口素质、医疗与社会保障水平对区域人力资本的贡献最大,国内外贸易及经济往来对区域关系资本的贡献最大,政府服务保障与社会沟通机制对区域结构资本的贡献最大,创新投入与创新过程对区域创新能力的贡献最大;区域人力资本受经济发展水平和教育投入力度的影响较大,区域关系资本受区位优势的影响较大,区域结构资本受体制、制度、机制和经济发展环境氛围的影响较大。 相似文献

在集成电路产业超过半个世纪的发展历程中,电子设计自动化软件(EDA)应运而生并随着技术进步和产业分工不断演化和发展,成为今天贯穿集成电路全流程和驱动摩尔定律不断延续的基础支撑工具。尽管表现出极端重要性,但电子设计自动化软件的总体市场规模较小。从当前市场结构来看,美国企业处于先发优势和寡头垄断地位,我国在这一领域发展相对滞后且在美国打压背景下发展严重受限,这也成为我国集成电路产业被“卡脖子”的关键领域。在后发者突破先发者主导优势获取发展机会的过程中,电子设计自动化软件领域要尤其重视产业生态的参与和重构,通过在创新生态、产品生态、产业生态和国际竞争生态中实施多层生态战略,逐步构筑起后发企业的生态位优势,驱动电子设计自动化软件的高质量发展。基于生态赶超和发展的目标,未来在支持电子设计自动化软件发展过程中,应当在顶层设计、系统设计、产权保护等方面发挥国家的力量,同时强化在人才和基础创新中的短板,主动融入全球产业生态。 相似文献

The research interest on Intellectual Capital (IC) has been increasing, adopting different definitions and developing diverse measurement tools. Nonetheless, little research focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the relation between IC and innovation management. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of technology innovation strategy on the IC development and then on innovation performance in manufacturing SMEs. After conducting a survey, measures of IC for SMEs have been performed and an integrated structural equation model has been created. Results demonstrate that technology innovation strategy affects all IC components, the internal structural capital supports the relational and human capital, and the latter two influence firm technology innovation performance. This study contributes to developing an IC measurement system in SMEs and to emphasise the importance of single IC components in improving technology innovation performance. 相似文献

In this work, we for the first time study the inter-industrial clustering behaviors of integrated circuit (IC) industry from Taiwan to China via amount of foreign direct investment (FDI). According to the mutual dependence among IC design, manufacturing and packaging-and-testing industries, Lotka-Volterra model is solved to explore the cluster evolutions. Effects of inter-level collaborations along production value chain on FDI flows into China are considered. Evolution of FDI into China for IC design industry significantly inspires the subsequent FDI of IC manufacturing, packaging and testing industries. Since the production of IC manufacturing, packing and testing enterprises depends on the preceded products that design industry has devised, the middle-stream manufacturing and downstream packaging-and-testing firms tend to converge toward upstream design houses. Taiwan IC industry's FDI amount into China is estimated to be cumulatively increasing, which suggests the clustering tendency of Taiwan IC industry. Prediction of FDI with Lotka-Volterra model is superior to that of the conventional growth model (i.e., Bass model) because the industrial mutualism among various stages is included. The flows of FDI have not yet reached equilibrium points, so the FDI inflows into China will expand for IC design or packaging-and-testing industry, while decline for manufacturing industry. 相似文献

产业集群的嵌入性问题一直以来倍受关注。文章首先从理论上回顾了嵌入性的基本概念,引入了经济地理学家对嵌入性三种维度的分类:"文化嵌入性"、"网络嵌入性"、"地域嵌入性"。在此基础上,介绍了学术界对FDI驱动型产业集群嵌入性问题的相关讨论,并以FDI驱动型浦东IC产业集群为范例,分析了其三个维度的嵌入性问题,其中重点研究了浦东IC产业集群的"地域嵌入性"。并认为价值链的新环节衍生,扮演了"桥"的角色,改善了浦东IC产业集群的"地域嵌入性"。最后进行了理论总结。 相似文献

本文利用我国31个省(市、区)2006年的截面数据,定量研究了区域智力资本和区域创新能力的关系。研究结果显示:区域创新能力与区域智力资本及其各要素(区域人力资本、区域关系资本、区域结构资本)之间都存在正相关关系;区域创新能力与区域人力资本和区域结构资本的各构成要素之间也存在正相关关系;区域智力资本三要素之间高度相关,区域关系资本与区域结构资本之间的相关性最强,这说明区域智力资本三要素之间是相互影响的,一个地区的关系资本很大程度上受结构资本的影响和制约。 相似文献

Aims: Intermittent catheterization (IC) is the gold standard for bladder management in patients with chronic urinary retention. Despite its medical benefits, IC users experience a negative impact on their quality of life (QoL). For health economics based decision making, this impact is normally measured using generic QoL measures (such as EQ-5D) that estimate a single utility score which can be used to calculate quality-adjusted life years (QALYs). But these generic measures may not be sensitive to all relevant aspects of QoL affected by intermittent catheters. This study used alternative methods to estimate the health state utilities associated with different scenarios: using a multiple-use catheter, one-time-use catheter, pre-lubricated one-time-use catheter and pre-lubricated one-time-use catheter with one less urinary tract infection (UTI) per year.Methods: Health state utilities were elicited through an internet-based time trade-off (TTO) survey in adult volunteers representing the general population in Canada and the UK. Health states were developed to represent the catheters based on the following four attributes: steps and time needed for IC process, pain and the frequency of UTIs.Results: The survey was completed by 956 respondents. One-time-use catheters, pre-lubricated one-time-use catheters and ready-to-use catheters were preferred to multiple-use catheters. The utility gains were associated with the following features: one time use (Canada: +0.013, UK: +0.021), ready to use (all: +0.017) and one less UTI/year (all: +0.011).Limitations: Internet-based survey responders may have valued health states differently from the rest of the population: this might be a source of bias.Conclusion: Steps and time needed for the IC process, pain related to IC and the frequency of UTIs have a significant impact on IC related utilities.
