知识型员工是高科技组织核心竞争力的主要构成要素。以某研究所知识型员工为研究对象,通过设计调查问卷,采用工作要素综合评价法进行了满意度的实地测评,分析了影响满意度的关键因素,并对统计特征因素与满意度之间的关系进行了研究,提出了改进知识型员工满意度的建议。  相似文献

文章是基于"北京市企业员工调查"的数据,以员工满意度为切入点,运用SPSS18.0(又名PASW)中的描述统计、相关分析、因子分析、方差分析、回归分析等方法对335份有效问卷的统计结果进行分析,通过主成分分析法,将问卷中的六个满意度提取为两大因子,并对其赋予相应权重,构建了整体满意度指标;然后将该指标作为被解释变量,验证了工资满意度和流动效果等因素对工作整体满意度的影响。  相似文献

本文基于文献研究,以调查问卷的方式开展员工满意度调查,实证研究了影响员工满意度的因素。结果表明:工作强度和性别比例与员工满意度负相关;工作认可和团队协作与员工满意度正相关。其中,团队协作对员工整体满意度促进作用最大,性别比例差过大的现状严重降低了员工满意度。  相似文献

医护人员是医疗服务的直接提供者,其工作满意度与工作绩效对于医疗服务质量具有重要意义。文章以河西学院附属张掖人民医院医护人员为调查对象,在既往关于工作满意度及工作绩效的研究成果基础上构建了医护人员工作满意度与工作绩效关系研究模型,并提出了相应的假设,然后通过PLS结构方程模型结合调查数据对模型及假设进行了检验。研究结果显示:管理环境正向影响医护人员薪酬水平、工作群体以及工作条件;而薪酬水平、工作群体和工作条件均对医护人员工作满意度具有正向影响;工作满意度则对角色工作绩效和创新工作绩效具有正向影响。  相似文献

利用125名来自不同企业的男性中高层管理人员的调查数据,探讨了企业男性中高层管理者的工作-家庭冲突对其工作满意度和生活满意度的影响,重点分析了工作-家庭中心性在其中的调节作用。结果表明:工作-家庭冲突显著影响男性管理者的工作满意度和生活满意度;工作-家庭中心性调节工作-家庭冲突与满意度的关系。  相似文献

本研究采用国际通行的实证研究方法,调查国有企业职工工作积极性状况,应用统计对比方法分析产权制度和激励机制的相互关系,对比不同产权制度下企业职工的工作满意度及各种激励因素的情况,发现在不同产权制度下,企业职工的劳动积极性和工作满意度存在较大的差异,国有企业职工满意度低,民营企业满意度高。而相关性分析指出,影响职工满意度的最大两个相关原因是工作的充实感和企业的晋升制度。本研究对产权与激励的关系进行了理论探讨,提出了劳动资本化的观点,希望从科学的角度揭示职工思想工作的基本点及核心因素,从而为国有企业员工激励提供理论和实践基础。  相似文献

基于总体报酬理论和人—组织匹配理论,探讨了非国有企业员工工作满意度的影响因子,以及要求—能力匹配在总体报酬各要素与工作满意度关系中的调节作用。通过对中部五省非国有企业员工的调查数据统计分析,发现非国有企业总体报酬包括薪酬、福利、职业发展、绩效认可与工作环境五个维度,它们对工作满意度的影响存在差异;要求—能力匹配对工作满意度有显著正向影响,并在总体报酬对工作满意度产生影响时起到调节作用,即企业的要求—能力匹配度越低,总体报酬中绩效认可、职业发展和薪酬三个维度对工作满意度的影响越大,而福利对工作满意度的影响越小。  相似文献

In this paper, we study the relationship among horizontal mismatch, job satisfaction and wages using data from the 2013 Scientists and Engineers Statistical Data System (SESTAT). Estimates from 2SLS indicate that 1) field-occupation match in the highest degree has a positive effect on job satisfaction and wages; and 2) controlling for field-occupation matches, job satisfaction has a positive but diminishing effect on wages with a large heterogeneity across different age groups. In addition, we also distinguish between job satisfaction arising from benefits and job satisfaction that is productivity enhancing and find both to have a positive but nonlinear effect on wages.  相似文献

Although preceptors have been utilized for many years to orient nurses, non-clinical employees have not had the benefit of having consistent, competent, standardized guidance during their orientation period. A preceptorship program was implemented in Ambulatory Care Services for non-clinical employees to improve the orientation experience and to make new employees feel valued. The preceptor program was designed to standardize the information given and skills taught, to increase competence in all job tasks, to assure completion of orientation documents, to reduce staff turnover and increase job satisfaction, and to reduce orientation costs to the organization. Many improvements have been realized related to these goals, including improved staff satisfaction and reduced turnover.  相似文献

The performance of the emergency department significantly improved after implementing the balanced scorecard including hours of continuing education attended by the staff, staff job satisfaction, the rate of incomplete laboratory tests within 30 minutes, the average monthly inappropriate return rate, and hospital profit. The results can assist administrators plan for the future. Although this was a pilot program for implementing a balanced scorecard in an emergency department, the indicators used in this study may also be reasonable for a hospital that has limited resources.  相似文献

This paper introduces job satisfaction into neoclassical theory of labour supply. This simple integration produces non-trivial results: job satisfaction is able to reduce disutility of labour, thus increasing labour supply; also, if job satisfaction is very high, labour could generate utility, while leisure could provide disutility. In this paper, job satisfaction, and thus job match quality, is specified in terms of appropriate collocation of the worker in the workplace; in short, the higher the matching between the investment in education and the task assigned in the workplace, the higher the job satisfaction. An empirical analysis substantiates the two main predictions of this paper, namely the key role of job satisfaction in time allocation and labour supply decisions and the plausibility of our view about job satisfaction.  相似文献

Using ordered probit estimation technique this paper examines the job satisfaction of recent UK graduates. Focussing primarily on explaining job satisfaction in terms of individuals matching to jobs, with the match depending on reservation returns, information sets and job offer rates. Only limited support can be found for the argument that job matching explains higher job satisfaction. In addition, stylizing graduates as a peer group, who form satisfaction levels based on their rankings relative to each other we examine whether or not education quality, which raises peer group status and increases the job offer rate, is systematically related to job satisfaction. The results broadly support the hypothesis that job satisfaction is neutral across graduates of different education qualities. However, our specification tests indicate that ordered probit estimation may not be fully appropriate for identifying the characteristics of those with high job satisfaction.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to establish a measurement scale for human resource management (HRM) practices in nonprofit organizations and to analyze their impact on employee job satisfaction. An exploratory factor analysis (EFA) using a principal components was performed. The analyzed sample is composed of 62 organizations with 2,030 employees. The results demonstrate that 8 out of 20 analyzed variables determine the measurement scale of HRM practices in these organizations. These variables are related to psychological demands, active work and development possibilities, social relations and leadership, and the degree of coherence in the organization with its principles. According to the results, these practices have an impact on employee job satisfaction. We believe that these results are relevant due to the lack of similar studies and the relevance of nonprofit organizations as job creators in the European Union.  相似文献
