中国加入WTO对油脂加工企业的影响及对策

我国即将加入世界贸易组织。油脂加工企业将会产生怎样的影响 ,是值得研究的课题。一、加入 WTO带来的益处1 .我国的消费能力会大幅度提高。我国政府承诺 2 0 0 0年在平均关税 1 7%的基础上下调两个百分点 ,这就意味着进口商品的价格将会继续下调 ,因此会大大激活国内消费市场 ,从而会使不少有实力的油脂生产企业提高开工率。同时也可能彻底解决国内油脂价格高于国外的现象。2 .将大幅度开放商品贸易和服务市场。这就为消费者扩大了选择商品的余地和获得优质服务的机会 ,同时也会使国内不少存在的“官商作风”、“老爷作风”的油脂加工企…     

江苏省盐城市沿海滩涂生态系统健康综合评价研究

江苏省盐城市是"海上苏东"战略的最前沿,是西太平洋海岸最大的滨海湿地,具有极高的生态价值。文章根据整体性、敏感性、主导性等原则,结合P-S-R模型,构建了沿海滩涂生态系统健康评价的三层指标体系。采用AHP--模糊数学--灰色关联复合模型对盐城沿海滩涂生态系统健康进行综合评价,首先通过AHP分析计算出各指标的权重,运用模糊数学建立隶属度矩阵,在此基础上通过灰色关联分析,比较盐城沿海滩涂生态系统健康的空间差异,并分析了差异产生的原因。     

The wellsprings of work: The USA and the UK

Summary

The results of research on the US economy are discussed. It is based on a file of 5.6 million business establishments which is used to study how each business evolves. Underlying relatively slow changes in the aggregate totals was a set of large flows, and substantial ‘churning’. Most regions in the USA lose about 8 % of their jobs each year, and the healthiest economies have the highest losses. Small firms were significant creators of new jobs. Studies in the UK found that the contribution of small firms to employment generation is small, that the rate of new firm formation depends upon whether a region is dominated by large firms, that subcontracting, cheap premises and a good general environment are important. Births and deaths of businesses balanced each other at around 8 % each per annum, but some regions were declining because they were not sharing in the growth side of the equation, as in the USA. One difference between the USA and the UK is in terms of micro‐ and macrostability. Microstability is that of the individual job and business, and macrostability that of the economy as a whole, and the two are in inherent conflict. The choice between these two forms of stability is a very painful one, and a price must be paid either way.

The power of argument

Agrobiodiversity has been decreasing substantially in Europe. Social scientific research in this area has paid limited attention to how citizens value agrobiodiversity and its decline, and how these valuations can be influenced. We explore the influence of different arguments for enhancing agro-biodiversity, delivered via short movies, on attitudes and behaviour of students, environmental professionals and people interested in nature conservation in the Netherlands. We conclude that information provision does not influence attitudes. However, it does influence values assigned to agrobiodiversity, but not always in the ways we hypothesized. Information about the intrinsic value of agrobiodiversity has the most effects on values assigned to agrobiodiversity. Among students, women and people with a low emotional attachment with agricultural landscapes (‘place identity’ and ‘place dependence’), emphasizing the instrumental value of agrobiodiversity has a counter-intuitive effect. It does not influence the importance of this value but instead reinforces the intrinsic value they assign to agrobiodiversity. The latter finding is at odds with the instrumental biodiversity discourse in science and policy, which, under headings such as ecosystem services and natural capital, aims to mobilize support for nature conservation by emphasizing its instrumental, functional and economic values. Emphasizing the intrinsic value of agrobiodiversity seems more effective.     

日本扩大农地经营规模政策的演变及对我国的启示

The Pricing of Experience Goods: The Example of en primeur Wine

The market for "primeur" wine in the Bordeaux region allows producers to sell wine that is still in barrels. As with all experience goods, producers send quality signals to uninformed buyers. Using original data on Bordeaux wines, we show that the pricing behavior of producers depends to a large extent on their reputation, and much less on short-term changes in quality (as measured by experts' grades). We also find that the primeur price has an informative role, since a 10% increase in primeur price leads to a 3% increase in prices on the market for bottled wine.     

论农村社会保障制度的构建
