珠海华润银行IPv6改造实践

根据监管单位《关于金融行业贯彻<推进互联网协议第六版(IPv6)规模部署行动计划>的实施意见》要求,珠海华润银行(以下简称"华润银行")通过升级部署IPv4/IPv6双栈链路,完成了面向公众服务的互联网应用系统IPv6改造工作.本文主用于介绍华润银行的改造工作实践,分享相关经验.     

IPv6规模部署下网络安全风险防范

IPv6作为新一代互联网IP协议,有效解决了IPv4网络地址不足的问题,也展示出了安全性高、通信效率高、网络管理方便等诸多优点,但IPv6协议本身也存在设计缺陷.因网络升级是个渐进过程,IPv4和IPv6双栈将长期共存,新形势下金融业缺乏具有技术水平的专业安全人员等因素带来了新的网络安全隐患.在IPv4向IPv6大规模部署升级进程中,随着应用规模的扩大,IPv6安全事件不断出现.本文介绍了IPv6的主要优点,同时也分析了在IPv6本身的漏洞,及IPv4向IPv6过渡过程中和IPv6自身存在的诸多风险,最后给出了充分利用IPv6协议优势防范风险等针对性的解决办法,以期促进IPv6的大规模部署,确保网络系统安全.     

IPv6在金融行业的应用前景

当前大家正在使用的互联网建立在IPv4协议基础之,IPv4采用的是32位地址长度,全球大约只有43亿个地址。与IPv4相比,IPv6具有地址空间更大、网络整体吞吐量更高、服务质量和多播功能更好、安全性更强、即插即用和方便移动应用等很多优点。当前各国政府越来越重视IPv6的发展,纷纷将IPv6提升为国家发展战略的高度,并制订了有关发展策略。     

银行应对IPv6之道

正互联网飞速发展导致IP地址消耗速度激增。随着全球IPv4地址告急,针对IP地址的解决方案相继出台,IETF提出的IPv6第二代互联网技术也日趋成熟。2012年国家发改委等七大部委联合制定了《关于下一代互联网"十二五"发展建设的意见》,把研发下一代互联网关键芯片、设备、软件和系统作为重点。IPv6离我们越来越近,那么使用IPv6会对现行IPv4网络产生哪些影响呢?

IPv6实践与应用探讨 ——广东南粤银行IPv6改造案例分析

广发银行IPv6改造工作实践

广发银行采用NAT64和双栈改造相结合的方式开展IPv6改造工作,通过向CNNIC申请IPv6地址、IPv6互联网线路与运营商使用BGP动态路由协议对接的方案,实现所有面向公众服务的互联网应用系统支持IPv6连接访问,完成3个互联网应用系统的IPv4/IPv6双栈改造工作,按计划顺利完成2020年IPv6改造工作任务.本文从广发银行IPv6改造的技术路线、技术方案、成效、经验等方面进行探讨分享.

本文以银行业金融机构为例,从技术和管理两个方面,对比IPv4和IPv6的不同特征,分析IPv6的技术和管理优势。在此基础上,预测了IPv6的规模部署将会带来的技术、管理方面的风险和问题。     

校园网IPv4-IPv6过渡阶段的安全性问题研究

IPv6取代IPv4是互联网发展的必然趋势，IPv6增强了协议的安全性，提供了更加可靠的传输层安全服务机制。但IPv6不能从根本上解决互联网的安全风险问题，在当前阶段、过渡阶段、IPv6正式运行阶段还有很多安全问题需要关注。通过研究，提出了基于校园网的IPv4-IPv6过渡阶段网络安全分析与防范策略，以及完善过渡阶段的安全措施。

Summary of Results of Survey of Seminar Attendees

Abstract

The Society of Actuaries undertook a three-phase research project on mortality improvement in the three NAFTA countries: Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. Phase 1 consisted of a literature review of papers on projecting mortality levels in the future and a study of the trend in mortality improvement during this century. Phase 2 consisted of a discussion of different facets of modeling mortality rates at a seminar attended by 79 experts (actuaries, demographers, economists, and medical researchers) representing different countries. The last session of the seminar consisted of the completion of a survey by the attendees to obtain input for Phase 3, which would analyze the impact of mortality improvement on the social security system of each country. This paper summarizes the results of the survey.

The survey results illustrate the difficulty in forecasting mortality levels, because the effects of many factors that could have significant impact on mortality rates are unknown. This suggests the need for dynamic forecasting, which allows for the possibility of random shocks. A majority of the survey respondents believe that stochastic forecasting models, despite their complexity, have significant potential to add value. Respondents also believe that both historical data and cause-specific mortality forecasts are useful as input and also in validating forecasts of the aggregate levels of mortality. The challenge is to develop more sophisticated forecasting models to produce results that are relatively easy to interpret and to communicate these results to the desired audiences, including the public and policymakers.

The survey results suggest that the aggregate effect of lifestyle changes, medical advances, diseases, catastrophe, and physical environmental changes is an increase in life span. However, there is much uncertainty about the future. Respondents expect that beyond the year 2020 the mean annual rate of reduction in mortality for males age 65 and over will average about 0.58% for Canada, 0.76% for Mexico, and 0.67% for the U.S. The results for the female age 65 and over population are 0.64%, 0.83%, and 0.70%, respectively. The age 65 and over population is expected to see larger percentage reductions in mortality than the 0–14 and 15–64 populations. The reductions in male and female mortality will be ultimately the same, and the mortality levels in the three countries will ultimately converge, although differences may persist for decades.

人行县支行备份路由的解决方案

目前江苏省内人民银行各县(市)支行与其市中心支行的网络互联是通过专线经中国电信的x.25分组交换网实现的,没有其它备份线路,一旦线路或路由器出现故障,电子联行、银行信贷登记咨询、货币发行管理等业务系统就不能与中心支行的业务系统实现正常通信,这不仅会影响本行业务工作的正常进行,甚至可能会影响上级行业务系统的正常运行.针对这一问题我们首先想到的解决方法是,购买一个路由器作为备份路由器,再租用一条其它方式的远程连接线路作为备份线路,这样的备份设备费用至少15万～2万元.如果采用Windows 2000 Server(或者Windows NT Server 4.0),使用其免费提供的请求拨号路由服务,就能实现临时应急备份路由.下面对Windows2000的请求拨号路由及其安装配置做一详细说明.

The Usefulness of Measures of Consistency of Discretionary Components of Accruals in the Detection of Earnings Management

Abstract:  Prior research has shown the prevalence of measurement error in models used to estimate aggregate discretionary accruals. In these models, the incremental information content of the various components of accruals is ignored. Limited prior research and data gathered from firms under Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) litigation indicate that managers use either one or more than one component of accruals simultaneously, in a consistent way to manipulate bottom-line earnings in a given direction. I propose two measures that capture the consistency between the discretionary components of accruals and test their significance in earnings management (EM) detection in firms that have artificially added accrual manipulation and firms that were targeted by the SEC for accrual manipulation. There is evidence that this information is incrementally useful in detecting EM. This finding paves the way for improvements in the discretionary accruals measure by including consistency information from the components of aggregate accruals.
