中国产业结构升级缓慢的因素及对策分析

近年来,在我国经济发展过程中,出现了与产业结构演进理论相违背的状况。即我国在经济快速增长的情况下,产业结构升级非常缓慢。而产业结构发展缓慢条件下的经济增长必将是不可持续的。深入分析我国产业结构升级缓慢的因素,并提出促进产业结构升级的对策,对于我国经济的可持续发展具有重要的意义。     

Increasing advertising effectiveness through incongruity-based tactics: The moderating role of consumer involvement

Developing effective advertising communication has been traditionally regarded as an increasing function of the fit between consumers' perceptions and the content of the transmitted messages. Given that, relevant research has given only limited attention to the consideration of incongruent and dissonant communication. Against this background, the present study explores how consumers react to brand information that is in conflict with established perceptions. The moderating role of consumer involvement in the decision process is also examined. Consistent with predictions, the results support a positive effect for moderately incongruent communication, which, however, is attenuated in high-involvement decisions. The theoretical and managerial implications of these findings are discussed.     

供应链信息安全现状及体系框架研究

本文研究了我国供应链目前普遍存在的信息安全问题,如:企业员工的信息安全意识淡薄;信息安全管理有章不循现象普遍;缺乏统一的信息安全战略规划和防范机制;合作企业间存在逆向选择风险和各种败德行为等。针对上述问题,参考众多企业积累的经验,吸取了供应链信息安全领域的最新理论研究成果,提出了供应链信息安全体系框架。该框架由信息安全治理、信息安全管理、基础安全服务和架构、第三方信息安全服务与认证机构和供应链信息安全技术标准体系五个部分构成。在具体运用中从供应链整体业务需求出发,参照供应链信息安全体系框架,通过评估和风险分析等方法,定义供应链及其节点企业安全需求,并最终确定供应链信息安全建设的内容和方向。     

Understanding the Behavioral Intention to Report Unethical Information Technology Practices: The Role of Machiavellianism, Gender, and Computer Expertise

Although organizations can derive competitive advantage from developing and implementing information systems, they are confronted with a rising number of unethical information practices. Because end-users and computer experts are the conduit to an ethical organizational environment, their intention to report unethical IT-related practices plays a critical role in protecting intellectual property and privacy rights. Using the survey methodology, this article investigates the relationship between willingness to report intellectual property and privacy violations and Machiavellianism, gender and computer literacy in the form of programming experience. We found that gender and computer expertise interact with Machiavellianism to influence individuals’ intention of reporting unethical IT practices. This study helps us to improve our understanding of the emergent ethical issues existing in the IT-enabled decision environment.

城市的加速发展,一方面促进了社会经济效益的提升,另一方面也产生了生态环境负效应。生态失落是产生生态环境负效应,导致城市不可持续发展的主要根源。生态觉醒是实现城市可持续发展的思想基础。生态城市则是从生态觉醒到生态自觉所要追求的目标。生态城市建设需要完善的制度作为保障。     

基于收益共享契约的三级供应链如何应对突发事件

本文针对一个由供应商-制造商-零售商构成的三级供应链,在考虑随机性需求基础上,探讨突发事件对三级供应链的影响,同时改进了协调供应链的收益共享契约,使之能够应对突发事件。     

基于城乡统筹的重庆市耕地保护模式创新探索

本研究紧紧围绕保护现有耕地质量、拓展新增耕地来源、提高新增耕地数量质量、市域统筹建设用地指标等方面,提出基于城乡统筹的重庆市创新耕地保护模式。研究结果表明:基于城乡统筹的重庆市创新耕地保护模式切实可行,相对于其他耕地保护模式更具有可实施性,在一定程度上缓解了"发展"与"保护"的矛盾,对我国耕地资源的保护具有重要的意义,为我国其他省市的耕地保护提供了一个新视角。     

校企合作对独立学院应用型人才培养的作用——以西安工业大学北方信息工程学院为例

本文从分析独立学院从"稳定规模"到"提升内涵"的背景出发,结合西安工业大学北方信息工程学院的具体现状,从应用型人才培养特色、学生个性化发展、大学生就业以及丰富教师工程背景等方面讨论了校企合作的作用,并指出了存在问题和措施。     

CFG桩在储罐地基处理中的应用

胜利油田管理局50000m3原油储罐采用CFG桩复合地基进行处理,这在东营地区尚属首次。通过介绍分析工程地基处理的设计、施工及监测情况,显示CFG桩复合地基承载力及最终沉降量等参数均满足规范要求。     

沥青路面复合基层抗裂机理分析

针对沥青路面半刚性基层反射裂缝的问题,提出复合基层路面结构,通过抗裂机理分析,得出在防止反射裂缝性能方面,沥青路面复合基层结构远优于半刚性基层。
