刑事诉讼法律解释的完善有利于刑事诉讼法律规定在实践中的正确应用,也有利于司法实践中的问题得到及时有效的处理.随着社会对司法寄予厚望,期待通过法院得到更多的社会正义,对刑事诉讼法律解释进行实证性考察分析,发现问题并提出相应对策和完善建议较之纯理论、概念及逻辑性的分析研究更具真正的法律意义和现实意义.     

Transaction-Based Office Price Indexes: A Spatiotemporal Modeling Approach

This study examines the potential of a two-order spatiotemporal autoregressive model with a Bayesian heteroskedasticity robust procedure in modeling strata-titled Singapore office unit transaction prices and in constructing transaction-based disaggregate office price indexes. The model reduces the problems caused by the infrequent trading of individual commercial properties. However, for those office properties that are located outside the CBD and also for those less frequently transacted, the power of the model in capturing these particular office buildings' price dynamics is limited. The significant differences of the office prices across the various office buildings and submarkets show that the model can capture the variation in office prices and track the timing of capital gains and losses that investors may accrue on spatially distributed office properties more accurately than hedonic or weighted least squares estimates.     

基于信息税的证券市场财务信息披露模式重松

现行证券市场财务信息披露模式的基本特征体现为强制性、无偿性,该模式在证券市场财务信息披露的实践中难以有效抑制困扰全球证券市场的虚假财务信息披露问题.在反思现有披露模式缺陷的基础上,本文提出建立一种更能体现证券市场信息公开原则,且基于信息税的强制性、有偿性的财务信息披露模式,其所产生的付费效应、赋权效应、公共收入效应和杠杆效应可以对证券市场的财务信息披露利益相关方达到有效的激励作用,并可将其导向证券市场信息真实披露的目标.     

我国股市波动对货币政策的效应分析

随着我国股票市场的建立与发展,货币政策实施的环境发生了很大变化。本文经过实证分析,发现1993年以来我国股市波动对货币政策执行效果具有随机性的双重效应。我国股市的过度投机行为,转轨时期的特殊经济环境引起公众心理预期变化和收入差距拉大是造成我国股市波动对货币政策效果产生随机效应的具体原因。为提高我国货币政策的有效性,央行应将股市波动对货币政策的影响纳入可控的范围之内。

Payment for Environmental Services： The Sloping Land Conversion Program in Ningxia Autonomous Region of China

China＇s Sloping Land Conversion Program has been implemented since 2002. It aims to achieve goals of ecological recovery and poverty alleviation, by retiring steeply sloping land from crop production and freeing surplus agricultural labor for off-farm activities. Given the huge investment that has been poured into it, and its ecological and social impacts, this government-initiated program has attracted significant academic attention and triggered a flood of debate. Since 2004, the debate has concentrated on the sustainability of the program. Although targets have been overachieved in some provinces, concern has still emerged regarding the livelihood of farmers after subsidies stop. The present paper analyzes the implementation of the Sloping Land Conversion Program in Ningxia Autonomous Region, with a focus on the required social capital for sustained participation o f farmers and the development of off-farm economic activities.     

Valuing New Urbanism: The Case of Kentlands

This study assesses the impact of new urbanism on single-family home prices. Specifically, we use Duany and Plater-Zyberk's traditional neighborhood development (TND) of Kentlands and surrounding conventional subdivisions to estimate the premium, if any, that single-family homeowners are willing to pay to reside in a community with new urbanist features. Using data on 2,061 single-family home transactions and several hedonic price models, the empirical evidence reveals that consumers are willing to pay a premium to locate in Kentlands.     

试论中国文化软实力发展的现状、问题及其对策

改革开放以来，中国文化不论是硬实力还是软实力都有很大的提高，但总地来说，中国文化软实力的总体水平同先进国家和地区相比还存在一定的差距：中国“文化赤字”较为严重，文化软实力的现实竞争力还不够强，文化软实力的发展面临着严峻的挑战。应通过不断加大中国文化向外输出的力度，努力弘扬与培育中华民族精神，对中国文化软实力进行总体规划，努力挖掘与开发传统文化资源等措施提高我国文化软实力的总体水平。     

APP基于流程的精益生产研究与应用

针对APP在批次管理条件下,因产品品种烦多,生产批量少所造成的设备利用率不高、公司准时交货率较低、员工加班时数多等问题,提出基于流程的精益生产思想,在优化和规范企业生产流程的基础上,建立科学合理的组织结构及职能职责,同时建立细胞化生产系统,实施结果表明,该管理模式有效提高生产效率,降低产品生产周期。
