中关村生命科学园是北京市政府为落实国务院《关于建设中关村科技园区有关问题的批复》精神，发展首都知识经济而组织开发的专业园区，中关村生命园经过这几年的辛勤耕耘，已展现出勃勃生机，这里有一批跨国公司、国际国内一流的研发生产企业、一流的高科技项目和产品、一流的高科技人员，他们形成强大的产业集聚效应和整体竞争优势，使中关村生命科学园成为发展我国生物技术产业，推动北京市经济增长的强大动力。为了推动中关村科技园区更加繁荣，更好的服务中关村科技园，展现科技园的风采，《投资北京》搭建平台，诚邀一部分政府官员和中关村科技园区的有关专家，就中关村生命科学的自主创新与产业发展做了研讨。     

依托旅游电子商务优势,提升宁波旅游业的竞争力

旅游电子商务是电子商务在旅游业这一具体产业领域的应用。世界旅游组织在其出版物《E-Business for Tourism》中指出：“旅游电子商务就是通过先进的信息技术手段改进旅游机构内部和对外的连通性（connectivity），即改进旅游企业之间、旅游企业与上游供应商之间、旅游企业与旅游者之间的之流与交易，改进旅游企业内部业务流程，增进知识共享”。同时，通过现代网络信息技术手段实现旅游商务活动各环节的电子化，包括通过网络发布、交流旅游基本信息和旅游商务信息，以电子手段进行旅游宣传促销、开展旅游售前售后服务；进行电子旅游交易；并且使更多的旅游企业平等地面对市场，凭借特色产品和服务的优势获得发展机遇。

黄为谈奥运商机

2001年北京申奥成功，2004年启动了奥运经济发展战略，目前北京奥运会的各项前期准备工作正在紧锣密鼓的进行。值此之际，我们采访了奥运经济高级顾问黄为。黄为先生对北京奥运经济进展情况、存在的不足、中小企业如何参与奥运、国外发展奥运经济的经验以及北京今后奥运经济发展等提出自己的看法。     

Changing board behaviour: The role of the ‘Two Strikes’ rule in improving the efficacy of Australian Say-on-Pay

This article analyses whether the transition from the 2004 CLERP 9 advisory Say-on-Pay regime to the ‘Two Strikes’ rule in 2012 influenced CEO pay in Australian firms. Analysing a panel of 2,074 firm-years (2005–2015), we find that (i) CEO pay is a positive predictor of shareholder dissent; (ii) firm performance has a reducing effect on shareholder dissent; (iii) excessive shareholder dissent moderated CEO pay under the ‘Two Strikes’ rule relative to the CLERP 9 regime, and (iv) the market responded favourably to the introduction of the ‘Two Strikes’ rule and negatively to ‘strike’ instances after its introduction.     

复合乳酸菌发酵番茄汁菌种鉴定及发酵工艺优化

本文以加工番茄为原料,模拟工业生产工艺制备番茄汁,添加从酸奶中分离鉴定所得菌种,驯化制成复合发酵剂,研究优化发酵番茄汁的加工工艺.发酵菌种鉴定结果为植物乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌.采用单因素试验和正交试验,结合感官评价法优化获得了制备发酵番茄汁的最佳工艺:白砂糖添加量10%、发酵时间14 h、发酵剂添加量1‰、发酵温度37%,发酵终点PH值3.96.     

Estimating Mann–Whitney‐type Causal Effects

Mann–Whitney‐type causal effects are generally applicable to outcome variables with a natural ordering, have been recommended for clinical trials because of their clinical relevance and interpretability and are particularly useful in analysing an ordinal composite outcome that combines an original primary outcome with death and possibly treatment discontinuation. In this article, we consider robust and efficient estimation of such causal effects in observational studies and clinical trials. For observational studies, we propose and compare several estimators: regression estimators based on an outcome regression (OR) model or a generalised probabilistic index (GPI) model, an inverse probability weighted estimator based on a propensity score model and two doubly robust (DR), locally efficient estimators. One of the DR estimators involves a propensity score model and an OR model, is consistent and asymptotically normal under the union of the two models and attains the semiparametric information bound when both models are correct. The other DR estimator has the same properties with the OR model replaced by a GPI model. For clinical trials, we extend an existing augmented estimator based on a GPI model and propose a new one based on an OR model. The methods are evaluated and compared in simulation experiments and applied to a clinical trial in cardiology and an observational study in obstetrics.     

中国共产党百年经济发展质量思想的演进脉络与转换逻辑

中国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,这是中国共产党在新时代做出的重要战略判断.那么,这一重要战略判断是建立在何种思想演进基础之上的呢?这一演进又遵循怎样的转换逻辑呢?文章立足于中国共产党成立以来的百年时间框架,系统梳理和提炼了中国共产党经济发展质量思想的探索脉络,并深入考察了这一思想演进的理论逻辑.研究表明:(1)自中国共产党成立以来,经济发展质量问题始终得到关注,并经历了方法论内涵(1921-1949年)、生产关系内涵(1949-1978年)、生产力内涵(1978-2012年)和生产方式内涵(2012年-)四个焦点转换和思想发展阶段;(2)这一思想演进过程遵循了"生产力-生产关系""经济基础-上层建筑"相互作用的马克思主义逻辑,"始终以人民利益为根本价值取向"的社会主义逻辑,以及"意识形态具有强自觉性和高适应性"的中国特殊逻辑.因此,新时代高质量发展思想的提出与发展,不仅受到物质生产层面客观规律的决定性作用,而且是对中国共产党经济发展质量思想持续探索的继承与突破,更受到新时代人民利益目标导向以及意识形态自觉变革的关键推动作用,这些均构成我国高质量发展的特殊内涵.     

Impact of Internet use on economic well‐being of rural households: Evidence from China

The expansion of the Internet in developing countries has important implications for the economic development of rural areas. Although many studies have investigated various benefits of Internet use, little attention has been paid to find the relationship between Internet use and the economic well‐being of rural households. This paper, therefore, investigates the effects of Internet use on household income and expenditure, using a sample of rural households from China. Both endogenous treatment regression (ETR) and unconditional quantile regression (UQR) techniques are used to identify the homogenous and heterogeneous effects of Internet use, respectively. The ETR results show that Internet use increases household income and expenditure significantly. However, the UQR results reveal that Internet use has a larger impact at the upper distributions of household income and expenditure.     

Research of two-period insurance contract model with a low compensation period under adverse selection

The phenomenon of adverse selection caused by asymmetric information dominates the insurance market. In this paper, based on principal-agent theory, we establish a two-period dynamic insurance contract model with a low compensation period. This model introduces the tools of a low compensation period and the increase and decrease in the bonus to identify the risk types of policyholders. We prove that this model can achieve a strict Pareto improvement relative to the two-period static insurance contract model with a low compensation period. Moreover, we also graphically analyze the conclusion, which can help insurance companies to design more comprehensive insurance contracts.
