医药企业移动客户关系管理应用研究

移动客户关系管理(MCRM)是近年来随着移动技术的发展而产生的新的客户关系管理模式,它在医药企业中的应用将提高销售人员效率和客户满意度,加强对市场终端的控制,增强企业竞争力。文中先对医药企业中移动客户关系管理的应用价值作了探讨;然后以云南白药为例,对其移动客户关系管理系统的应用提出了方案构想。

Intensity-based framework and penalty formulation of optimal stopping problems

Financial derivatives commonly contain premature termination clauses, which are embedded rights held by the holder or writer. Well known examples of these stopping rights include the early exercise right in American options, the callable right in callable securities and the prepayment right in mortgage loans. In this paper, we show how to model the mortgagor's prepayment in mortgage loans and the issuer's call in the American warrant as an event risk using the intensity based approach, where the propensity of prepayment or calling is modeled by the intensity of a Poisson process. We illustrate that the corresponding pricing formulation resembles the penalty approximation approach commonly used in the solution of the linear complementarity formulation of an optimal stopping problem. We obtain several theoretical results on the prepayment strategies of mortgage loans and calling policies of American warrants. We also propose robust second order accurate numerical schemes for solving the penalty formulation of an optimal stopping problem.

天然气化工原料需求分析

文章介绍了我国天然气气源情况，天然气的化工用途，以及目前我国和世界天然气化工利用的情况。并以上海为例，分析了可进入上海的各类天然气组成及供应情况，估算出了制氢、合成氨、甲醇装置原料若用天然气替代，所需天然气的量。     

Organizing and personalizing intelligence gathering from the web

In this paper, we describe how an integrated web‐based application, code‐named FOCI (F lexible O rganizer for C ompetitive I ntelligence), can help the knowledge worker in the gathering, organizing, tracking and dissemination of competitive intelligence (CI). It combines the use of a novel user‐configurable clustering, trend analysis and visualization techniques to manage information gathered from the web. FOCI allows its users to define and personalize the organization of the information clusters according to their needs and preferences into portfolios. These personalized portfolios created are saved and can be subsequently tracked and shared with other users. The paper runs through an example to show how the use of a predefined domain template coupled with personalization can greatly enhance an organization and tracking of CI gathered from the web.
