从描述汽车制造企业供应链管理的难题入手,对订单式产销模式的中、长期发展方向和短期改善途径进行了全面分析,对模式创新过程中的风险及其防范措施进行了研究,并指出订单式产销模式将是汽车制造企业未来的发展方向.     

National technological styles explained in terms of stakeholding patterns, enfranchisement and cultural differences: Britain and Japan

The process of technological innovation poses three challenges to a financial system: novelly, visibility, and approapriability. Its capacity to cope with these challenges is a function of which groups/organizations are stakeholders in innovatio and to what extent; and in what way and to what extent they are enfranchised. From this point of view, the British and Japanese financial systems differ very sharply. So do British and Japanese culture, in relevant ways. The steel, fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals industries show the effects of these differences in practice. The importance of novelty, visibility and appropriability differs among them, as does the value of certain culturally-influenced features of innovative behaviour. Steel (and even more so engineering, into which the Japanese steel companies have diversified) appears well suited to Japanese characteristics, with fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals well suited to British characteristics. This accounts well for the two countries' comparative advantage in these area, in technology and trade.

Trade,technology, and China's rising skill demand1

China has experienced rising wage inequality due to rising relative demand for skilled labour. In this paper, we use a sample of 1,500 firms to investigate the impact of trade and technology on China's rising skill demand. We find that export expansion had a negative direct effect (Heckscher–Ohlin type) and a positive indirect effect (export‐induced skill‐biased technical change) on skill demand; the net effect was found positive and accounted for 5 percent of rising skill demand of the sample firms. We find that technical change in Chinese firms was on average skill‐neutral, but majority foreign‐owned firms experienced skill‐biased technical progress that accounted for 22 percent of the rising skill demand of the sample firms.

非政府组织（Non—Government Organizations，缩写为NGO），出现于50年代，兴起于70年代，在过去20年有了飞跃性的发展。如今非政府组织已经渗透到社会生活的方方面面，并且发挥着越来越大的作用。随着世界民主化浪潮波及全球，公民的政治参与成为当代政治生活的重要内容。但是由于种种原因，中国公民的政治参与无论是广度，还是深度都是比较低的，谁能“领导”公民参与政治，非政府组织无疑是最好的领导者!     

Efficient high-dimensional importance sampling

The paper describes a simple, generic and yet highly accurate efficient importance sampling (EIS) Monte Carlo (MC) procedure for the evaluation of high-dimensional numerical integrals. EIS is based upon a sequence of auxiliary weighted regressions which actually are linear under appropriate conditions. It can be used to evaluate likelihood functions and byproducts thereof, such as ML estimators, for models which depend upon unobservable variables. A dynamic stochastic volatility model and a logit panel data model with unobserved heterogeneity (random effects) in both dimensions are used to provide illustrations of EIS high numerical accuracy, even under small number of MC draws. MC simulations are used to characterize the finite sample numerical and statistical properties of EIS-based ML estimators.

中国金融市场与房地产投资的协整和Granger检验

本文通过对中国1985～2005年金融资产和房地产投资的年度数据进行协整和Granger因果关系检验,发现以金融资产为指标的金融市场和房地产投资之间存在长期和短期的均衡关系及单向因果关系,即金融资产的增加极大地促进了房地产投资总额的增加。
