国内石油工程企业开拓国际市场的探讨

随着世界经济走势的总体企稳,国际石油工程市场逐步转暖,呈现出新的发展趋势。文章通过对42个国家石油投资风险指数、投资吸引力指数排列区域分析,确定出国内石油工程企业开拓海外石油市场的重点国家,并提出具体的措施与建议。     

Product variety,sourcing complexity,and the bottleneck of coordination

Research summary: This paper studies the coordination burden for firms that pursue variety as their main product strategy. We propose that product variety magnifies the tension between scale economies in production and scope economies in distribution, giving rise to complex sourcing relationships. Sourcing complexity worsens performance and poses a dilemma for organization design: A hierarchical structure with intermediate coordinating units such as sourcing hubs reduces sourcing complexity for downstream distribution but creates bottlenecks at the hubs, hurting performance for both the hubs and downstream distribution. We empirically examine operations data for about 300 distribution centers within a major soft drink bottling company in 2010–2011. Results support our hypotheses, illuminating the source of complexity in multi‐product firms and the challenge for organization design in managing complexity. Managerial summary: This paper uses data for about 300 distribution centers within a major soft drink bottling company to study how a large product variety creates complex sourcing networks. We find that, in addition to poor performance (e.g., increased stockouts), complex sourcing networks can cause challenges for organization design. In particular, the benefits of converting an existing distribution center into a sourcing hub (i.e., reduction in sourcing complexity for downstream distribution) and the costs of doing so (i.e., reduction in performance for both the hubs and downstream distribution) are both real and significant. The design of an efficient sourcing network despite its complexity involves important managerial decisions. Experiences in building and managing such networks can be the basis of a dynamic capability. © 2016 The Authors. Strategic Management Journal published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd.     

对我国融资融券业务实践中一些法律问题之我见

我国融资融券业务开展多年,虽有一定进展,但实践中也存在部分业务操作与《公司法》、《证券法》以及其他相关规定的兼容与契合问题,比如上市证券公司开展该业务的特殊性、限售股相关政策的衔接,上市公司董、监和高管交易限制等问题。解决问题的现实途径,是在实践中对原有立法从立法目的到具体适用形成正确的、统一的市场认识,从而排除原有立法对融资融券制度不应有的束缚。     

腐败、金融生态环境与地区经济增长

基于2000年～ 2015年间中国省际面板数据,考察腐败、金融生态环境与地区经济增长之间的关系.研究发现,金融生态环境对腐败的影响呈倒U型关系;地区金融生态环境质量的提高总体上有利于经济增长,腐败的发生则降低了金融生态环境对地区经济增长的正向效应;腐败对经济增长的影响在金融生态环境质量不同的地区存在差异.加强反腐败是促进地区经济增长的策略之一.

人民币升值对我国证券市场的影响分析

人民币汇率制度改革以来,人民币持续升值已成为全球热议的焦点.近日,美国施压人民币汇率的强硬态度,再一次掀起了人们对人民币升值的高度关注.许多国际经验已表明,证券市场的走势同人民币升值趋势保持一定的正向相关关系.究竟人民币升值会对我国的证券市场造成怎样的影响?证券市场又将如何应对人民币升值的冲击?首先,对人民币升值的现状及趋势作了简要的阐释.随后,分别从证券市场的总体结构及各行业的角度着重分析人民币升值对证券市场的影响.最后,提出消除人民币升值对证券市场的冲击的对策.     

慈善组织参与减灾救灾的作用机制研究——基于多中心治理理论与实践的思考

本文首先以多中心治理理论为依托,构建了减灾救灾中多主体参与、多方法应用、多思路治理的理论框架,强调了慈善组织应当成为公共事务的治理主体之一。其次,剖析了慈善组织参与减灾救灾的角色职能,包括防灾意识的传播者、救灾资源的募集者、减灾桥梁的架构者和救灾减灾的实施者。最后,基于慈善组织的角色和定位,提出完善其救灾职能的作用机制,包括加强慈善专业化建设、推动慈善透明化建设、加快慈善法制化建设和促进慈善网络化建设。     

Bundling as a new product introduction strategy: The role of brand image and bundle features

Marketers can bundle an unknown brand with a strong brand as a new product introduction strategy. Drawing upon the categorization theory and the elaboration likelihood model, this study examines how a new brand can benefit from bundling with a strong brand. The results of two studies indicate that consumers’ quality perception of a new brand will be affected by the brand image of a bundle partner, and this effect is moderated by the bundle forms and the complementarity of bundle components. Academic and managerial implications of these findings are presented, along with suggestions for further research.     

普通小球藻对直接大红4B染料的降解作用研究

利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、高效液相色谱、傅立叶转换红外光谱分析以及溶液pH值测定,研究普通小球藻对直接大红4B染料溶液的降解作用。结果表明:普通小球藻对染料的降解必须在光的协同作用下进行,模拟太阳光的协同降解效果最好;染料的降解效果随普通小球藻的浓度与照射光强度的增加而增强,掺藻浓度16×108 cells/L的染料溶液,光照5 h的脱色率达到86%以上,降解速度在染料浓度比较高的初期较大;普通小球藻在对直接大红4B溶液的降解过程中不会产生中间产物;随着降解时间的延长,溶液的pH值在不断降低。     

我国农村劳动力流动均衡状态重建的H-T模型研究——基于咸阳市丰王村的实证分析

文章构造了农村劳动力流动均衡状态重建的H-T模型,并应用计量方法对农民由农业生产转向非农业生产的影响因素进行了定量测度。实证研究结果表明,提高农户资金可获得性、改善农村信息来源条件、增强教育的针对性,有利于拓宽非农业就业渠道,实现农村劳动力流动均衡的重建。
