城镇化进程中“半城镇化”问题及对策探析

"半城镇化"是农业转移人口没有完全融入现代城市、处于一种"中间人"状态下的不彻底的城镇化。"半城镇化"使农民不能真正的融入城市;导致社会不公,易引发社会问题;使农村空心化,不利于农业现代化的实现;增加多方负担,不利于城市经济发展;虚抬城镇化率,不利于国家决策。破解"半城镇化"现象,必须改革户籍制度,打破户口束缚的藩篱;破除地方土地财政,转变经济发展方式;实施就地城镇化,让农民离土不离乡;加强对农民工的技能培训,提高就业竞争力。

客户关系:私有还是共享

本文认为,由于企业自身与外部环境的影响,目前我国的客户关系处于一种私有化状态,使得作为企业整体资源的客户关系无法共享,造成了资源浪费与管理上的困难。考虑到客户关系私有的客观存在性、持久性以及由私有到共享的成本,应依据客户关系共享的成本收益情况,选择是否对其进行共享。文章提出,技术、管理和经济上的不同步是企业在客户关系共享化过程中遇到的一个突出问题,为解决这一问题,应对客户关系信息进行统一规范设计,实施客户关系共享激励政策,对客户关系信息共享设置权限管理,根据需要赋予不同人员不同的使用权限,加强协作式营销,实现客户关系的组织化管理。     

河北省农村商贸流通体系实证研究

建立和完善市场经济条件下我国农村商贸流通体系,缩小城乡区域在商品经济上的发展差距,成为我国推进社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分。它通过分析河北省农村商贸流通体系发展现状及存在的问题,提出建设河北省农村商贸流通体系的发展对策。     

International Transmission of the People's Bank of China's Balance Sheet Expansion

The People's Bank of China's (PBoC) balance sheet expanded more dramatically than any of its major international counterparts during the past decade. The main contribution to this expansion was the rapid accumulation of the central bank's foreign assets, as a result of foreign exchange market intervention. In this paper, we examine the possible international transmission of this expansion by analyzing monthly data for China and 15 other countries over the period 2000–2012. Impulse response analysis based on vector autoregression modeling suggests that the PBoC's balance sheet expansion has greater impacts on developing than on developed countries. So far the influences appear to be dominated by “trade channels” instead of “financial channels,” possibly due to China's capital account controls. However, the impacts of the PBoC's balance sheet expansion on other countries' interest rates, exchange rates, and stock market prices could strengthen significantly in the coming years as China's economic scale grows and its capital account opens up.     

MIMO-OFDM系统同步技术研究进展

多输入多输出正交频分复用（MIMO-OFDM）系统对定时偏移和频率偏差极其敏感,并且对时间同步精度要求极高。分析比较了29种具有代表性的MIMO-OFDM系统同步算法的优缺点,指出针对数据辅助类的同步方法,采用共轭、取反等特性构造优良正交性的训练序列是提高时间同步性能的关键,可在时域进行频偏估计和降低参数维数来降低系统计算复杂度;针对非数据辅助类的同步方法,构造计算复杂度较低的代价函数是提高频率同步性能的关键,这些都是MIMO-OFDM系统同步方法值得研究的方向。     

Diversification and heterogeneity of investor beliefs

In the paper, we find that diversification reduces the heterogeneity of investor beliefs on firm value. We obtain this finding by comparing not only between diversified and focused firms but also between diversifying and non-diversifying mergers. We also find that the reduced heterogeneity of investor beliefs on a diversified firm relative to its focused peers is negatively associated with its contemporaneous excess value and positively associated with its future excess value. Overall, our results contribute to the understanding about how corporate organization structure affects the heterogeneity of investor beliefs and further firm value.     

谈“角色扮演”在“中外动画史”教学改革中的运用

动画是一门独立的综合性艺术,它融合了音乐、文学、诗歌、电影、漫画的许多特征,是一种直观性较强的艺术形式。截止2006年底,动画专业成为近年全国各高校竞相开办的新兴专业,但相当一部分新增设动画专业的学校,忽视了自身的办学条件和生源质量,造就了许多学校重技术轻理论的培养方式,导致动画培养目标与市场需求脱节,因此动画专业理论课教学改革方面的思考显得尤为迫切。     

MATLAB在专用线危险品装卸区安全评价中的应用

目前铁路专用线运输和装卸危险化学品的安全评价,普遍使用的道化学法和TNT当量模型计算法存在计算过程烦琐、结果不直观、不方便比较和查阅、不能迅速判断事故的伤害区域等缺点。研究将MATLAB应用于专用线易燃易爆危险品装卸区安全评价,对蒸气云爆炸后果进行模拟,得出死亡半径,并将计算绘制成各种图形结果。利用MATLAB对专用线危险品装卸区进行安全评价,发挥其计算和分析优势,可以缩短评价周期,提高评价效率。     

Marketing research and revenue optimization for the cruise industry: A concise review

This paper presents a concise review of the cruise industry mainly from marketing research and revenue optimization prospects. In recent years, the cruise industry has experienced an exciting growth. However, as one of the fastest growing and most profitable categories in the entire leisure market, this industry has hardly received any research attention. Given the limited academic articles, this paper presents a concise review about this budding research topic. First of all, a discussion about global cruise industry is conducted. Then, academic studies of the cruise industry on general marketing research, revenue management, itinerary design/optimization, optimal market segmentation, demand infiltration and economic issues are reviewed. Finally, some promising directions for future research are presented.
