Guanxi and professional conduct in China: a management development perspective

This paper explores guanxi within the context of 'ethical' behaviour. It was found that guanxi exerted a strong influence on our sample, with the exception of the necessity to lend money. As well, there appeared to be a significant minority of respondents who would behave unethically to preserve group solidarity. It was suggested that a modified version of the Belcourt et al . 's management development model would be a useful tool in the development of modified coaching processes for use in authoritarian cultures.     

Reusing design knowledge based on design cases and knowledge map

Design knowledge was reused for innovative design work to support designers with product design knowledge and help designers who lack rich experiences to improve their design capacity and efficiency. First, based on the ontological model of product design knowledge constructed by taxonomy, implicit and explicit knowledge was extracted from some design cases. The design knowledge was expressed using a constructional organization. With the knowledge map, design knowledge was illustrated to help novice designers reconstruct specific design cases, thus, encouraging innovative design. Four groups of designers were invited to participate in an experiment for the design knowledge map system. The experiment results verified the effectiveness of the method.     

冷却剂参数对铣槽喷管低周疲劳寿命的影响

采用有限体积流固耦合计算方法、非线性有限元热结构耦合分析方法和局部应变法研究大面积比铣槽喷管三维再生冷却槽道在循环工作条件下的热结构变形与低周疲劳寿命,并对比分析了冷却剂质量流量与入口温度对铣槽喷管疲劳使用寿命的影响。计算结果表明,铣槽喷管热结构响应呈现复杂的三维效应,应变较大位置主要分布在与肋连接的内衬区域,喷管中部的残余应变量最大；冷却槽道低周疲劳寿命分布和热结构响应基本一致,最小寿命位于喷管中部与肋相连的内衬区域燃气侧；随冷却剂质量流量增加,铣槽喷管低周疲劳寿命不断提高；随冷却剂入口温度增加喷管尾部低周疲劳寿命值不断降低,而喷管中前部的低周疲劳寿命值却不断提高,当冷却剂入口温度为280K左右时,本文的铣槽喷管总体使用寿命达到最大。      

“资本雇佣劳动”还是“劳动雇佣资本”——对企业所有权安排的思考

科斯（Coase，1937）的经典性论文《企业的性质》开企业理论研究之先河。这一由他创始经由阿尔钦和德姆塞茨、威廉姆森、张五常等其他许多学者发展的理论被称为“企业的契约理论”。这一理论的要义可以概括如下：企业是一系列契约或合同的组合，是个人之间交易产权的一种方式（张维迎，1996）；由于现实世界的复杂性和不确定性，企业只能是一个不完备的契约，由此导致了企业所有权的重要性。因此现代企业理论研究的核心问题是企业所有权的制度安排。

委托——代理框架下激励问题的理论综述

委托一代理理论是西方现代产权经济学的一个主要分支，其理论核心是设计一种合理的激励机制，给代理人提供各种激励和动力，使代理人能按照委托人的预期目标努力工作，使委托人与代理人在相互博弈的过程中实现“双赢”的格局。该理论的主要目标是通过考察委托人和代理人所面临的风险分担、利益分享和激励机制之间的关系，确定合理的产权结构安排，提供设计激励机制的基本原理。     

Country image,product image and consumer purchase intention: Evidence from an emerging economy

In offering fresh insights on the country-of-origin effect literature, this article provides evidence to suggest that cognitive country image (CI) is not necessarily consistent with affective country image. Based on a large scale consumer survey conducted in China, the findings reported provide empirical support for a hypothesized decomposing effect. In particularly, the results demonstrate that cognitive and affective CI have a different impact on the intention to purchase, with the former influencing purchase through product image, and the latter having a direct influence, independent of product image. Such a decomposing effect has important theoretical and managerial implications surrounding the mechanics of country image and the impact on purchase intention which are extracted from this study along with directions for future research.     

制造业一线生产工人工作环境研究——以A制衣厂为例

A企业一线生产工人工作环境调查显示:员工对工作硬环境基本满意,对工作软环境的满意度比较低,尤其在个人发展与进步、工作认可、尊重与关怀等方面不满情绪更为突出;员工的工作满意度与年龄、工龄、婚姻、收入显著相关。针对这一现状,作者认为制造业在继续完善工作硬环境的同时,更应重视通过管理方式的人性化,丰富工作内容、重视工人的职业发展,加强精神激励等方式改善企业工作软环境。     

我国股份合作企业的立法探讨

本文首先从股份合作企业的概念入手,其次对股份合作企业立法的理论依据和现实依据作了论述,现实的需要与立法的空白决定了我国股份合作制企业立法的迫切性,最后在此基础上对我国股份合作企业的立法构想提出了具体的建议。     

Information risk and credit contagion

This paper demonstrates a positive relationship between information risk and the credit contagion effect. We use abnormal changes in the Credit Default Swaps (CDS) spreads to measure the contagion effect, and the dispersion of analyst forecasts as a proxy for information risk. We find that firms with higher information risk suffer a greater contagion effect that occurs in advance to the credit default events. This finding is robust under controls of key firm-specific characteristics and general condition of stock and credit markets.
