高职服装专业英语课程教学改革的实践与研究

高职服装专业英语课程的设置,应当以"就业为导向",根据企业对掌握服装英语人才的实际能力需求,进一步明确其在服装专业课程中的定位和设计思路,并以项目为载体对课程内容进行重组,通过多种方式创新教学模式,达到该课程的改革目的和教育教学目标。     

Linking Transformational Leadership and Team Performance: A Conflict Management Approach

This study develops a model in which transformational leadership affects team coordination and performance through the conflict management approaches adopted by team members. Data were collected from three different sources in a lagged design from 108 teams in a large enterprise in China. Results support the reasoning that transformational leadership promotes team coordination and thereby team performance by encouraging teams to adopt a cooperative, as opposed to competitive, approach to conflict management. These results suggest that transformational leadership may help team members manage conflicts for their mutual benefit. This is an important mechanism through which transformational leadership enhances team coordination and, in turn, achieves higher team performance.     

Tripartite consultation: an emergent form of governance shaping employment relations in China

This article examines China's approach to industrial consultation by examining six tripartite bodies at the national, provincial and county levels. It argues that the institutionalisation of tripartitism is consistent with China's overall approach to market reform being characterised by experimentalism, gradualism, dynamism and a gradual softening of party domination. Despite limitations, it is accepted that China is building a transition tripartite system that is bolstering the autonomy and representational capacity of the social partners.     

Two-stage non Gaussian QML estimation of GARCH models and testing the efficiency of the Gaussian QMLE

In generalized autoregressive conditional heteroskedastic (GARCH) models, the standard identifiability assumption that the variance of the iid process is equal to 1 can be replaced by an alternative moment assumption. We show that, for estimating the original specification based on the standard identifiability assumption, efficiency gains can be expected from using a quasi-maximum likelihood (QML) estimator based on a non Gaussian density and a reparameterization based on an alternative identifiability assumption. A test allowing to determine whether a reparameterization is needed, that is, whether the more efficient QMLE is obtained with a non Gaussian density, is proposed.

高校贫困生的问题,不仅仅是学生个人的问题,更是一个事关教育公平的问题;高校学生资助体系作为一种补偿制度,在很大程度上实现了人们对教育公平的追求,但是由于现行的资助体系本身和运行过程中存在着诸多问题,引起了公平的失位。因此,基于教育公平理念下贫困生资助体系建设,需要完善和落实国家助学贷款制度;强化责任主体地位;建立新型的资助制度管理模式;构建资助政策体系的实施机制。

在当时的历史条件和环境的作用下,新中国建立后选择了计划经济模式。计划经济时代成为新中国社会经济发展一个不可逾越的历史阶段,构成了中国后来一系列社会经济变革发展的历史前提。但是不可否认,即使是再科学的理性计划体制,也会因为自身的种种局限与弊端而不得不进行改革,更何况中国当时实行的只能算是"非理性的命令经济"。改革不可避免,但绝非是对"计划"的完全抛弃,我们可以从"计划经济"走向"经济计划"。
