土地稀缺:房价居高不下的非逻辑焦点

当前房价水平居高不下的根本原因是什么?只有准确认识房价高企的内在机制,才能制定正确的平抑房价上涨的政策措施。从本质上看,我国快速工业化与城市化过程中的土地稀缺是房价不断上涨的根本原因,耕地保护政策则是加剧了土地需求与供给之间的紧张局面。在政策选择上,应切实加强社会保障房建设,实施市场商品房与社会保障房两条腿走路;实施区域内部和跨区域的城乡统筹战略,最大程度地减缓土地稀缺对城市房价水平上涨的推动作用。     

Practical Economics and Computing at Brand Level

You cannot make good marketing plans without estimates of the likely effects of your actions. But many decisions are taken—for example, whether to spend more or less on advertising—with little analysis of the results of such changes in the past. Meanwhile the data, which might reveal useful relationships between actions and sales effects, receive only cursory inspection. And economic theorists spend little time helping manufacturers at the level of the brand. A few advertising agencies appreciate that their own work would be better valued, and their clients would receive better advice, if they looked harder for the sales effects of advertising and other marketing decisions. Leo Burnett is one of these forward-looking agencies, and this paper describes some of the work they have carried out.

全面预算管理在企业中的运用分析——以福建某水产开发有限公司为例

本文从了解福建某水产开发有限公司(下简称:闽水)的全面预算管理在该公司的运用出发,介绍了该公司所实行的预算管理模式和全面预算管理体系在企业经营和发展过程中的实际应用。最后在对公司的预算管理体系剖析的基础上,提出了进一步完善公司预算管理的建议。     

A framework for the analysis of global, regional and local business networks

In this article we are dealing with the global, regional and local questions of the business. We raise the following question: is there a relation between network management (networking) and the spatial type of the network. We make a cross analysis of networking and spatial types of the network. The paper builds on the model of networking (Ford et al., 2002; Ford et al., 2003; Håkansson et al., 2009), the network paradoxes (Håkansson and Ford, 2002) and the model of 6 Cs (Ritter & Ford, 2006). We emphasize the strategic importance of the interpretation of network pictures. In order to answer the research question we create a theoretical conceptual frame called the Spatial Networking Matrix. We use the method of explorative expert interview in order to introduce some experiences of company leaders and managers concerning networking and spatiality. We conclude that after further development, the Spatial Networking Matrix can help to analyze networking and spatial types of networks at once, deepen the understanding of the real business world and through all of these, be a useful tool for business practice.     

Win the China IP war and gain globally

The loss of intellectual property (IP) is a compelling problem for international companies developing their business positions in China. This article reports on a qualitative study that involved 20 face‐to‐face interviews with CEOs of major IP‐owning companies as well as IP lawyers, IP protection consultants, and security agents who track down offenders to provide case evidence to the Public Security Bureau. Our data analysis implies that a majority of companies were found to be lax in their IP protection measures, relying perhaps too much on legal redress rather than a priori preventatives. As a response, a strategic framework (BARD—best practice, audit, review, design) has been developed that, if applied, will deliver higher levels of IP protection. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

Human resource management and the performance of Western firms in China

The study examines the relationship between human resource management and organizational performance in sixty-two manufacturing Chinese-Western joint ventures and wholly owned subsidiaries located in different parts of the People's Republic of China. A positive relation was found between firm performance and the extent to which firms used a 'high-performance' HRM system as well as the degree to which they engaged in the integration of HRM and firm strategy.     

Interactions between Monetary and Fiscal Policy Rules

The Fiscal Stability Pact for EMU implies that constraints on fiscal policy facilitate inflation control. In this paper we identify two stable policy regimes. When monetary policy seeks to raise real interest rates in response to excess inflation, a self-stabilising fiscal policy is required to ensure model stability. A fiscal policy which does not, by itself, ensure fiscal solvency constrains monetary policy to be relatively 'passive'. However, in simulations we conclude that the central bank does not need to seek, on this account, the degree of debt stabilisation that appears to be implied by the fiscal stability pact.
