企业集群的网络性及其风险

企业集群是一种网络组织,它的形成是网络外部化的过程。它具有网络的一般特性。本文从分析企业集群的网络性入手,提出了网络性带给企业集群竞争优势的同时,也带来了巨大的风险。     

有效需求波动、国有商业银行调整刚性与外资银行经营规模的选择

本文建立了一个有效需求水平不确定情况下的两阶段混合寡占博弈模型．前瞻性地讨论了国有商业银行的经营规模表现出调整刚性的情况下，外资银行经营规模的选择、其实际想要吸收的均衡存款量与选定经营规模之间所存在的关系．以及这种关系将会带来怎样的宏观经济与社会福利后果等问题。研究发现：（1）当实际中的有效需求水平越低时，外资银行经营规模的“产能”过剩；（2）当实际中的有效需求水平越高时，外资银行经营规模的“产能”不足。这一发现具有实施促进经济增长、有效控制居民收入差距政策方面的理论含义。     

新经济、后发优势与东亚可持续发展

虽然同属于“东亚模式”,但日本和台湾在信息化赶超过程中却形成了显著不同的模式,并导致了二者在新经济条件下经济赶超的失败和成功对比;以日本和“四小龙”为借鉴,东亚发展中国家在新经济条件下,只有充分利用跨越式发展的机遇,才能成功实现经济赶超;为了实现东亚经济整体的可持续发展目标,必须重塑“东亚模式”。     

INCOME INEQUALITY, RECIPROCITY AND PUBLIC GOOD PROVISION: AN EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS

This paper analyses the impact of income inequality on public good provision in an experimental setting. A sample of secondary school students were recruited to participate in a simple linear public goods game where income heterogeneity was introduced by providing participants with unequal token endowments. The results show that endowment heterogeneity does not have any significant impact on contributions to the public good, and that consistent with models of reciprocity, low and high endowment players contribute the same fraction of their endowment to the public pool. Moreover, individuals appear to adjust their contributions in order to maintain a fair share rule.     

关于汇率制度的文献综述

目前我们正经历着汇率制度研究多年来最重要的发展时期。自上世纪90年代中期以后,特别是近几年来,国际学术界对汇率制度理论的研究,出现了一个新的高潮。本文分为两部分:第一部分为汇率制度选择的理论综述,总结了经济学家从不同的影响因素出发,对汇率制度的选择得出的不同结论;第二部分为人民币汇率制度选择的文献综述,讨论了人民币应该继续钉住美元还是采取更灵活的汇率制度,以及在中国资本账户开放和加入W TO后人民币汇率制度的变化。     

Single Stock Futures as a Substitute for Short Sales: Evidence from Microstructure Data

Abstract:  We examine how the introduction of single-stock futures impacts short sale costs and short interest levels in the underlying spot market. We find that short selling in the underling securities declines, after futures are introduced, the cost of borrowing stock for short sales declines and the available unborrowed supply of lendable shares increases. These results are consistent with futures exchanges providing a low-cost substitute market for establishing short positions. Microstructure evidence also suggests that the lower cost and greater ease of short selling via futures markets draws informed traders from the spot market.
