根据中国的研究现状,对南方集体林经营方案的内涵、方案的编制、方案的实施及执行效益评估、方案的相关制度等研究文献进行了综合分析。结果表明:理论研究严重滞后于森林经营实践,急需将南方集体林经营方案的编制与实施看作一项系统工程,将与之有关的各项因素都纳入,开展综合性、系统性的交叉研究。     

Symbiotic Marketing and Trust-Related Issues: Empirical Evidence From an Emerging Economy

ABSTRACT

Adopting a perspective of social capital theory, we study the effect of market orientation on the stability of symbiotic alliances in an emerging economy. Focusing on a subset of the alliances, namely symbiotic marketing alliances, the results reveal that firms’ market orientation has a positive effect on social capital, which, in turn, has a positive effect of the stability of the symbiotic marketing alliances. Moreover, social capital also has a positive effect on the sharing of resources among the partners, which should also influence the stability of the alliance. This report concludes with a discussion of the implications for academic researchers and practitioners.

The Permanent Export Hypothesis and Foreign Trade of a Centrally Planned Economy: A Case Study of North Korea

Huge outstanding debts of Third World Centrally Planned Economies(CPEs) notwithstanding, their trades with industrialized countries have been continuing briskly. In order to safeguard against an aggravation of current debts of the CPE, however, an industrialized country determines annually the maximum amount of imports permitted for a CPE on the basis of the CPE's permanent exports. This paper attempts to develop a permanent export model and apply it to the foreign trade of North Korea. [F 14]

Die Außenwirtschaft der UdSSR in der zeit von perestrojka

The study of divided government is one of important fields in public choice theory. American voters split their ballots as if intent on preserving divided party control. The U.S. House of Representatives has consistently been Democratic for much of the twentieth century. As indicated by Sprague, it is theoretically true that a number of significant consequences for partisan control of a legislature are entailed by the unequal distribution of seat safety under conditions of high levels of institutionalization. The problem is how to measure the institutionalization of partisan seat safety in a time‐series. The model proposed by Sprague is somewhat awkward and complicated in measuring it. This paper provides a more plausible model and tests empirical data.
