广西小额贷款公司发展研究

小额贷款公司作为新型农村金融机构的重要组成部分,为全国的农村经济发展扮演着助推器的角色,正在全国的农村上演星星之火可以燎原之势。广西属于经济欠发达地区,该地区的小额贷款公司发展势头良好。本文首先介绍广西小额贷款公司的发展现状,然后分析其存在的问题,最后提出相应的解决对策。     

辽宁省海域使用现状分析及管理对策

在ARCGIS平台上对比辽宁省海洋功能区划和海域使用现状数据,指出了辽宁省养殖用海、港口用海、旅游用海不符合海洋功能区划的数量和位置以及围海造地的面积和分布,同时结合相对应的海洋产业发展现状,分析辽宁省海域使用及相应海洋产业发展存在的问题,提出了辽宁省海域使用的管理对策。     

Unobserved Heterogeneity,Job Training and the Employer Size–Wage Effect in Australia

This study attempts to clarify the nature of the employer size–wage effect in Australia by determining the extent to which it can be explained by observed and unobserved quality differences of workers. Our empirical results show that, for men, quality‐adjusted employer size–wage effects are quite small and are mostly driven by lower wages for workers in the smallest firms (fewer than 20 workers). For women, size–wage effects disappear when unobserved quality differences are accounted for. We also find that accounting for differences in the incidence of job training has no effect on the structure of wage differences by employer size.     

The influence of self-construal and co-consumption others on consumer complaining behavior

Consumers show great individual variability in complaining behavior even after experiencing similar service failures. The present study examined the effect of self-construal and co-consumption others on consumer complaining behavior following a service failure. Based on an experimental study with a sample of 202 in a restaurant context, MANCOVA results revealed significant effects of self-construal on voice response and switching behavior. The results also showed a significant interaction effect of self-construal and the presence of co-consumption others on switching behavior. The findings shed light into the intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamics at work when consumers react to service failures. Theoretical and managerial implications of the findings are also discussed.     

浅谈经济法视角下青海藏区乳业经济的发展

随着市场经济的快速发展,社会日益复杂化,科技的发展极大地改善了人们的生活条件和生活质量的同时对人们的生存又带来了前所未有的威胁。作为社会经济细胞的经济活动主体---企业,在推动社会经济发展做出贡献的同时,由于其＂经济人＂的天性,在市场竞争中,往往驱使其为追逐利润而沦丧商业道德,致使侵犯消费者权益的事件频发。这不仅阻碍了企业的发展和存续,严重影响了地方行业经济的发展,扰乱了经济秩序,又破坏了市场经济的有序运行。本文通过对乳业食品安全事件成因的深入分析,结合青海乳业经济现状,从经济法的角度提出完善青海省乳业经济发展的建言,以促进青海省乳业经济的健康、有序发展。     

A model of community-based festival image

This study initiates an original inquiry into the image of community-based festivals (CBFs). A CBF image model was proposed and empirically tested based on existing destination image models. Four image constructs were identified as Attributes, Family and Friendliness, Affective Association, and Overall Evaluation. The interrelationships among these constructs were tested by structural equation modeling. The findings revealed that Attributes affects Family and Friendliness and Affective Association, which in turn, affects Overall Evaluation. This study also included visitor loyalty in the understanding of CBF image. It was found that repeat visitors had more favorable perceptions of the CBF than did first-time visitors. Significant perceptual differences were found in Family and Friendliness, Affective Association, and Overall Evaluation between the two groups of festival goers. In addition, it was revealed that loyalty exerted significantly negative interaction effects on the relationship between Attributes and Family and Friendliness, as well as the linkage between Family and Friendliness and Overall Evaluation. In addition, this study illustrated the importance of the support of local residents for CBFs. CBF planners and local tourism organizations would benefit from this study in terms of cultivating visitor loyalty to these festivals and building the destination's brand.

浅析我国环境污染责任保险面临的问题与对策

环境污染责任保险在我国推广的过程中取得了一定的成就,但同时也暴露出一些问题。本文在对存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出了完善我国环境污染责任保险的对策,以期对我国环境污染责任保险的推广有所裨益。     

Two-Sided Bounds for Ruin Probabilities when the Adjustment Coefficient does not Exist

In this paper, we derive two-sided bounds for the ruin probability in the compound Poisson risk model when the adjustment coefficient of the individual claim size distribution does not exist. These bounds also apply directly to the tails of compound geometric distributions. The upper bound is tighter than that of Dickson (1994). The corresponding lower bound, which holds under the same conditions, is tighter than that of De Vylder and Goovaerts (1984). Even when the adjustment coefficient exists, the upper bound is, in some cases, tighter than Lundberg's bound. These bounds are applicable for any positive distribution function with a finite mean. Examples are given and numerical comparisons with asymptotic formulae for the ruin probability are also considered.
