外商直接投资的环境效应--基于中国省级面板数据的实证分析

改革开放以来,规模持续扩大的外商直接投资在推动我国经济增长的同时,也给我国生态环境带来一定的负面影响。本文利用我国30个省(市、区)、1999～2004年度的面板数据,构建了一个经济计量模型,对外商直接投资的环境效应进行测度。计量结果显示,外商直接投资对我国生态环境具有显著的负面效应:就全国总体情况而言,三资工业企业总资产每增加1%,工业废气排放量增加0.358%。进一步对东、中、西部三大区域的研究表明,与外商直接投资在我国的区域分布特征相一致,外商直接投资对我国生态环境的负面效应也呈现出明显的东高西低的梯度特征。文章最后提出了相关政策建议。     

Aggregation of the generalized fractional processes

The paper studies the interaction between aggregation and persistence pertaining to skip sampling of stock variables as well as temporal aggregation of flow variables for the generalized fractional processes. We show that, for skip sampling, the long memory feature at the zero frequency can arise from the aggregation of a generalized fractional series, while temporal aggregation does not induce such phenomenon. Simulation results are included to demonstrate the practical relevance of the theoretical results.     

Corporate Cash Holding in Asia

In this paper, we analyze the determinants of corporate saving in the form of changes in cash holdings for 11 Asian economies using firm‐level data from the Oriana Database for the 2002–2011 period. We find some evidence that cash flow has a positive impact on the change in cash holdings (i.e. that the cash flow sensitivity of cash is positive) and that the positive impact of cash flow on the change in cash holdings is larger and more significant in the case of smaller and presumably more constrained firms than in the case of larger and presumably less constrained firms in both developed and developing economies. Both of these findings corroborate the importance of financial constraints in Asian firms. In addition, we find that the cash flow sensitivity of cash declined after the global financial crisis and that Tobin's q has a positive impact on the change in cash holdings, especially in the case of larger and presumably unconstrained firms.     

Black-White Differences in Consumption: An Update and Some Policy Implications

Marcus Alexis, in his Ph. D. dissertation and in later published work, conducted pioneering work in the area of black-white differences in consumption behavior and thereby influenced our understanding of household behavior and significantly impacted the field of marketing. This paper recapitulates his findings and reviews some contemporary work on black-white differences in consumption and some implications for future work on differences in consumption behavior.     

行政合同与民事合同的区分标准——以国有建设用地使用权出让合同为例

英美法系没有专门的行政合同的概念,大陆法系分为法国和德国两个理论流派.我国应综合考虑合同的目的和内容来构建我国的行政合同和民事合同的划分标准.国有建设用地使用权土地出让合同的性质,从合同的目的、合同主体、合同内容来看属于"行政合同"范畴,区分过程对于确立区分标准具有实际意义.

进入21世纪,在经济全球化的带动下,国际工程承包已经逐渐成为行业内的必然趋势.与此同时,由于政治、经济形势的变化,使各地区市场发生较大的起伏、震荡和不平衡.因此承包企业必须在不平衡的格局中,积极了解和掌握目标市场的环境和自身的发展优势,走适合目标市场的发展道路,才能在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地.本文旨在通过对俄罗斯建筑市场的分析,以期找到一些对中国企业开拓俄罗斯工程承包市场的有益启示.
