广西医疗旅游资源的开发整合研究

医疗旅游是一个横跨旅游产业和卫生产业两大行业的新型行业。针对这一特征,文章从旅游资源和卫生资源两大方面分析广西医疗旅游资源的种类及其具体分布情况,并在此基础上对广西医疗旅游资源进行开发整合研究,提出了五大主题八条旅游线路保健休闲养生线路。     

Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) in Construction Schedule Risk Assessment

Construction project scheduling is one of the most critical factors for project success measurement.Not only for the project planning but for construction process management,the scheduling is the basic tool for communication between the owner and the project manager.By developing the schedule before the project starts,the owner knows in advance that the expected timeline of the project.By preparing construction process scheduling,the owner and general contractor can better manage the subcontractors,sub-trades progress,materials storage and deliveries,labors schedule and equipment set up which will eventually save time,money and hassle.Basically,Critical Path Method(CPM) is commonly used in the construction industry.CPM is a deterministic method that assumes that through the network,there is at least one path that determines the project duration and that the path is the critical path.CPM does not consider the uncertainty in the activities;rather it assumes that each activity can be finished in the given situation.Program Evaluation and Review Technique(PERT) is a stochastic technique which is based on the assumption that the duration of a single activity can be described by a probability density function.PERT takes into account the uncertainty during the construction process and has been created out of the need to plan,schedule and control complex projects with many uncertainties.The PERT approach is stated in some books and papers,but there is no deep investigation on the application in the schedule risk assessment.This paper investigates the PERT work process and takes a valuable try on the construction schedule risk assessment by using case studies.The utilization in the estimate the construction liquidated damage with the uncertainties is performed,which also can be used in the insurance company to calculate the insurance premium.     

An optimization model for wayfinding problems in terminal building

Passenger orientation (wayfinding) is one of the important factors for the layout design of airport terminals. It is common that some people have difficulties in locating their destinations in spite of availability of wayfinding aids. Visibility index is commonly used to evaluate the ease of wayfinding. However, there is a lack of studies for the determination of the appropriate locations for setting up wayfinding aids in airport terminals so as to enhance the ease of wayfinding. In this paper, a binary linear program is proposed for better allocation of directional signs for wayfinding. The proposed model can be widely applied to practical situations so as to improve the design of signage system in various enclosed environments including airport terminals, multi-function railway stations, and shopping malls.     

高职高专护理专业基础医学课程设置中存在的问题

目的:探讨基础医学课程在护理专业的中存在的相关问题;方法:对其开设的合适与否以及后期临床课程的学习及临床工作的直接关系进行分析;结果:现阶段我校护理专业基础医学课程存在学时的分配、教材的选择、教师的教育背景及教学方法等不尽人意之处;结论:护理专业医学基础课程设置与安排有待进一步改进。

审视2003年机电产品出口百强

机电产品在我国对外贸易、尤其是出口中的地位确实越来越重要了。2004年1-5月,我国机电产品出口11359亿美元,占同期我国出口总值的54.7％,比去年同期高4.1个百分点;同比增长44.2％,比同期我国总出口增幅高10.8个百分点。与此相应,在中国进出口企业排行榜上,机电企业也名列前茅。在2003年中国进出口企业500大排行榜上,前10名中有5家是机电企业:鸿富锦精密工业(深圳)有限公司(第2)、达丰(上海)电脑有限公司(第3)、名硕电脑(苏州)有限公司(第5)、摩托罗拉(中国)电子有限公司(第7)、诺基亚(中国)投资有限公司(第10);倘若单纯依照出口额排行,机电企业将包揽前8名。中国出口商品结构的优化,在排行榜上得到了充分的体现。     

营商环境、企业家精神与技术创新关系研究

优化营商环境、激发市场主体活力是我国新时期推动经济高质量发展的重大举措。选取2009-2018年30个省市级面板数据,构建中介效应模型,实证分析营商环境质量对企业家精神的激励效应及技术创新的促进作用。研究发现：①营商环境优化对中国技术创新具有显著正效应,但其影响更多表现为资金供给而非制度供给;②企业家精神是营商环境与技术创新的中介变量,营商环境要素、企业家创新精神和创业精神激励结构对技术创新的影响存在异质性;③营商环境显性激励作用明显,但内生激励不足。研究结论可为持续优化营商环境、激发企业家精神、促进技术创新提供政策启示。     

基于多目标决策模型的区域旅游可持续发展研究——以西藏自治区为例

旅游的可持续发展决定于旅游与人口、社会、资源、环境之间的协调发展,本文建立了西藏地区旅游可持续发展系统的多目标规划模型,针对西藏旅游业发展的三大目标：经济目标、生态目标与群众目标,采用模式搜索算法对多目标规划模型进行求解,获得西藏旅游可持续发展系统不同发展战略下的求解结果。依据求解结果,提出了对西藏旅游可持续发展系统进行过程控制的相关对策建议。     

基于工作过程课程改革的探索与实践

课程教学模式与教学方法的改革是基于工作过程课程的教学改革能够顺利实施的重要保障。本文从课程教学模式和教学方法改革方面阐述了基于工作过程的高职模具设计与制造专业《机构设计与应用》学习领域课程的改革方法和内容,该课程将企业技术改造、维修和更新的工作任务转化为学习任务,有利于提高模具专业人才培养质量。     

国内外饭店职业经理人研究综述

我国对饭店职业经理人的研究从理论到实践两个方面都滞后于市场经济发达国家。中外职业经理人出现的经济背景和社会条件不同,研究的关注点差别较多。国外的研究最早关注于经理人角色、继而关注总经理的管理能力、经理人职业路径、经理人与雇主关系、经理人薪酬体系和经理人胜任力模型等。国内的研究则关注于饭店职业经理人界定、能力与素质、市场化问题、队伍建设与发展,近两年才出现饭店职业经理人角色研究。同时,在研究方法上还存在着以宏观研究为主,微观研究不足,定性研究较多,定量研究不够,研究方法单一,缺少对相关理论的系统研究和集合的问题。国内外研究者在研究内容、层次、视角上的差异,其实质反映了饭店职业经理人生存与发展的环境差异,即市场经济成熟度的差异。
