以期货市场为突破口推进大连区域性金融中心建设

从地区发展构想以及区域经济发展的角度,中国内地许多中心城市都提出了建设区域性金融中心的设想,进而涌现出了建设区域性金融中心的热潮。环渤海地区的大连、天津、沈阳等城市都确定了建设金融中心的发展战略。三个城市各自拥有自己的优势与不足,应扬长避短,错位发展。大连应充分利用大连商品交易所这一独特的金融资源,以期货业为龙头,带动相关机构和市场资源的聚集。     

面向东盟 推进高等教育国际化的构想

本文通过广西与东盟合作发展高等教育国际化的回顾与反思,提出了广西各高等院校应以新的历史起点为契机,创新思维,解放思想,抓住机遇,乘势而上,面向东盟,全面推进高等教育国际化进程的若干构想。     

Synergy or New Information as a Source of Wealth Change in Acquisitions: The Case of Abandoned Bids

Potential sources of wealth change from acquisition are claimed to include both the opportunity for synergistic benefits and new information about the companies involved. New information may involve revaluation of previously undervalued or under-utilised assets. In the current study analysis is undertaken of the pattern of returns to targets in abandoned bids in the UK which were initiated during the period 1977–1986. The results provide evidence to support the view that acquisitions are undertaken not only for synergistic reasons but also to acquire previously under-utilised assets. The results also provide support for the hypothesis that the market for corporate control acts as one of the disciplinary mechanisms to improve corporate profitability.     

Strategic order splitting,order choice,and aggressiveness: Evidence from the Taiwan futures exchange

We investigate the strategic order‐splitting behavior and order aggressiveness of different types of traders using a unique dataset on the Taiwan Futures Exchange. By examining the trades and orders for each and every account, we find that, as compared with domestic institutional traders and individual traders, foreign institutional traders and futures proprietary firms are more likely to split their orders and it appears that the price adjustments after their trades are permanent. Foreign institutional traders and futures proprietary firms seem to be better informed, with their orders apparently being split so as to reveal their information on a gradual basis. Furthermore, we find that foreign institutional traders and futures proprietary firms use fewer market orders, choosing instead to submit aggressive limit orders, possibly due to their desire to make the most of their information advantage. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 罗布麻针织物性能测试与研究

随着人们生活水平的提高和对健康理念的逐步深入,对针织产品的舒适性和功能性要求也逐步提高,具有天然抗菌效果的罗布麻纱线被越来越多的应用到针织产品中。本文选取了100%纯罗布麻纱线和其它三种针织产品中常见的纱线——纯棉、纯羊毛和纯腈纶纱线,通过电脑横机以相同的编织参数编织成满针罗纹织物,然后对织物进行面密度、透气性和悬垂性等性能的测试,从而比较罗布麻针织物和其它纱线针织物的各项性能指标。`     

自组织理论视角的我国住房保障建设新模式研究

我国现行的经济适用房、廉租房和公租房等保障房建设是基于计划经济思维方式制定和实施的政策。政府主导的"他组织"型保障房建设模式无法充分认识并遵循保障房建设的自身规律,人为地割裂保障对象、房企、地方政府和中央政府之间的利益链,使系统内各要素发生异位冲突。这就不可避免地造成诸如保障房建设中出现的盲目定位、监管失控、无序发展、内生动力不足、资源配置错位、寻租严重等问题。而"自组织"型的住房合作社保障房建设模式是以需求出发的合作建房,从设计、资金筹备、建设施工、分配管理再到后期维护都由保障对象自组织来主导完成保障房建设,充分发挥了各利益主体的积极性。这种自下而上的住房保障建设模式能有效帮助政府转变职能、破解住房保障建设中出现的"政府失灵",达到资源有效配置的目的。     

A study on the tourism practitioners＇ perception of tourism impact： a case study of Hainan,China

This study examines the urban population of tourism practitioners perceptions of economic, environmental, and social impacts on cultural, convention, and sport tourism may have in Haikou and Sanya. Hainan, China. The study uses a modified Urban Tourism Impact （UTI） to examine economic, environmental, and social perceived impacts. Analysis of the data includes testing three models of structural relationships between tourism impacts and support for development in each of the tourism market sub-divisions through a confirmatory factor analysis. The results of this study show that the positive economic impacts consistently exert influence on predicting support for tourism development in all three models. However; the social impacts play a greater explanatory role with all three market segment, the negative environmental impacts play a role in determining support for sport tourism only. Differences have been found with those with a higher education level in predicting support for cultural tourism, but not convention or sport tourism.

中国企业目前应该加大本土市场的推广力度也可能遭遇购买力不足的难题.消费者的购买意愿降低,对价格的敏感度增高.尽管如此,还是要紧抓本土市场,随着产品质量上升,企业创新能力应当增强,我国市场大有机会.
