退耕还林政策对吴起县农民收入影响的实证分析

基于C—D生产函数模型思路,运用索洛增长方程式,对陕西吴起县退耕还林后农民收入的增长情况进行了分析,重点分析了退耕还林政策对吴起县农业生产各要素收入弹性的影响,结论是吴起县的退耕还林政策有效的改善了各生产要素的收入弹性,从而显著地提高了农民收入。     

县级财政的现状与创新

县级财政是按照“一级政权、一级财政”的原则构建起来的,在基层政权建设,为保证经济发展和社会稳定提供财力支持方面发挥着重要的作用。目前,随着改革的深入,县级财政也面临着一些困难,诸如收入总额偏低,赤字面大,负债多,风险大,部分地区存在财政空转现象等。造成这些困难的因素有很多,既有体制上的,又有管理上的,还有历史原因。为解决县级财政的困难,要理顺机制,培养财源,加强支出管理,构建符合公共财政要求的框架体系。

The impact of exchange rate deviations from relative PPP equilibrium on the U.S. demand for foreign equities

Applying fixed-effects panel data, this study investigates the impact of U.S. dollar exchange rate movements during different exchange rate states (overvaluation and undervaluation) on the monthly real gross and real net purchases of foreign equities by U.S. residents over the post-Plaza Accord period. The foreign equities come from 22 developed and 25 developing countries. Previous research has posited two alternative hypotheses regarding the relationship between exchange rates and foreign investment. These are the wealth effect and the profit-oriented effect. The evidence herein suggests that these two hypotheses coexist. We find robust evidence for a negative relationship between the exchange rate movements of an undervalued U.S. dollar and the demand for foreign equities. For developed countries, the wealth effect dominates the profit-oriented effect when the U.S. dollar is overvalued, while, for developing countries, the profit-oriented effect dominates the wealth effect. The results emphasize the importance of considering exchange rate states derived from a relative PPP equilibrium when analyzing U.S. allocations to foreign equities. The findings with respect to the macroeconomic control variables are mainly in agreement with the predictions of international financial theory. Some of the results, however, disappear or become inconclusive for the period after the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers. This may be explained by the increased uncertainty in international financial markets following this unprecedented event. The findings are robust with respect to different constructed equilibrium exchange rates.     

The information content of funds from operations and net income in real estate investment trusts

This study compares the information content of funds from operations (FFO) and net income (NI) in the real estate investment trust (REIT) industry. We find that models using FFO explain more of the variance in cumulative abnormal returns around earnings announcement dates than models using NI do. We also find that the information content of FFO differs across REITs of different sizes. FFO does not provide useful information to investors in the case of large REITs. Finally, we show that the gain or loss from sales of property is relevant to valuing large REITs.     

基于时间维度的组织学习理论——组织从过去经历中学习的模型

从经历中学习是组织学习的重要方面。从科学、严谨的研究范式出发,结合东方传统的"阴阳"哲学思想,基于时间维度提出了包含学习主体、经历样本、成功失败经历集、学习主体特征、"知"和"行"等要素的组织从过去经历中学习的模型,并对相关问题进行了探究。具体包括:学习主体从经历中学习的认知特性;不同类型经历对应的不同学习方法,成功经历和失败经历对学习效果的差异性影响,经历集影响"知"和"行"的7种自动的和有意的学习方式;"知"与"行"相互转化及其触发机制;客观世界从时间和空间两个维度客观展开的观点等。该系统模型为未来研究提供了理论框架和实证检验方向。     

论中职教师到企业实践进修难点——从中职教师到企业实践进修的难点看建立专业工作室的必要性

文章通过对当前中职院校教师轮训的现状分析探讨其中存在的问题,提出成立专业工作室来解决教师实践的有效策略。     

Influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to withdraw from rural homesteads: A survey in zhejiang,China

The purpose of the paper is to analyse the influencing factors on farmers’ willingness of withdrawal from rural homesteads (WRH). Methods that included field surveys, factor analyses and case studies were used for this paper. The results show that farmers have a strong willingness to own the property on which their homesteads sit. There are deviations between homestead systems and execution. It is common that the area of a homestead exceeds the lawful standard, and one peasant family owns two or more homesteads. Peasant families have many concerns about WRH, which include: reduction of employment, lack of supporting social security, high expenditure of new houses, low compensation criteria for homesteads, decline in standard of living and inconvenience in agricultural production. Among all means of compensation, peasants prefer allocated residences, and they pay more attention to public service facilities and fundamental facilities. The authors argue that implementing employment and social security policies and setting up linkage mechanisms of WRH could help to smoothly push forward WRH.
