基于协议的流量模拟系统实现

随着计算机网络规模的不断扩大、网络复杂性的不断提高,网络的安全问题已经成为当前研究的重要课题。针对网络环境难以实现与真实网络环境一致,需要进行网络流量模拟的问题,本文设计和实现了基于协议的网络流量模拟系统。     

外部集卡到港控制优化研究

外部集卡到港失控是导致码头拥堵的重要原因之一。基于此,提出了将仿真和数学建模相结合的方法,应用仿真描述了外卡在码头的作业流程,应用数学建模方法描述了系统目标,并设计了相应的优化算法。     

神经外科学网络教学课程建没

神经外科学是一门复杂的学科，无论是理论知识还是操作技能都是学生学习的难点．通过网络辅助教学能在一定程度上解决上述困难。尤其随着学生对网络资源的应用能力不断加强．网络辅助教学的角色越来越重要。要建设优秀的神经外科网络课程．应注意网络教学形式要多样，网络教学内容要丰富，要重视师生之间的反馈。而将网络模拟教学应用于操作技能培训将突显网络教学的优势，显著提高学生的操作能力。     

探寻天主教在西北农村发展的历史轨迹——以甘肃中东部农村一乡镇为个案

近年来,天主教在我国西北农村地区发展十分迅速,天主教进入这些地区已经有很长的历史了,在传播过程中,经历了文化、价值、认同的冲突和妥协,也有传播过程中寻求本土化契合性的探索。W镇是天主教在西北农村发展的典型案例。天主教在W镇经过了一百多年的发展,已成为当地教区重要的农村教会。     

基于多源遥感数据的人口空间网格化研究——以福州市为例

利用GIS(地理信息系统)并应用多源遥感数据等对福州市人口空间网格化进行研究。以福州市人口、地理基础信息数据为基础，提取DMSP/OLS夜间灯光数据以及NDVI（归一化植被覆盖指数)数据建立人居指数模型，并根据模型进行人口空间分布模拟，叠加高程数据对模型进行修正。结果表明：夜间灯光遥感影像与人口分布具有强相关性；NDVI与夜间灯光值结合可以解决夜间灯光像元溢出问题，提高数据空间化的质量和精确性。利用DMSP/OLS数据与NDVI数据构建的人居指数模型作为遥感数据与人口数据之间的纽带，对实现人口空间网格的展布起到了关键的作用。     

浅谈中职学校电子电路类课程实验中仿真软件的应用

首先简要介绍EWB仿真软件的功能和特点,并结合电子电路实验实例阐述了该仿真软件在电子电路类课程实验中的具体应用,分析应用仿真软件进行实验与实际操作实验的优缺点。提出了虚拟与实际操作相结合的电子电路实验教学才是中职学校电子电路类课程实验的最佳教学模式的观点。     

The effects of management succession in retail service banking

It is a fundamental tenet of modern management theory and practice that managers matter, and that a management change involving a transfer of authority will improve performance. In fact, there are two other possibilities, the management change may have no or even a negative effect. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a management change (succession) in the retail service branch banking context. The study is based on historical operational data and is longitudinal in nature. Specifically, the inter-relationships between pre-succession performance, predecessor tenure, reason for succession, origin of successor and organisational change were evaluated in 38 branches of a bank during a two-year period. The results indicated a strong association between pre- and post-succession performance, and that pre-succession performance is a predictor of successor origin, as is predecessor tenure which in turn influence post-succession performance.     

Robust project network design

Traditional project planning tools and methodologies fail to address the dynamic uncertainties that can arise during project execution. In this article, we develop an approach to enable project managers to design project networks capable of performing predictably under uncertainty. We integrate a validated project organization design simulation tool (Virtual Design Team) with a robust design experimental method to enable robust project network design. We test the framework on a 13‐month, U.S. $11.5M public renovation project. We find that: (1) it is possible to integrate the project organization design tool with the robust design experimental method for the test case project; (2) the integrated approach enables project managers to identify and simulate the combination of interventions that will lead to the most robust project performance; and (3) the integrated approach can extend the capabilities of project managers to design project networks in dynamically uncertain project environments. The findings highlight the need to explore new ways to achieve predictable project performance in dynamically uncertain project execution environments.
