金融危机对我国主要农产品进出口的影响及应对措施——基于1997年与2007年金融危机的对比性研究

对比1997年亚洲金融危机与2007年世界金融危机前后我国主要农产品进出口数据，得出：两次金融危机前我国农产品进出口呈现递增趋势，进口增加的幅度大于出口增加的幅度，2007年比1997年金融危机对我国农产品进出口影响大，且影响时间长。对应对金融危机，应千方百计保证国家粮食安全和主要农产品有效供给，加强农产品出口基地化、区域化建设，调整农产出口结构，增加农业农村投入等。     

China's Financial Development

At the China Development Forum in Beijing, March 2002, I was asked to be discussant to Governor Dai Xianlong, but his paper, as in most cases, was not made available beforehand, so my own comments had to be made independently. Following that event, I can now remark on the Forum as well as reproducing my discussant paper. In this latter, I emphasize the importance of developing professional skills, greater competition and the application, through regulation, of appropriate incentives for the continued improvement of China's financial system.

在全球性金融风暴的影响下，数以百万计的农民工被迫辞工返乡。文章分析了我国出现大量农民工返乡现象的原因，探讨了农民工返乡给社会带来的各种影响，并在此基础上提出了解决农民工返乡问题的对策。     

WHY FREE MARKETS SHOULD NOT BE BLAMED FOR THE CURRENT RECESSION

Interventionist thinkers are now claiming intellectual victory, blaming the free‐market system and its ideology for the current economic collapse. We find this thesis untenable, drawing on the Austrian Business Cycle Theory. Instead, we argue that the roots of our present downturn lie in the monetary system, whose institutional structure is far from any free‐market ideal. Moreover, several government policies have contributed to the problems.     

The Asian Crisis,Gender, and the International Financial Architecture

This paper begins with an account of the Asian crisis, its creation and management by international financial institutions (the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank), and the gender impact of their stabilization and structural adjustment programs. Next we consider the new debate on reforming the IMF and the World Bank and restructuring the international financial architecture to prevent crises and manage them more effectively. Finally, we consider the gender ramifications of these changes. Since feminists have been absent from this debate, we examine issues essential to the formation of a gender-conscious international financial structure.     

论金融衍生品投资者适当性制度

目前国内在金融衍生品市场已初步建立起了投资者适当性制度,且已取得一定实效。但这一法律制度在具体规则的制订和实施中仍缺乏明确的定位,存在不少问题。因此不能过于依赖这一制度,而应通过这一制度的认真实施和不断改进,并结合其它制度而逐步建立起完善的投资者法律保护体制,从而形成一套既合理可行又不断完善的法律制度体系,能够坚实有力地促进衍生品市场的稳步和可持续的发展,进而推动整个金融经济的全面健康发展。

先进文化就是能够反映和支撑社会历史前进方向的文化，它是人类文明进步的结晶，代表未来的发展方向，代表人民的根本利益。是推动人类社会前进的精神动力。“与时俱进”是先进文化的基本特征。从整个人类文化的角度看，人类文明的前进方向就是先进文化的前进方向。生态文明是继工业文明之后的一种新的生存和发展理念。当代中国的先进文化建设应反映生态文明的理念和要求。

随着雷曼轰然倒下，高盛、摩根转型，五大投行不复存在，被誉为全球金融中心的华尔街神话破灭了，几乎整个世界都在遭遇百年不遇的金融危机。这场危机是美国次贷引起的全球金融的动荡。研究美国次贷危机生成的根源，从而采取缓解金融危机的经济对策，对促进我国经济的平稳发展具有重要的现实意义。

华尔街金融风暴是已绵延一年多次贷危机的总爆发，它引起了广泛的全球经济危机，我国商业银行也不可避免地受到了强烈影响。在此背景下，我们应通过各种有效措施来加强我国商业银行的危机管理。从长远来看，商业银行更应加强支农力度，从源头上增强农民消费能力，拉动内需，推动我国经济的稳健、健康发展，从源头上避免经济危机引发商业银行危机的发生。
