大型装备制造业企业关键设备备件预警策略

近些年,国内一些大型装备制造企业为提高国际竞争力,从国外引进不少先进设备,但当这些设备发生故障需要更换备件却不能得到满足时,给企业造成了不同程度的损失。文章应用设备失效模式与后果分析(MFMEA)方法制定关键设备备件预警策略,有效降低关键设备停机风险及其所造成的损失。     

常州装备制造业与生产性服务业动态匹配优化路径研究

装备制造业与生产性服务业动态匹配是二者之间密切互动的表现,也是二者协同发展互动升级的重要手段。通过对常州装备制造业与生产性服务业发展现状、动态匹配中存在的问题进行梳理和分析,进而从装备制造业与生产性服务业发展的中间组织的培育与促进、市场环境营造、匹配程度提升两个维度,九个方面,对两者动态匹配路径进行设计。     

An intelligent service matching method for mechanical equipment condition monitoring using the fibre Bragg grating sensor network

Due to the advantages of being able to function under harsh environmental conditions and serving as a distributed condition information source in a networked monitoring system, the fibre Bragg grating (FBG) sensor network has attracted considerable attention for equipment online condition monitoring. To provide an overall conditional view of the mechanical equipment operation, a networked service-oriented condition monitoring framework based on FBG sensing is proposed, together with an intelligent matching method for supporting monitoring service management. In the novel framework, three classes of progressive service matching approaches, including service-chain knowledge database service matching, multi-objective constrained service matching and workflow-driven human-interactive service matching, are developed and integrated with an enhanced particle swarm optimisation (PSO) algorithm as well as a workflow-driven mechanism. Moreover, the manufacturing domain ontology, FBG sensor network structure and monitoring object are considered to facilitate the automatic matching of condition monitoring services to overcome the limitations of traditional service processing methods. The experimental results demonstrate that FBG monitoring services can be selected intelligently, and the developed condition monitoring system can be re-built rapidly as new equipment joins the framework. The effectiveness of the service matching method is also verified by implementing a prototype system together with its performance analysis.     

Delivery leadtime and channel structure decisions for make-to-order duopoly under different game scenarios

We develop game-theoretic models to explore the quoted delivery leadtime, price, and channel structure decisions for a make-to-order duopoly system under three game scenarios. Under the integrated-manufacturer first scenario, we find that (i) decentralization of the supply chain increases quoted leadtime; and (ii) both manufacturers may choose different channel structures under symmetric duopoly. By comparing with the symmetric scenario and the retailer first scenario, we find that a manufacturer facing a decentralized rival adopts decentralization when leadtime sensitivity, leadtime cost, and price elasticity are very small; the effect of decentralization on quoted leadtime largely depends on game scenario.

高校设备招标中供应商选择存在的问题与对策探讨

招标采购作为一种科学高效的方式已被高校设备购置广泛采用,然而我国高校设备招标工作起步较晚,各环节不够完善,目前存在诸多问题。本文从四个方面界定供应商选择的标准与审核工作,在分析现阶段供应商选择存在问题的基础上,给出相应的解决办法。     

油气管道环焊缝新型修复技术研究

为了寻求适应高钢级油气管道环焊缝缺陷的新型修复方法,克服传统修复技术的局限性,提出了电弧增材制造技术用于油气管道环焊缝修复的可行性。首先,对激光熔覆、冷喷涂、电弧增材制造3种新型修复技术进行对比分析后,采用电弧增材制造技术进行实验研究;其次,在X80管道环焊缝处沿轴线截取22 mm厚的试样,并在环焊缝处设计坡口角度为60°,坡口深度为11 mm的缺陷,采用电弧增材制造冷金属过渡工艺、ER50-6焊丝进行修复实验;最后,对修复试样进行力学实验测试,并对实验数据和断口形貌进行分析。实验结果表明,电弧增材制造修复后试件抗拉强度最高达639 MPa,强度与管体基材匹配。研究结果表明,电弧增材制造技术用于X80油气管道环焊缝缺陷的修复是可行的,具有沉积效率高、成本低、力学性能能满足修复要求的特点,对于高钢油气管道环焊缝缺陷修复的可行性和经济性具有重要的现实意义。     

积极推行CALS战略实现装备物流信息标准化

由于信息基础建设薄弱并缺乏标准化规范,目前装备物流各系统信息不能完全互联互通,形成了一些“信息孤岛”.CALS战略是一项受到许多发达国家重视的策略,对促进信息化建设具有重要的指导作用.通过推行CALS战略,以CALS战略为指导,实现装备物流信息标准化将成为我军装备物流领域的必由之路.
