关于农类专业“双证融通”教学管理的研究与实践

通过对农类专业学历证书教育与职业资格证书教育进行对比分析,找出结合点,设计教学方案。本文从工学结合的人才培养模式的角度出发,从学校层面,提出在课程目标、课程模式、教学内容、教学管理、品德教育综合素质考评等方面,构建开放式的高职教育课程体系,以此来完成学生职业能力的培养。     

论建构主义下的高职高专计算机教学设计——以《Access2003 应用技术》为例

以《Access2003应用技术》课程为例进行了在建构主义教学观下该门课程的教学进程的设计，鉴以探讨计算机类纯操作性课程的教学方法。     

Local School Finance and Productive Efficiency: Evidence from Ohio

This paper examines the relationship between local financing of education and school district efficiency. In a system of local school finance, the capitalization of school quality in housing prices provides homeowners with verifiable information regarding the impact of school officials’ actions and strong incentives to act upon that information. I find evidence that school districts with a higher percentage of revenues from local sources perform better on state math tests. In addition, the amount of residential property within a school district is positively related to math test passage rates.

The political economy of public education

I study the relationship between income inequality and public spending in education in a voting model. Voters collectively choose the uniform quality level of public education, the amount of a public good, and the tax rate on labor income. Parents can decide to opt-out of the public education system by purchasing private education at the desired quality level, and children’s expected income is assumed to be increasing in the quality of education. I show that higher income inequality is associated with higher governmental spending in education if and only if the expected marginal returns to education are larger for the children of relatively low income parents. In turn, better public education tends to reduce future inequality. These results are consistent with most findings in the empirical literature about public investment in education. Lastly, I show that for other kind of publicly provided goods, such as health care, the relationship with income inequality exhibits an ambiguous or opposite sign.

立德树人作为教育的根本任务和中心环节,不仅准确把握了现实教育问题的症结,为未来教育改革的发展指明了前进的方向,而且从战略高度回答了辅导员队伍的职业使命,为加强和改进辅导员队伍建设提供了指导。在立德树人背景下,做好高职院校辅导员队伍建设必须深刻认识新时期加强高职院校辅导员队伍建设的意义,了解高职院校辅导员队伍建设的现状,然后结合现实背景和辅导员队伍建设面临的问题,有的放矢地深入进行高职院校辅导员队伍建设路径探究。     

中国老年人口受教育程度发展趋势前瞻

针对中国教育事业的发展如何影响未来30年老年人口的受教育结构、2050年中国建成现代化强国时老年人口的平均受教育年限是多少等问题进行分析,在运用人口普查以及1%人口抽样调查等数据对中国老年人口教育水平历史演进做出回顾的基础上着重预测未来趋势。结果显示:老年人口在改革开放以来实现了从八成不识字到八成受教育的历史性转变,且男女两性老年人口在受教育程度上的差距趋于缩小;到本世纪中叶,老年人口的平均受教育年限预计可达10年,基本具备高中教育水平,且男女两性老年人口教育不平等的状况将会显著改变,受过高等教育比例快速上升。中国老年人口规模大增长的时代同时也是老年教育水平大提升的时代,这可以为健康老龄化和积极老龄化等创造更有利的发展环境。
