区域分工视域下产业协调发展研究——以环首都经济圈为例

从区域产业分工角度出发,明确河北省的产业承接优势是推进环首都经济圈建设的当务之急。文章运用区位熵方法对区域产业的专业化程度进行衡量,并在系统分析产业比较优势基础上,运用区域分工理论探索了产业分布新格局,提出了区域经济协调发展的政策建议,以期实现环首都经济圈内相关产业的健康稳定发展。     

基于重心法的农产品收购站选址问题研究——以海伦市共合镇甜菜种植区为例

以海伦市共合镇甜菜运输问题为研究对象，运用重心法对该镇甜菜收购站的选址问题进行优化研究，优化后原料收购站选址更加合理、有效缩短了甜菜的运输距离并降低了运输成本、提高了物流效率。     

Moldflow在盒盖翘曲变形优化设计中的应用

本文以盒盖为例,借助模流分析软件Moldflow,对盒盖进行翘曲变形分析,得出产生翘曲变形主要是由取向不均和收缩不均引起的,通过对不同方案浇口位置和数量的比较,优化浇口位置,改善材料熔体的流动方向取向,调整保压曲线,有效地减少翘曲变形,达到了预期地变形目标值,为模具开发提供了依据。     

Training Employees for African Statistical Offices

A review of the organizational set-up of a national statistical office, its staffing levels and subjects covered has been described. Two groups of employees of a statistical office are considered with respect to the teaching of statistics, namely those already in employment and those expected to be employed by a statistical office. The Statistical Training Programme for Africa (STPA), under which the present study was undertaken, improvement and strengthening of statistical training programmes for employees or expected employees of a statistical office, are described including selected aspects of the programme. Teaching programmes for those currently in employment with the objective of improving their work performance are also described. Achievements and problems of the programme are given. In conclusion a new framework for revitalisation of teaching of statistics in Africa in the 1990s is mentioned.     

旅游产业体系的深化发展与政府主导型战略的实施——中国旅游业回顾与思考

回顾改革开放２０年来，中国旅游业产业体系的建立、政府主导型战略实施、产业地位、体制改革等问题的发展过程，思考产业政策、市场导向、扩大内需、旅游业自身发展等热点问题，一是为了理论探讨，二是为了给旅游业可持续发展理出一个较为清晰的思路。     

An empirical analysis of tenant location patterns near department stores in planned regional shopping centers

The location of a store within a mall can affect the sales and profits of the store and its neighbors, and those of the mall׳s owner/developer. Because the interests of retail stores and the mall׳s owner/developer with respect to choice of location might not coincide, bargaining power might come into play. To assess empirically whether relative bargaining power as between a retail store and the mall owner/developer affects store location within a center, we focus on locations of stores near the department store tenants of malls. Department stores might have the bargaining power necessary to affect which tenants are chosen as neighbors of the department store.Using data collected from 148 regional shopping centers (malls) in 2007 in the five westernmost provinces of Canada, we examine the relationship between variables that reflect store location patterns near a department store׳s entrance, and variables associated with the bargaining power of developers. We find that the density of stores selling comparison shopping goods is larger near department stores within centers that are older or have a larger gross leasable area. In addition, such density is negatively related to the number of department stores contained in the center. Because a shopping center׳s age, gross leasable area, and the number of department stores in a center are expected to be associated with a developer׳s bargaining power, the above findings are consistent with the hypothesis that the store location patterns near department stores depend on the relative bargaining power of the developer and the department stores.     

FDI在中国的区位选择：1992～2005

采用中国8大外商直接投资(FDI)主要接受地区1992～2005年相关数据,分析FDI区位选择因素以及地区间FDI的竞争问题。结果表明,劳动生产力、产业集聚、教育投入在两层含义上对外商直接投资的区位选择的影响具有显著性;而工资水平、单位劳动成本仅在第一层含义上具有显著影响,在地区间对FDI吸引的竞争含义上影响不显著;另外,市场规模、基础设施在两层含义上对外商直接投资的区位选择影响皆不明显。     

沿海地区制造业密集区产业迁移的区位选择——以广东为例

产业转移的区位选择是区域空间调控政策的基础,受到区域交易环境和企业生产指向特征的影响,区域交易环境由软交易成本和硬交易成本构成,企业生产指向类型则以企业生产组织方式为基础。研究发现,珠三角地区的企业在迁移选址时,在空间上和时序上存在首先在过渡区然后迁移到边缘区的趋势,因此,当前广东以边缘区作为产业转移空间调控的重点地区是值得商榷的,空间调控的重点应在过渡区域。     

Product Location with Foresight

Traditional location literatureconcludes that firms will optimally differentiate inorder to alleviate a tendency toward competitivepricing. However, it has recently been shown thatfirms will minimally differentiate if they (correctly)anticipate an absence of price competition. Thispaper examines the relationship between productlocation and the sustainability of cooperativepricing, in horizontally and vertically differentiatedmarkets. Further, it describes equilibrium locationswhen firms are able to choose their locations jointlyand when they must choose independently.     

VAN DE HULST ON ROBUST STATISTICS: A HISTORICAL NOTE

This paper provides a discussion of an unpublished set of notes written in 1942 by the Dutch astronomer H.C. VAN DE HULST. In these notes VAN DE HULST derives the asymptotic variances of M– estimators as well as trimmed means and concludes that the asymptotic variance of what is now called HUBER'S estimator is the same as that of a trimmed mean. This conclusion is usually ascribed to BICKEL (1965). A letter written by D. VAN DANTZIG in 1943 providing a critical evaluation of. VAN DE HULST'S results, adds interest to this suprisingly early contribution to the theory of robust statistics.
