基于粗糙集理论的工程项目承包商招标选择的评价分析

工程项目通过招标方式来选择承包商目的是选择最优的承包商。基于粗糙集理论的评价方法,对各种影响因素进行合理化筛选,并最终以综合评价值来选优,并通过一个算例验证了方法的可行性和有效性。     

Theorems on correspondences and stability of the core

In this note two theorems strengthening Grodal's (1971) Theorem on correspondences are proved. The first drops the convexity assumption. The second strengthens that theorem further for the case when the range is the positive orthant. In this case, the conclusion of Grodal's Theorem - the intersection of the integral with the interior of the range being open- is modified to read as the integral being a relative open subset of the positive orthant. An example is provided to show that, such a strengthening is not valid in general. This allows us to dispense with the requirment of convexity of preferences in Grodal's (1971) theorems on the closedness of the set of Pareto optimal allocations, the core, and the continuity of the core correspondence for pure exchange economies. We apply this result to show that blocking coalitions in a large economy are stable. Testing the Information Set Perspective of UK Financial Reporting Standard No.3: Reporting Financial Performance

Abstract:  This study investigates whether a broader range of financial performance measures as required by FRS No.3 ( FRS3 ) provides incremental price information beyond a single earnings-based performance measure. I find that the additional performance components reported in the layered statement of performance and reconciliation of movements in shareholders' funds and alternative earnings per share that are voluntarily disclosed by UK firms are generally associated with share returns, and provide incremental price information beyond FRS3 all-inclusive earnings. This finding supports the information set perspective underlying FRS3 , and has important implications for setting a global accounting standard on reporting financial performance.

针对锰粉矿压制冷压球团时压球设备（对辊压球机）出现结拱、喂料不足以及脱模困难等问题．通过对压球机的结构及工作原理的分析，解释了出现以上问题的基本原因，并在此基础上对设备进行了一系列的改造，使设备满足了工业生产的需要。     

基于粗糙集和组合神经网络的武器系统效能评估方法

针对武器系统效能评估中存在指标信息不确定和指标间关系不明确的问题,运用粗糙集和组合神经网络模型进行研究,提出了基于粗糙集的效能评估指标集约简方法,并构建了基于组合神经网络的效能评估模型,研究结果表明,基于粗糙集和组合神经网络的武器系统效能评估是可行、有效的,对全面而科学评价武器系统效能具有积极指导作用和较强实用性。     

基于绿色理念的建筑业供应商选择方法研究

基于绿色供应链管理的理念,构建了建筑业绿色供应商选择的评价指标体系,采用粗糙集确定指标体系的权重;依据指标特性,按照历史最差、现状和未来期望三种状态,分别得出各供应商的评价值,采用三角模糊数和灰色关联分析,建立了一个新的综合评价模型。通过案例研究,验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。     

基于集对分析法的储油库火灾风险分析

储油库是典型的能量载体,一旦发生火灾爆炸等突发事故,后果不堪设想。本文简单介绍了集对分析的基本理论,建立了基于集对分析法的油库火灾危险评价指标体系。得到了在不考虑系统指标权重与考虑系统指标权重条件下储油库火灾危险性评价结果。结果表明,集对分析法能够较好的保证评价结果的客观性。     

有时间窗的车辆路径问题改进蚁群算法研究

针对目前蚁群算法在求解有时间窗的车辆路径问题上较少对蚁群算法本身进行优化的问题,提出了一种改进蚁群算法,通过改进状态转移概率和信息素更新规则,以及使用改进的精英蚂蚁策略,改善蚁群算法搜索能力。通过对Solomon标准数据集的实验,结果表明改进的蚁群算法在求解有时间窗车辆路径问题上是有效的。

通过确立人才培养的目标及规格,合理构建五年制环境监测与治理技术专业的课程体系。改革教学方式,完善考试手段,改善师资队伍,加强实训基地建设及实训课程建设,以达到人才培养的目标和要求。     

Extreme dependence for multivariate data

This article proposes a generalized notion of extreme multivariate dependence between two random vectors which relies on the extremality of the cross-covariance matrix between these two vectors. Using a partial ordering on the cross-covariance matrices, we also generalize the notion of positive upper dependence. We then propose a means to quantify the strength of the dependence between two given multivariate series and to increase this strength while preserving the marginal distributions. This allows for the design of stress-tests of the dependence between two sets of financial variables that can be useful in portfolio management or derivatives pricing.
