移动通信带状网中智能天线的设计

针对移动通信中带状网内信号空间分布不同于蜂窝网内信号空间分布的特点，提出了一种新的均匀线阵的设计准则。此准则突破了传统的均匀线阵的阵元间距一般不超过信号的载波波长一半的限制，根据信号空间角度的分布来设计阵元间距。理论和仿真都证明了以此准则设计的均匀线阵与相同阵元数目且阵元间距为载波波长一半的均匀线阵相比，在避免了空间角度模糊问题出现的同时可有效地提高阵列的空间谱分辨能力。     

The evolving interpretations of customers in higher education: empowering the elusive

Students within higher education are increasingly referred to as customers. And there have been increasing pressures for academics to respond to them as such. Universities, especially their management, have been adopting the vocabulary of quality management systems that may be more commonplace in industry. In recent decades, there has been a fierce debate among academics as to whether this approach is appropriate in the academic sector, and whether students are customers, consumers, clients, etc. This paper explores the debate and the central ideas that have informed it. Despite the largely semantic debate over the definition of customers, universities have attempted to empower the multiple stakeholders, using a variety of tools. The paper goes on to discuss how the nature of students is evolving with the move toward widening access, and how the concepts and tools surrounding quality systems must also evolve.

Research on the relationship between stand productivity and site condition of Larix kaempferi

In this research, five plots are Selected based on stand storage and productivity of planted forest of Larix kaempferi （Japanese larch） as well as their relationship with factors suCh as forest age, site condition and stand density. Through standard plot investigation and method of trunk analysis, systematic research is conducted on storage and productivity of the planted forest and their relationship with site condition. As shown in the research, productivity of planted forest of Larix kaempferi in low latitude area is higher than that in high latitude area while stand productivity is higher in slight acid soil. Contents of potassium element in the soil have Considerable influence on productivity of the Larix kaempferi forest.

The Swedish third way: an assessment of the performance and validity of the Rehn-Meidner model

This paper analyses the functioning of the Rehn–Meidnermodel in Sweden and the validity of the model's underlying theory.Both sceptics and friends of ‘the Swedish model’have exaggerated the effects of active labour market policyand solidarity wage policy on employment, inflation and growth.However, these policies have contributed to the reduction ofhysteresis effects and wage differentials in Sweden. Furthermore,Swedish experiences confirm the Rehn–Meidner view thatpositive demand shocks and expansionary macroeconomic policiesmake it difficult to combine full employment with price stability,economic growth and equity even if central wage negotiationsare coordinated and trade unions willingly accept wage restraint.
