以辽河油区低速油田为例,讨论了文献中提出的3种低速油田筛选标准,提出了油藏剩余可采储量采油速度的低速油田筛选标准,有助于动态分析和掌握低速油田状况,正确认识开发阶段和开发效果,且排除了一些因采出程度高而形成的“低速”区块,更加符合油田实际。依据该标准筛选出辽河油区低速油田58个。动用石油地质储量占辽河油区己探明原油地质储量的22.2%,占动用地质储量的28.8%。又根据造成油田低速的主要原因分为5类:物性(低渗)低速、岩性低速、油性低速、构造(复杂断块)低速和其他原因低速。不同类型低速油田需要确定相应的开发技术、经济界限。  相似文献

关天经济区新型城镇化水平综合评价——基于PCA分析法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
首先在界定了新型城镇化内涵的基础上,从新型城镇化发展的动力系统、质量系统和公平系统三大方面构建了评价关天经济区新型城镇化水平的指标体系,然后采用PCA主成分分析法对关天经济区各市区2003—2012年新型城镇化综合水平进行了测定及排名。结果显示:经济区在10年间新型城镇化水平总体呈上升趋势,但仍存在基础设施落后、城乡居民收入差距过大、产业结构不合理等问题。因此,以强化城镇发展动力提升为目的,合理配置产业结构;以提升城镇质量为核心,加强城镇基础设施建设;以改善社会公平为着力点,缩小城乡收入差距成为应对关天经济区新型城镇化问题的必然选择。  相似文献

This paper examines the impact that a currency target zone has on short-term interest rates. For a number of countries in the European Monetary System, we characterize the short rate using a regime-switching model that allows for a differently parameterized mean-reverting square-root process in each regime. We find that the volatility, the level, and the speed-of-adjustment are all higher in the regime that is operative during speculative attacks and currency crises. Moreover, we allow the conditional probability of being in each regime to be state-dependent so the model can be used to examine questions relating to the likelihood of realignments and the stability of the target zone system.  相似文献

Earlier studies hardly reject the hypothesis of a unit root in inflation. Few studies have examined the possibility of nonlinearity in inflation and tested nonlinear stationarity of the inflation rates. This study thus intends to fill the gap. This study utilizes the tests for nonlinearity along with the unit root tests that allow for nonlinearity in the variables to examine the stationarity of inflation rates of 12 European countries that formed the Euro Zone (EZ) later in the sample period. The results suggest that the majority of these countries’ inflation rates can be characterized by mean reversion during the floating exchange rate period. Many of them appear to be nonlinear stationary. This finding is essential in conducting applied economic studies for these countries, when constructing models whose validity relies on whether or not inflation is stationary. The results of this study also imply that shocks to inflation have a transitory effect on inflation in the euro area. Therefore, it would be less costly in exercising the policies of disinflation for the monetary authorities of the euro area than for those of the countries with nonstationary inflation.  相似文献

The transfer of environmental goods and services to China will increasingly be of importance to developed nations as the demand for environmental management services increases in China. A review of the literature on technology transfer to China revealed a range of well recognized and commonly known constraints to transferring technologies to China. There were gaps in the literature in relation to the concerns that environmental professionals have regarding technology transfer to China, as there is limited information on the transfer in environmental goods and services to China. A survey of the non‐trade barriers and their practical impact on the transfer of environmental technologies and goods and services to China, focusing on Australian suppliers, was undertaken to address these gaps. The survey, which was developed from barriers to technology transfer already described in the extensive research addressing the wider issues of technology transfer to China, targeted environmental professionals but also included other professionals with interests in transferring environmental goods and services to China. From the survey, the highest priority barriers to transferring environmental goods and service to China were identified, and those that are most likely to limit Australian vendors of environmental goods and services in their technology transfers to China were protection of intellectual property (IP), limitations of the rule of law, fragmentation and bureaucracy of the Chinese government and establishing appropriate level of ownership (of environmental goods and services providers in China). Examples of Australian experience were also examined, which confirmed these barriers to providing the needed technology and innovation to manage China's increasing environmental impacts. The research also shows that the barriers identified do not appear to be unique to transfer of environmental goods and services but rather generic to the transfer and adoption of Australian technology into China.
