利用CHNS数据,采用Logit模型、随机效应模型分别分析影响城市、农村贫困的因素,进而提高社会救助针对性。研究发现:城市、农村贫困均具有不流动性,在城市一旦陷入贫困则比农村更难脱贫;家庭人口结构对贫困有影响,且城乡存在差异;健康对贫困具有显著影响;城市家庭工作状况影响贫困,农村非农收入降低贫困可能性;城市就业冲击对陷入赤贫有影响。因此,低保救助应关注持续贫困家庭,减弱贫困不流动性;人口结构应成为低保救助依据;社会救助中应考虑增加医疗救助;应增加城市贫困失业人员的职业培训,为农村贫困家庭创造非农就业机会;应增加贫困家庭教育补贴,降低城市儿童看护成本。  相似文献

This paper applies classical exponential-family statistical theory to develop a unifying framework for testing structural parameters in the simultaneous equations model under the assumption of normal errors with known reduced-form variance matrix. The results can be divided into the limited-information and full-information categories. In the limited-information model, it is possible to characterize the entire class of similar tests in a model with only one endogenous explanatory variable. In the full-information framework, this paper proposes a family of similar tests for subsets of endogenous variables’ coefficients. For both limited- and full-information models, there exist power upper bounds for unbiased tests. When the model is just-identified, the Anderson–Rubin, score, and (pseudo) conditional likelihood ratio tests are optimal. When the model is over-identified, the (pseudo) conditional likelihood ratio test has power close to the power envelope when identification is strong.  相似文献

Drawing from resource-based theories, we conduct two studies to investigate the unique and relative importance of personal (e.g., resilience, proactive health behaviors), work, and family resources (i.e., enriched job and family roles, work and family support) to balance satisfaction, and the mediating roles of conflict and enrichment. We test our hypotheses in Study 1 using a cross-sectional survey of 216 employees and in Study 2 using a time-lagged survey over 3 months with 220 employees. Across both studies, work and family resources (e.g., enriched job and family characteristics, work and family support) were positively related to balance satisfaction. In general, work resources were more relevant to balance satisfaction than were personal or family resources. In terms of processes, work resources relate to less work-to-family conflict and greater work-to-family enrichment which in turn, relate to greater balance. In contrast, the family-to-work directions of conflict and enrichment were just weakly related to balance. Across the two studies, findings regarding the role of personal resources were mixed. We discuss how these findings expand our understanding of work–family balance and the practical implications for human resource practitioners.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the influence of family control and management in the quality of accounting information in Brazilian companies, with a focus on timeliness. The sample consisted of 72 Brazilian companies and 1,656 observations from 2008 to 2013. The results show that family-controlled companies are quicker to recognize good news related to the price of the respective stock. On the other hand, family managed companies showed low accounting timeliness in relation to recognition of good news. The findings contribute to the agency theory and the literature on family firms and confirm that such companies experience fewer agency problems arising from conflicts between majority and minority shareholders. In addition, the agency conflicts between the management and minority shareholders can be compounded by the recognition of good news not being in family managed firms.  相似文献

从家庭嵌入视角和裂变创业动机出发,运用扎根理论研究方法,根据问题导向和理论抽样原则,选取六位裂变创业者作为研究样本,得出了“基于创造财富改善家庭”“基于增值资产递升家庭”“基于缩短距离凝聚家庭”“基于均衡时间回归家庭”“基于对接文化传承家庭”“基于冲破禁锢创新家庭”六个主范畴,在此基础上凝练出“家庭触发型裂变创业”这一核心范畴,构建了家庭触发型裂变创业的模式分类模型,提出了财富主导、角色转换和观念交互三种典型的家庭触发型裂变创业模式,并具体阐述了其作用机理。研究结果拓展并丰富了裂变创业动机的类型和框架,深化了创业动机知识体系。  相似文献

This study examines the potential of Weber’s Protestant Work Ethic (PWE) to illustrate the growth, development and business philosophy of J & P Coats, a thread manufacturer from Paisley. The company grew from humble beginnings in 1826 to dominate the world thread market in a comparatively short period of time. The article will begin with a synopsis of the key arguments from the PWE, before moving to a summary of many of the debates, both past and recent, which have been put forward both for and against Weber’s work. The review of this body of work will highlight the continued relevance of Weber’s thesis. The brief history of the J & P Coats firm, and the main family members involved in its rise and progress will be provided, which will then provide a background against which Weber’s theories can be examined. Finally, the article will conclude that Weber’s thesis provides a rationale for understanding the development of the company, and the behaviour of its owners, which will in turn offer more contemporary validation of Weber’s theories.  相似文献
