“政治学的诺贝尔奖”与当代比较政治学的科学追求——亚当·卓沃尔斯基关于民主与发展的研究介绍

亚当·卓沃尔斯基在研究国家经济发展水平与民主转型之间的关系方面做出了杰出贡献,因而获得2010年度约翰·斯凯特政治科学奖。主要贡献表现为以下三方面：第一,就民主体制的生成问题,他的研究打破了在研究民主转型问题上的经济决定论的迷思,并验证了民主体制在生存问题上对经济发展水平的依赖性。第二,就政治体制对经济发展的影响问题,他的研究表明在大规模的跨国比较分析中,看不出不同的政治体制（民主的或非民主的）对经济发展有什么系统的影响。第三,从根本上改变了比较研究的分析思路,把比较政治学分析从过去着重于类别比较分析,提高到重视科学检验一般性理论陈述的境界,而且强调重视选择偏差机制对样本分布的影响,从而科学地分析表象后面深层的因果关系问题。     

变革型领导对企业员工组织信任影响的实证研究

文章以湖南省十家大中型企业251名员工为研究对象,构建了一个包括变革型领导、组织公平、组织政治知觉和组织信任在内的概念模型,运用结构方程建模方法,探讨变革型领导对员工组织信任的影响机制。研究结果表明,变革型领导不仅对员工组织信任具有直接显著的正面影响,而且还通过组织公平、组织政治知觉对员工组织信任产生间接的显著影响,组织公平和组织政治知觉是变革型领导影响企业员工组织信任的中介变量。文章的研究结论对我国企业的人力资源管理具有直接的现实意义。     

员工对工作满意度、离职倾向影响的实证研究——基于组织政治知觉的角度

本文的目的在于探讨企业员工组织政治知觉对其工作满意度和离职倾向影响的内在机制。为此,构建了一个包括组织政治知觉、组织信任、工作满意度和离职倾向在内的概念模型,并通过结构方程模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明,组织政治知觉对员工组织信任具有显著的负面影响;员工组织政治知觉对工作满意度的直接影响作用不显著,完全通过组织信任对工作满意度产生间接的影响作用;员工组织政治知觉对其离职倾向的直接影响作用显著,部分通过组织信任对离职倾向产生间接的影响作用;组织信任是企业员工组织政治知觉对工作满意度起完全影响作用的中介变量,是员工组织政治知觉对离职倾向起部分影响作用的中介变量。本文的研究结论对我国企业的人力资源管理具有重要的现实意义。     

高校思想政治理论课课内实践方式的合理性探析

高校思想政治理论课实践教学是一个由思想政治理论课课内实践教学与课外校园实践活动和社会实践活动共同构成的完整体系。其中,课内实践方式是思想政治理论课实践教学的基础性环节和重要方式,具有十分特殊的地位和功能优势。要全面有效地实现思想政治理论课实践教学任务目标,必须充分发挥课内实践教学方式的合理价值,对课内实践教学方式精心设计、科学规划、合理定位。     

The Moderating Effect of Impression Management on the Organizational Politics–Performance Relationship

This study investigates the complexities in the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and performance ratings by examining the moderating effect of impression management on that relationship. Expectancy theory was employed to better understand the moderating effect. We proposed that two kinds of impression management tactics occurred: supervisor-focused and job-focused, respectively. It was hypothesized that increased exercise of impression management would mitigate the negative effects of perceptions of organizational politics and performance ratings. Data were collected from 290 full-time employees of ten state-owned enterprises in Taiwan. Hierarchical moderated regression analysis of data revealed that the job-focused tactics exerted a significant moderating effect on the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and performance ratings. When perceptions of organizational politics are low, employees who engage in high levels of job-focused impression management tactics are more likely to gain better ratings than those who employ low-level tactics.     

Hosts, guests and politics: Coastal Resorts Morphological Change

Resort morphology goes through a predictable sequence of stages: from pre-tourism low through high-density development to an urbanized state. Three elements are considered essential in such coastal resorts change: hosts, guests, and politics. Using historical data from the mass-developed Greek island of Crete, ten principal characteristics are identified as determinants of the morphological change of coastal resorts. A temporal model of unplanned change is also proposed. Although the study was constrained by limited data availability, the proposed model is deemed able to represent the morphological change of Cretan mass-developed coastal resorts.

内部控制理论从其产生发展到现在经历了漫长的过程，人们对它的认识也在发生不断的变化。内部控制理论的发展可以分为形成阶段、发展和完善阶段。在内容上，由最初的“二分法”发展到“三要素”、“五要素”，尤以美国COSO报告的内容为代表。现阶段的内部控制能否发挥作用，控制环境及人的因素是非常重要的。此外，还应该加强对内部控制过程的监督。     

Managing tourists and politicians in India

This article describes one approach to matching the needs of foreign tourists and local communities in India—ldstar circuits” (a way of routeing tourists around a collection of sites) and condominium hotels (a way of allowing locals to participate in providing a range of tourist services). Also discussed are some of the problems that arise when Indian politicians consider tourism projects.     

The arms race as a hypergame: A study of routes towards a safer world

There are many possible explanations for the current arms race, some incompatible, some complementary. Here, the hypergame approach is used to present some simple alternative models, reflecting different perceptions that might underlie national behaviour. The possibility that each side in the race is primarily motivated by genuine fear of the other is considered, and then the question of why such a cycle of distrust may be so difficult to break. It is argued that many faulty decisions result not from incompetent analysis, but through inadequate problem definition — ‘asking the wrong question’. Practical consequences of this argument are outlined.
