加快推进航运金融发展积极服务国际强港建设——关于宁波航运金融产业发展的调研报告

航运金融是指以航运业为核心,航运产业、金融产业相关主体以及政府部门进行融资、投资、金融服务等经济活动而产生的一系列与此相关业务总称.宁波作为浙江海洋经济发展的核心区,航运金融的发展是构建宁波从单纯的运输港到贸易、金融综合港过程中不可或缺的内在因素,也是把宁波打造为国际强港过程中重要一环,是今后金融工作的重点.     

Maritime transport policy of Turkey

The purpose of this paper is to review recent aspects of the maritime transport policy of Turkey in an explanatory approach. The decisions taken by the Turkish authorities for Turkish maritime policy are analysed both at international and national levels. The decisions are discussed for the current situation in Turkey.     

国际运输格局的变化趋势与航运企业的对策

在全球经济日趋一体化的今天，多种因素影响了国际运输产业的布局，国际运输服务贸易格局随之也呈现出了一些新的变化趋势。在后金融危机时代，世界航运业既遭遇各种挑战，也面临难得机遇，各企业应将对策付诸实施，方能立于不败之地。     

Patterns of maritime supply chains: slot capacity analysis

This paper offers a tool for analysing patterns of maritime supply chains. The study uses empirical data on slot capacity deployed by container shipping lines for analysing ports (as nodes) and routes and shipping lines (as links) that are embedded within the maritime supply chain. The ports of Singapore and Hong Kong are chosen to illustrate the respective transhipment and gateway perspectives. Findings reveal that geographical location and changes in the constitution of players can have reverberations on the maritime supply chain dynamics that traverse the port. Furthermore, evidence from trade route data also shows that maritime supply chain dynamics associated with transhipment and gateway ports could be governed by different levels of scope economies, demand complementarity and market power. The paper illustrates the abundant potential of slot capacity analysis for academic and industry/market research. Thus, future research can be pursued in various contexts and for different applications.     

老口工程泄水闸坝坝基主要工程地质问题及评价

广西郁江老口航运枢纽工程泄水闸坝坝基岩石具有岩性较软,抗压强度低,软弱夹层较发育,泡水膨胀、失水易开裂等特点。坝基泥岩类岩石存在承载力偏低、快速风化、抗滑稳定、软硬夹层对基础变形的影响等工程地质问题。通过大量的勘探、试验手段,基本查明了泄水闸坝坝基岩体的特性、规律,为水工设计解决这些工程地质问题提供了较为准确、科学的地质参数及处理建议。     

A novel modeling approach for the fleet deployment problem within a short-term planning horizon

This paper is concerned with model development for a short-term fleet deployment problem of liner shipping operations. We first present a mixed integer nonlinear programming model in which the optimal vessel speeds for different vessel types on different routes are interpreted as their realistic optimal travel times. We then linearize the proposed nonlinear model and obtain a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model that can be efficiently solved by a standard mixed integer programming solver such as CPLEX. The MILP model determines the optimal route service frequency pattern and take into account the time window constraints of shipping services. Finally, we report our numerical results and performance of CPLEX on randomly generated instances.     

“五水共治”背景下嘉兴绿色内河航运物流发展研究

通过对嘉兴内河航运物流现状的分析发现,嘉兴内河航运物流量呈逐年增长趋势,但货种结构单一,增长较为粗放;内河航道通航里程领先,但航道等级及网络化水平较低,河道污染严重;内河港口初具规模,但结构性矛盾依然突出,港口防污能力较弱;内河航运船舶平均吨位大幅提升,但大吨位和专业化船舶依然缺乏,船舶污染较为严重。由此可见,嘉兴内河航运物流发展同时面临着经济社会发展的强劲需求和水环境污染防治的巨大压力,因此,必须推动内河航运结构调整、加强生态内河航道和绿色内河港口建设、加快推进内河运输船舶船型标准化、完善内河航运支持保障体系、增强内河水环境保护意识。     

干散货船舶经营现状分析与对策研究

本文认为,“入世”以来是我国干散货船舶经营发展最快的时期,增长幅度快,港航基础设施建设步伐加快,航运市场集中度提升,不断推广应用现代信息技术,重视人才队伍建设。但我国干散货船舶经营规模较小,发展水平较低,仍然存在着许多影响和制约因素。文章提出,为了促进干散货船舶经营的发展,顺应我国经济发展和经济全球化发展的需要,应深化管理体制改革,运用现代经营管理技术,发展以海、铁联运为主要内容的多式联运,推进现代信息管理技术和标准化建设,实施人才策略。     

基于网格计算的商业连锁企业物流配送信息处理

我国连锁零售企业在追求规模经营、向各种业态全面扩张的同时,面临着严重的缺货损失,选择理想的物流配送,是解决问题的关键。本文提出的基于网格计算的物流信息处理方式,就是运用先进的信息处理手段,把物流配送的损失减到最小,使得企业的效率更高,发展更快。
