基于Petri网的物流配送研究综述

本文从Petri网在物流配送系统的建模与仿真中的应用、Petri网在物流配送业务流程的设计与优化中的应用两个角度出发,对2005—2013年Petri网理论应用于物流配送领域的相关文献进行分类和整理分析,并对其进一步的研究和发展趋势进行展望。     

烟草配送中心仿真模块化研究

为了达到快速对烟草配送中心仿真建模的目的,采用Petri网技术对配送中心的流程进行建模,通过对比不同流程的相似之处实现了实物模块化和流程模块化,在此基础上实现了参数化,最终通过实例表明,使用这种模块化方法能够实现烟草配送中心仿真的快速建模。     

三网融合环境下的信息安全技术研究

目前,我国三网融合工程已正式启动,但在享受三网融合的一系列信息服务时,其信息安全所带来的挑战也是前所未有的。文章分析了三网融合中EPON、IPTV、VOIP等典型技术,并就它们的信息安全提出相应的解决方案。     

Privatization, Labor and Social Safety Nets

Privatization promotes economic efficiency and growth, thereby reinforcing macroeconomic adjustment. In the short run, however, it can lead to job losses and wage cuts for workers. This paper discusses these adverse impacts of privatization in terms of various methods of privatization and surveys the existing empirical evidence. It finds that public sales and auctions can have stronger negative effects on workers but maximize the government's revenue. Policymakers' options for mitigating the social impact of privatization are surveyed.     

Study on business process modeling based on object-oriented Petri Net

In the developing course of the information system, the modeling method of information system and model expressing problem are very important. This paper through discussing the facing object of Petri network, expatiates the basic problem of how to set up the business procedure model on the basis of Petri network, and shows the expressing and storing methods of the model in computer way.     

国际证监会组织的作用与局限——基于国际证券监管合作的视角

国际证监会组织(IOSCO)具有"跨国监管网"的一般特征,在国际证券监管合作中体现出高效性和专业性的优势。IOSCO的性质也决定了它的局限,如国际监管合作中的分配问题、执行问题、国内限制问题等。我国应该采取审慎的态度参与IOSCO活动,利用其优势,避免其局限,通过多种途径加强国际证券监管合作。

垃圾分类处理与清运方案设计的模型

本文对深圳市南山区垃圾分类处理与清运方案进行分析,主要从三个方面去着手探究问题。一是在数量和选址上配置大小型橱余垃圾设备,二是设计四类垃圾的清运线路,通过这两个方面的研究最终达到最佳经济效益和环保效果。     

锚网喷联合支护在软岩施工中的使用

介绍了锚网喷联合支护的支护原理及施工工艺,通过对三种支护形式的支护效果比较,提出该支护的优点较突出,实用性强,解决了软岩施工中难的问题。     

Testing Vietnam's public safety net

The paper examines the impact of Vietnam's main welfare programs on moving poor people out of poverty and protecting the non-poor from becoming poor. To explore the role that transfers played in the country's dramatic reduction of poverty in the 1990s, counterfactual consumption levels are estimated allowing for behavioral responses. The findings suggest that transfers helped only a few people escape poverty and protected even fewer from poverty. Hence, the public safety net was largely irrelevant to Vietnam's poverty reduction.
